My dentist first did my veneers 25 years ago, and they were absolutely beautiful and long-lasting. When it came time to refresh them about 20 years later, I wouldn't have trusted anyone else--and once again, the results were incredible. The attention to detail, expertise, and commitment to perfection truly set this practice apart. Beyond the dental work itself, the entire experience is always top-notch. The staff is warm, professional, and genuinely caring, making every visit comfortable and stress-free. It's rare to find a dentist you can trust for decades, but this team has earned that trust many times over. I'm beyond grateful for their continued excellence and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality dental care.

I have used the same dentist in NYC for approximately 25 years and the thought of going to someone else terrified me. However, as it turned out it was an extremely positive experience and I could not be happier with Dr. Schwartz and his entire staff. I must emphasize here that as someone with a Masters of Public Administration with a concentration in Management, I am rarely impressed with doctor's office staff, but I have nothing but kind words for everyone here, and it just keeps on getting better. Before I get started on the nitty gritty details, I want to stress that I research any doctor BEFORE I even step foot in their office. And since I was so absolutely NOT thrilled with the prospect of needing to go to a dentist in a state where I did not know any, I did even more research than usual to find Dr. Schwartz. I can tell you that hands down no one in a very large radius even came close to being as highly regarded by his patients than Dr. Schwartz, and with my experience with him under my belt, I know why. He is simply exceptional! Like many others during COVID, I neglected keeping up with my dental care. Hind sight is 20/20 and I do understand that was a major mistake. In my defense, I had severe immunity issues due to 32 years of illnesses and was understandably concerned for my safety. Unfortunately, my neglect of my teeth did not end with avoiding the dentist because of COVID. Chronic illnesses do not tend to improve your life and it certainly did not help improve my once fastidious grooming routines. Dr. Schwartz's reaction to seeing my mouth was to describe it as a 5 alarm fire. I deserved it! It is now almost 2 months since I first saw him. After my first appointment, which was an incredibly thorough evaluation, I returned home and told my Mom to make an appointment to come see him ASAP. I want to point out that my Mom had the exact same reaction to both his office staff and him as I did. They are both keepers. We actually tried to reschedule our return trip to NYC in order to complete some of my dental work with Dr. Schwartz. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, it simply was not possible. However, despite that fact, I was able to complete the vast majority of work that needed to be done in my mouth. In fact, I was there today, and will be back in two days time, just so Dr. Schwartz can complete as much as possible before I leave Florida. I have very few rules that I live by (okay, I am stretching the true here a bit) but one of the rules I most believe in, is in not going to a dentist twice in one week. No offense meant here by my comment. It simply isn't my favorite thing to do! Despite that rule, the reality of the situation is that I am both lucky and privileged to see Dr. Schwartz twice in one week! Keep smiling!

After reviewing several Yelp reviews and speaking with my Parkland neighbors, I decided to schedule an appt with Dr. Barbag's office for a cleaning. Location: the office is conveniently located on University Drive, between Royal Palm Blvd. and Atlantic Ave. Office is in a professional building with other healthcare providers with plenty of parking in front of the building. Office: clean with plenty of seats and magazines, although I think a facelift would be nice. Btw, I have never waited more than 15 min for any appt, which is amazing, as I've often waited for an hour plus at other healthcare providers. Costs: Dr. Barbag accepts most major dental insurance and explains any co-pays or out-of-pocket costs before any procedures. Staff: very professional, experienced, modern, kind, caring and gentle. Let me stress the experience and gentle part, as I think these are the most important aspects of a dental provider. The staff always spends the time to explain the process, procedure and/or suggestion for care (that for the recommendation of Sonicare Air-flosser, it's made a huge difference). Network: I have needed a root canal and some oral surgery and Dr. Barbag has an excellent network of Endodontist (Dr. Brad Ginzler) and Oral Surgeon (Dr. Eric Fox). Both Dr's are as fantastic as Dr. Barbag and also located in the area (Coral Springs). Professional, Honest, Experienced and On-Time. If you need a reliable and gentle dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Barbag and his staff - A+ provider! Good luck!

The problem I have with my second visit on 7/22/26 involved the front/billing desk. I go to reschedule for my 3 month cleaning and the lady told me will you also schedule for a cavity filling? For tooth 29 or something like that. I said "excuse me?" Cavity? What cavity? Because the last time I was here which was my first time at that office the technician Lili who cleaned my teeth thoroughly told me "she didn't find any cavities" and Dr. Freytes the DMD looked and examined inside my mouth and said the same thing and only mentioned to me about the second deep cleaning and Invisalign recommendation the next time I come back. Nothing about cavity filling. That's what I told the lady at the front desk. She told me she is going "by the system and treatment plan on my file". I'm like ok, well the actual dentist who looked inside my mouth said she didn't see anything and she would have told me right then and there I need to come back and schedule for a cavity filling. Professional dentists would not neglect to tell their patient about that. And I said to the dark-haired lady wearing eyeglasses "I'm sorry but who am I believing here? You, or the dentist who looked inside my mouth?" She couldn't come up with an answer and the other lady had to chime in saying they're going by the system and apologized for any inconvenience or misunderstanding. I'm like well they didn't tell me that and I'm pretty sure they would have right then and there. She is telling me I should follow-up in two weeks and if they don't hear from me they will contact me. What I find strange and fishy is that Dr. Freytes wasn't in the office today it was the other DMD, and when I mentioned her name those ladies were like oh we will get Dr. Freytes expertise and recommendations. Now you want to get the DMD's expertise? You just told me I had a cavity?" The other patients sitting in the waiting room were staring and listening closely because I believe these billing ladies were trying to add on an additional service/charge or overcharge me. I really hope this isn't the case because I don't want to have to change dentists if it's due to the billing specialists at this office.
