We did a 45 minute massage this time, but I'd like to do a longer massage whenever we return as it didn't feel like there was enough time/focus on certain parts of the body. They used oil and a combination of their hands and elbows. The pressure started off too light for me, so I asked her to go harder. She noted she was afraid to go too hard, so I told her not to be.
