The Amex incident was the breaking point, despite proof of delivery to their facility, they denied ever seeing it and offered only a list of deflections, no help, no apology, and no follow-through. This has exposed me to replacement fees, fraud risks, wasted time, and real financial hassle. I'm sure there are other small businesses with great customer service in Austin, but in my 10 years living here, these guys are number one. Every time I've been, they've been incredibly polite and helpful, and their prices are more than reasonable. I went today after not having been there for a couple of years, and because I'm an idiot, thought they closed at 7:00. They close at 6:30, precisely when I arrived. Regardless, the lady gladly opened the doors and helped me out with a somewhat tricky package shipment situation instead of getting a head start on her 4th of July holiday. She couldn't have known, and I in fact never told her about, the aggravation this package fiasco has caused me over the last two weeks. If anyone else knew, they might be inclined towards sympathy and have gone the extra mile like her. She didn't need to hear any woeful tales of frustration, this is just what they normally do. Even if I were to move downtown or somewhere equally far in the future, I'd still make the drive here for all my shipping needs. read more

Service that exceeds expectations! I'm an artist and have made greeting cards with reproductions of my art on them. I was looking for boxes to fit and Ammar discovered he couldn't get me any to buy until a week later, so he went to the post office and got me USPS boxes, then called to let me know to pick them up from Parcel Plus! I work as a receptionist at an Executive Suites office. Rarely do I have the need to have to go in person for any mail needs. I am so happy that I happen to see this place next to Randall's. The guys there are super nice and polite and can help with anything that you need sent.
