Re-installed windows and sliding glass door incorrectly installed by previous contractor. Rebuilt pressure treated wood deck with improved layout. While JJ wasn't the lowest, they were the most comprehensive. For example, all of the other quotes quoted the shingles and work, but JJ Construction quoted shingles, tiles, gutters, and all hardware (new fans/vents/gutters). They are highly skilled. They did not rush the project (who wants a roofer who rushes?) and cleaned up every day. Communication was excellent. They installed Class 4 shingles, which lowered my home owners insurance by 20%. They have never resent it. (Their initial contract had a different work date then what was discussed and they never responded to that question. It also never said that it expired in 24 hours) -July 2 they said you needed both checks that I received. Yet it took me sending 7 emails/ texts to find out that they already had the 2nd check? -Since the 2nd check was located I have had to ask 5 times what their availability is to do the work, and they still have yet to answer (Please enlighten me if I am mistaken, but this seems like a necessary question to get the ball rolling on getting the project scheduled?)
