If you need PT, you probably know how difficult the process can be to even get approved and referred. Which means, this office refusing to respond is a good amount of the reason why my functionality decreased and I now struggle to walk. If you are a care provider, please do not refer your patients here. The clinic is either completely closed down, or, if they are seeing patients- they're hurting more than just the ones who make it in the door.
