They have fixed my families bikes, including my son's custom Ti bike adding a Rohloff bike shifting system, which carries a lifetime warranty. I have purchased several bikes from Ryan and Tim at the downtown store and they always take care of any needs I have for service or repair. My favorite purchase has been the Cervelo Aspero gravel bike, which I rode with my son from Seattle to Chicago two summers ago. None better than Pedal to set up the right bike for a 2,000 mile ride!!

She tried to say my mother didn't remember what she was told by Mike last year when she ordered her shoes. My mother is elderly, not stupid. Seeing my mother upset infuriates me. The woman stopped helping my mother without saying a word. She started helping a woman whose business she wanted.
