This review is being written during the covid pandemic 11/2020. If you are going for the Cajun sauce don't expect a thick sauce like at the boiling crab or the big catch. This sauce is runny almost like all the seasonings are powder and possibly not fresh. It's not very flavorful. The corn that came with it didn't taste fresh either. The mango habanero sauce was good on the fries and wings but we got no ranch or blue cheese with the wings. Also we ordered the wings Buffalo and received them dry. The michelada was tasty. The staff was kind. There are no outdoor heaters but again we are in a pandemic so just bundle up. We received a free dessert, a fried Oreo with vanilla ice cream. I don't think I'd go back. The price was ok. I just wasn't wowed. read more

The one star is only for the service. When we first arrived we had a party of 8. They were ever accommodating and cleared a table for us. We got seated and waited for our party. At first service was quick and simple, however once there was a shift change service went straight down hill. After that point our server left and we then waited almost an hour without the check or any refills and didn't receive our free Oreo. We had to walk up front for the checks and then had the balls too charge gratuity 15% on each check when we didn't receive any service after our server left. I asked to speak to the manager, which he never arrived. Thanks Jerk! The food was ok but the service sucks balls. I will never come back to this location again. Had dinner with my daughter while we watched game 6 of the NBA finals on the many TVs in the restaurant. Our wait wasn't long to be seated. The hostess was super nice and animated. The staff was super helpful and checked on us often. The flavor was soooo much better than any other chain. I started with a tasty Michelada that was only $7. We had the King Crab legs, green mussels, tiger shrimp and lobster tails. I gotta stay away from this place or I'll go broke. Happy to see this restaurant close to home, not happy that our crab legs were so salty we couldn't eat them! I told the waitress who then said it wasn't her first complaint about them and that she'd let the Manager know; she came back to tell me the crab is salty because of the vendor they use and it's nothing they can do. I am not too big of a seafood person but the generosity of Johnny set me up to try new things. His honesty led me to getting shrimp (only seafood I eat) and mussels (never tried before). Only reason I'm giving this location 3 stars and not 2 is because everyone has been closed and it will take a while for restaurants to get the hang of things.... There was no wait and they brought us in immediately. I asked the guy if we could just sit anywhere and he said yes. We waited for over 20 minutes for a server to come to our table. I'm usually pretty patient, however there was only two other customers aside from us. A family came after us and were served immediately. I had to make eye contact with someone at the bar to finally get a server. Server came and took our order.The food was pretty good but they forgot to bring our garlic bread. I asked the server and she said "oh I'll check on it". We didn't receive it until we were almost done eating. We were NEVER checked on. Not once did someone ask if we needed any additional drinks. My friend had to stop a server walking by to get another drink. My friend also had to walk to another table to get napkins....and we had to wave someone down TWICE to get our bill. The girl serving us walk by many times and not once asked if we needed anything. I don't expect servers to bend over backwards but geez at least provide good customer service. Also the table was pretty dusty and the seats greasy. Additionally something is up with your credit card machine. The girl said my card declined so we put the tab on my friend's card but we were both charged. Fortunately, they didn't charge him the whole amount. First time visit and it was amazing. The staff was friendly and everyone was helpful. Not once did we feel pushed away from other servers because we weren't at "their" table. Decided to check this spot out since paramount has never really had restaurants.i had 1 and a half pound of shrimp which were super big and good. I also had 4 oysters each one for a dollar and a michelada which was ehhh. I don't know if it was because i was by myself but the customer service was not that great, after receiving the food no one asked me if i needed anything so i kept to myself. I needed lime and also never got the order of fries which were on my check. They were not attentive at all. I waited for 10 mins to pay but no one came even tho i had my debit card on the check tray. I got up to pay and the girl near the register did not even look my way ones. Stood there for a minute or so and a couple walked in and she quickly walked to the register and the man blurred out "we were already outside and we realized we didn't pay" she began to print out their check ready to charge them so i pushed the tray with my check towards her before she charged them cus she really did not even acknowledge my presence.
