My wife and I were traveling cross country and my bike developed a leak in the rear tire from the valve stem. While driving through Fargo we stopped by to see if they could repair it. The service was great and everyone was so helpful. Even though they were quite busy they got my bike in and started fixing it along with a few other adjustments. In about 45 minutes were were back on our way to Teddy Roosevelt NP and Badlands NP - ready to ride! I highly recommend this shop! Thank you! read more

The only bike shop I go to I'm Fargo!! Purchased a bike from these guys a few years ago and couldn't be happier! They used to be my repair shop too the salesman convinced me to get into a new ride! The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable for most any situation. They also do ski's and snowboarding in the winter with fill repair shop for those. I would highly suggest this place if you're an avid rider or just want to get into it or whatever suits you best!!!! read more

Went in on 12/30 looking to buy some skis. I wanted downhill boots and skis but actually ended up going with cross country skis, boots, and poles. The gentleman who helped me was super attentive. I had a great experience. I went to Paramount because I assumed that I would get better customer service than a larger sports store and I was right. Would definitely recommend. read more

A couple of the guys I've dealt with here were totally helpful and awesome and I'll go back again. Unfortunately, they missed out on selling a $1700 bike this past weekend, mostly cuz the guy working Saturday didn't seem to give a rip. I had been in and tested a very nice bike a few weeks prior. I went back this last weekend to ride it again and probably buy it or put it on layaway. Had a few questions about the components on this bike vs. another bike they had and the guy just had a bad attitude and wasn't helpful. I don't care if you don't care. If you work in sales, you get to answer people's questions. It wasn't like he was busy. On top of this, the real bummer was that in the time since I had first seen and ridden the bike, the finish had taken some damage, including a chip in the paint right on the top tube where I'd have to look at it every day if I bought it. If I'm gonna spend over a thousand dollars on a bike, it better be flawless and I should be the one putting the first scratches in it. Bummer. I liked the bike but I found something somewhere else. I'll give the place another chance cuz, like I said, the other two guys were totally cool. They have a wide selection of good bikes that you won't see in the other stores in town. Accessories are on the expensive side, but that's typical of bike shops. Oh, and why they don't have a bike rack out front to park your bike is a mystery to me. read more

I'm a little conflicted on how many stars this place is worth but here goes. On one hand they have great bikes and have done ok work on my bike. On the other hand the people who work here are super unfriendly and flat out rude. Absolutely zero customer service. When I picked my bike up a week ago they were super slow (I was the only one in the shop), yet one of the guys who worked there looked like he wanted to shank me. In fact the only thing that was said was me telling him my last name so he could find my bike. Other than that the 3 people working including the one that rang me up didn't say a word. They did however look at me like I was a major interruption to their customer based business .. If the BICYCLE mechanics learned to be friendly and have some respect for customers I would consider going here again, but next time I need a bike I will go elsewhere. I am cycle touring on the on the Northern Tier route with my friend from west to east. We stopped in for a link on a chain. These guys treated us like royalty even though we spent $2 there. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and understood touring. Best shop in the 2000 miles we have traveled. If you are riding through Fargo or live here, use these guys for your shop. read more
