We have a tent trailer with a pop-up tent, we did experience noise from the main road (traffic, dump truck, blow horns) However if you are in an RV, the noise shouldn't be bothersome =D There is one outdoor shower with hot water for those cold days. All sites are set up with water, sewer and electric hook ups. This is a pet friendly location. Please remember to keep your dogs on a leash and pick up after them. There is also a station with poop bags. In the center area of the campground WhimCycle does offer firewood already cut for $1 per piece. There is a box next to the firewood where you can drop in the cash (please note this is an honor system).

But of course, we also enjoyed letting the kids run outside as we sat out on the deck, watching sunset on the dock, playing ping pong, laying in the hammock, swinging on the swings, etc.. The owners are some of the kindest, most welcoming people we've met. They went above and beyond to host our family. You can tell they really care about this campground, and hearing about all the plans they have to make it even better has us excited to come back!! I cannot recommend this place enough. I docked one star because we could not hook up our Sunpass to the rental car and had to pay the daily toll price. The cars all have outstanding balances and it's a hassle to get it taken off to add the plate to our own account. Still, service is king. Andres was great so we will most likely be back to rent here. It was half the price of the next cheapest option on a particularly big weekend.

Their "shuttle every 20-30 minutes" was a complete lie. I waited 50 minutes at A11-A13 while NU's shuttle showed up four times and Fox's three. I called Easirent's "support" three times; no one at the MCO branch ever answers (I've called nine times in total), and their call center just puts you on hold until you give up. If they don't know the answer, they dodge you, stall you, or hang up on you outright. When the shuttle finally arrived, the driver and front desk didn't offer so much as a sorry. The desk guy handed me a car key, mumbled something about tolls being free, and never mentioned a Sun Pass charge. He also never gave me a rental agreement, just claimed he'd email it. He never did. Based on countless reviews, this is a deliberate Easirent scam. I emailed for the agreement the next day and, predictably, was ignored. When I finally got someone on the phone to send it one day later, I discovered they'd slapped on $14.99/day for a Sun Pass I never requested, never agreed to, and was never told about. Support said they couldn't do anything, insisted I drive over an hour back to the MCO branch, then said I could file a complaint online. Ridiculous resolution, but even when I tried that, their submission page either crashed or reset and wiped itself each of the five times I tried to submit. Of course. Why would I expect their website to work any better than the rest of their customer service? When I called again, the next call center rep finally admitted the truth: since I didn't dispute the charge within 24 hours (which was impossible, because they hid the agreement from me), they would refuse to refund anything no matter what. She had no answer for how I was supposed to dispute a charge they concealed, and then hung up on me. This company's customer service is an abomination, but the car itself had problems, too. They provided no inspection report or documentation, but luckily I took many photos before I even got into the car, capturing the huge dent in the trunk, the three missing valve caps, and a tire dropping from 24 PSI to 15 PSI overnight. Support's solution when I told them about this? Put it in the complaint form, which, again, doesn't work. Easirent is a fraudulent, bottom-tier company with broken processes, deceitful staff, and customer support that exists solely to avoid responsibility. I don't know how much they paid to get their 4.3 rating on Google, but the 1.4 stars from 655 reviews here on Yelp is much closer to the truth. A company this bad has to have a class-action lawsuit against it. If so, please reach out. I'm happy to join.

My car was a 2025 Kia K4, a vehicle I had never heard of before, but loved it enough to consider buying one later on if I ever need a vehicle. The staff was to the point, very efficient, vehicle was clean, I drove almost 1000 miles on it, and was glad to not have any surprise charges on it upon returning it (via Key drop off as they weren't open when I was returning the vehicle). I also brought my own EZpass so I didn't have to use theirs, though I used Google Maps with the avoid tolls setting so I didn't have to pay any tolls. I don't know if I just got lucky but Im thankful if I did. Either way, take pictures, keep receipts, and preplanning may help minimize any heartburn mentioned in the other reviews on here.

He kept repeating that he was giving us a "great discount" and claiming it normally costs $200. The catch? He tried to charge us an extra $25 a day. When I called him out on the "extra" fee and the fact that it felt like a scam, he just brushed it off, saying, "What's the difference? You just need me to say extra? Ok it will be extra $25/day) When I insisted on keeping the electric car I actually booked, he switched to scare tactics. He told me that I'd have to wait seven hours to have it charged every time I needed to charge and that the nearest station was 12 miles away. It felt like a total lie just to force me into a more expensive rental. When I took his photo to document the interaction, another guy tried to intimidate me, claiming it was "federal property" and illegal to take pictures--which is complete nonsense. The whole experience felt like a coordinated scam. I have included a photo of the counter and the staff involved for context, though I have blurred their faces to respect their privacy while still highlighting who we dealt with. We felt so uncomfortable and pressured that we ended up not getting a car at all and just walked away. I'm sure we'll get a few extra charges for tolls and gas, but that's expected. I was happy to know the plates are already registered and all we had to do was drive. The car was clean and worked well, just took a moment to get used to because it wasn't ours. Service from the agents wasn't proactive but they did answer questions as needed.

The manager didn't step in to help customers either. To make things worse, one of the other employees working the counter eventually walked into the back room, leaving only two people trying to manage the massive line. After a while, Budget finally asked the Avis employees for help. The Avis employee who ended up assisting us was actually very kind and efficient, and we appreciated his help. Overall, this was one of the worst rental car experiences we've had. The lack of staffing, organization, and management support was shocking for such a busy airport location. We will never rent from Budget again. If you're flying into MCO, I strongly recommend choosing another rental company; many of the other counters had little to no line, or their lines were moving much faster.
