My Pool pump was not running and called Preferred Pool Service to schedule service. I…read more spoke with Evan And Appointment was scheduled for a Tuesday morning between 9am to 1pm. On Tuesday morning anround 9 :15 am, Anthony (Pool Technician) texted me on saying he would arrive in a few minutes. I always appreciate the communications and prompt arrival. Anthony quickly troubleshot the issue with his diagnosis of a faulty pool pump and a faulty circuit breaker. Anthony explained that the new electrical code required a GFCI breaker needed to be replaced. Within the next two days, Anthony replaced the faulty circuit breaker and installed a new multispeed high efficiency pool pump within a few hour. The new pool pump is so quiet and easy to program. Anthony programmed the filter cycles for me and explained all of the function. Thank you Evan and Anthony for your quick and rapid response as you are my "Go to Pool Repair Service".
