I had a FedEx package that arrived sooner than expected. When I wasn't home to sign for it, they sent it here. I went to several different Fedex locations to obtain this information but they all agreed that the package had been dropped off here and signed for at this location. When I came in the next day to retrieve it, I was greeted by a nice but shy younger female employee who could not locate my package. When I asked her to double-check and look again, her manager came over and yelled at me. This woman was combative, rude, and arrogant. She explained to me that FedEx drivers and staff were idiots and that they had messed up, not her. She said they make mistakes all the time and that it wasn't on her to fix it for me. She also refused to look again for my package and then told me, her staff doesn't make mistakes. Ever. She literally said her staff doesn't ever make any errors so they couldn't possibly have misplaced the package and didn't need to look again to appease me. I will never go to this business again for anything. It's not the right way to treat customers, who are frustrated already that they have missing mail. She did nothing to improve the situation. We never did find that package and the whole thing had to be refunded and reshipped, which took weeks because she could not be bothered to just check for me one extra time to help. read more

Dropped off a FedEx return ... small envelope-type package. I noticed the airbill pouch didn't seal correctly so asked for a piece of tape to secure the opening. Was told it would be $1.00. I explained not asking for him to tape the envelope just a small piece ... less than one inch ... from his scotch tape dispenser ... if he had one. $1.00. Got something notorized. They said business is slow from Covid so they aren't charging the normal fee and would like a Yelp review instead. Forms were returned by the state because they were notorized incorrectly. I guess you get what you pay for. I really wanted the document taken care of and now will be about 10 day delay. Never going back here. I guess I should have reviewed it. He told me I need to write today's days where it actually was my name (which I think he is supposed to fill in). I mainly use this spot to drop off pre-labeled packages for pickup, yesterday I came in for notary service and that went very well. Sal is always friendly (and super handsome lol). They have masks and other stuff for sale too, and mailboxes etc. One star down because their shipping prices always seem high. I'm not sure how that works but I needed to send a package once and they quoted like $25-30 so instead I went to the USPS and shipped it for like $4. But if you're in a hurry or need to ship fedx or ups then this is a good spot. read more

What a joke this place is. I went in a few months ago needing to send some paperwork to Alabama, and the guy said it would cost me over $200 via Fedex, or well over $100 for UPS. I walked out, figuring I'd be just as well off buying my paperwork a seat on American Airlines. I went up the road to the Lake Creek Fedex office and got the deal done for $26. And just yesterday I went into Parcel Plus to see if I could get a Fedex box to send some clothes for a funeral (again to Alabama). "Oh no, we don't have boxes," (even though there's a picture of Fedex boxes on their wall.) And apparently they don't ship boxes. Define "parcel," then define "plus." What the heck do these people do at that place??? I'm mystified. read more

Here I am expecting to make an informed decision about a mail box service and the manipulation put on me was overkill. First there happens to be only 1 mailbox left (potential scarcity ploy), then I'm told it's 1 year minimum mail box service for $200 but for me they would do only 3 months for $75 (some tactic I'm sure to make it seem like I'm being cut a deal) then I'm told USPS doesn't take FedEx, DHL, or UPS to PO Boxes. I went to USPS and I'm actually told differently that all you do is sign up for FREE street addressing and USPS delivers all mail perfectly fine. USPS quoted me $20 for 3 months. I get you charge more for convenience but I don't appreciate someone not being straightforward with me. I had dealt with the younger guy who didn't seem like the owner so maybe it was just him. read more

Not trustworthy. I dropped off a box for overnight FedEx shipment at 4:45 PM on a Monday as FedEx indicates that they do a last pickup at that location at 6:15pm. When the package had not been received at the destination with the first delivery I checked the tracking and found the shipment was not in the system. Called the Parcel Plus and the person LIED and told me that FedEx already picked up just before I dropped off the box. I know it was a lie as I follow up contacted FedEx directly to confirm pick up time. It is bad enough to screw up. But, at least apologize and take ownership fixing it in the future to show you are worthy of another try. There are too many alternatives in the area to ever bother with these folks again. read more

Once you are in their customer database, label generation is simplified, and your package tracking number is always on your receipt, and available in their computer for later lookup in case you lose it. They offer a variety of boxes, tape, greeting cards and small souvenirs in addition to local mailboxes.
