He also gave me a paper copy of my transaction. In addition, I had my left over taco bag in hand and he said I could use a trash can that was hidden underneath a counter. It's a great convenient location, too. But I had an issue with them this morning that I have to share. Their website lets you create print orders to pick up in the store and I used it because I needed copies. They said the copies would be ready this morning, so I stopped by. The shop attendant told me their website doesn't work so my order was not only not ready but it was not even in process. He said I could email it but there is an additional fee to send it that way. Don't take orders online if you can't process them. The shop attendant was so unapologetic and literally walked away from me while I was still talking to him, trying to understand the situation. Don't call yourself a print shop or copy place either if you're not going to fulfill the service. Very disappointed.
