Did repair work on my fence from damage I had after a storm. The labor didn't have missed multiple items on the estimate that I had to bring to his attention, shotty work at best , my gate they fabricated and installed is falling apart, the repairs are also falling apart!! After waiting for over four months for a fencing project to begin, i found out why things haven't progressed. My 50% down on the total purchase price was used to back pay his employees, not pay for my materials. I was strung along for months with Robert stating I was the next project to be done. He placed fence posts, not properly, on one side of my yard that were from a school project he is working on; therefore, stolen materials. He has had to "borrow" money from a former employee to pay his other existing employees and money owed for the business. He is a criminal, and nobody should use Paramount Fence, Inc., for any project to be done at their house. To date, five months later, he hasn't purchased the materials for my fence. DO NOT USE this shady, JV group (they don't deserve to be called a business). We entered into a contract with them on June 14th, 2024 and over 2 months later our fence is still not finished. There are many issues with the fence as it currently sits, one of which is a gate door that doesn't even open (the owner Robert LaPlante) built himself. They encouraged us to pay in cash for a discount, but once money was provided, they never showed again. The quality of work beyond setting the posts is not what you should expect from a professional fence business. Jason Boyer and Matt Platco are scam artists just like Robert. They were supposed to be over to finish the fence before August 11th, as we were having a party. No show. Neither one will respond to my emails and conveniently Robert's phone is no longer in service. Don't trust any of them. read more

Thank you Marco for taking the time to make 3 trips to measure the fence and to account for the changes from the Homeowners Association. Also for explaining the different types of fences and the difference in the way the gates close to prevent dogs from leaving. Paramount installed a 235 ft black aluminum fence on 3 1/2 sides of our property. The workers were tireless in their efforts to construct the fence. An added bonus is the sense of security we now feel. We have sat out on our patio more times since the fence was installed 3 weeks ago for our German Shepard Labrador mix dog, than we have in the prior 13 years since our home was built. read more

I called the office to inquire & 3 hours later someone showed to take job specs for quote. Now a month later, still no quote from them. The fences on our property were in need of replacement. I considered a DIY option but realized that I wanted a fence that would look nice and stand up straight so that option was not realized. We got a few estimates from different places, the big box store that rhymes with foam repo, and a couple of smaller general contractors. None of their offerings were really appealing to us because of the product as well as the prices. My wife found Paramount's website online and we liked what we saw and right off the bat, I appreciated how Robert, the owner of the company, communicated and was super responsive. Our first meeting didn't go as planned because of the distance, however, I was able to send Robert a sketch that was done for another estimate so he could have an idea of the dimensions and give us some numbers based on that. Within a couple of hours, I had proposals in my inbox and links to his fence manufacturer. We requested quotes in other designs and got quick responses. Our face to face meeting was great and Robert brought samples along for us to see the difference in colors and textures which was helpful because seeing something in person vs seeing it in print is a big factor in making a decision. One thing I appreciated was Robert not trying to sell us something. The quotes that we requested varied in prices by $3-4000 because of the different color and material options available. I think that we would have gotten the same level of professionalism and courtesy weather we got a 4' wooden fence or a two tone privacy fence with special toppers and glitter (none of his fences have glitter, I was just trying to juxtapose). We had a couple of last minute changes and Robert was on it. The man is about his business, which I appreciate! His website even says he's not interested in being good, he wants to be excellent! The materials were delivered on the promised date and the work got started on time. Truth be told, the first day of the job, things were a little bumpy. Robert called to check on how things were going and he realized that an adjustment needed to be made. The next day, he sent a crew of four guys headed up by Matt. Matt must moonlight as a hotel concierge, OBGYN, bartender or guidance counselor because the man is good with people. Any uneasy feelings that we had on the first day were erased after a 5 minute walk through with Matt. Matt. I just wanted to mention his name again because he's THAT good! We had a tricky layout on one side because of trees and tree roots,but he was able to work out a solution that looked elegant, functional and professional. Matt! After three days, the work was finished and my wife an I feel like we have a new back yard. We are beyond pleased with the quality of work, the look of the materials, the price of the job and the overall experience of dealing with everyone involved. If you're a first time homeowner, this is the kind of company you need to deal with. These guys are all great and you're in good hands. I called Paramount Fencing regarding the replacement of a driveway fence gate. I was very specific that this was a small job. No one came for the scheduled appointment for an estimate. I called again and received an excuse that somehow the appointment did not get on the calendar. For the next scheduled appointment, he came several hours early when I was not at home and supposedly looked at the fence. I called again and was told that I would receive an estimate shortly. No estimate was provided. Why bother wasting my time if you have no intention of considering the job. Simply have the good manners to say you were not currently taking on any work or that you did not consider small projects. read more

When our fence was almost falling down we decided that we needed a replacement. After getting three or four other estimates we found Paramount Fencing online. When Robert, the owner, came out to survey the fence and give us an estimate, he was on time, friendly and courteous. We had the estimate the next day and it was for a very reasonable price. We decided to use them and after setting a date to start the fence replacement his crew came in and did the job in a timely manner and the finished product looks awesome. His installers were friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. We wanted a Red Cedar wooden fence and they custom built the fence piece by piece and did not use any prefab sections. I was very happy with Paramount Fence from start to finish. The initial installation went well but when we discovered a crack in the gate the owner immediately lost interest in us! Subsequent phone calls and e-mails went unanswered. Paramount Fencing installed my vinyl fencing, and I love it. They were professional from the placing the bid through installation. I had tons of questions regarding how the fence would be installed, including how to manage old-growth trees on my property line, install a section on my macadam driveway, etc...Robert was incredibly patient and took the time to answer everything. Even better, he didn't seem annoyed or condescending. He also gave me a breakdown of parts and labor for my fence, so I could compare quotes...other companies I had made this request to promised to do the same and never delivered.
