At the end when we asked for the check she came with her mouth full of food and said " I'm human too you know and I need to eat I haven't eaten anything since this morning I only had a coffee " the ambience felt so heavy and uncomfortable. The burrito was a perfect balance between bacon, egg, and potato. They also served it with a side of fresh salsa. Honestly, this was just really great! I walked around the store a little bit while my burrito was being made and looked at some of the stuff that they had for sale. When he arrived we were told that they didn't have bread for the order. Sub wheat for white I guess...no no dear friends. They had no bread. At a sandwich shop. Here's the thing, you can, on such a catastrophic miss for a sandwich shop, refuse our order. You can even do one better, and close the shop. As you make the bread there this also means that there was a critical miss in making said bread. This is just an unacceptable fail bordering on some sort of Monty Pythonesque parody (see: Cheese Shop sketch). I'm also still waiting to see confirmation of the refund, which I have not yet seen.
