I really wanted to love this place after seeing all the great reviews, but unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it for what I was looking for. I had been growing my eyebrows out for months because I wanted to change the shape and make them more even. Unfortunately, my brows were basically just cleaned up and shaped the way I already had them before, so I felt like I grew them out for nothing. I was also offered a tint to help make them look more even. Unfortunately, the tint didn't help and actually made the difference more noticeable because there was dark tint left on the skin underneath one brow, making it look even higher. I also felt like the tint didn't really change anything, so it felt like money wasted. I brought my daughter for her first brow shaping because she has very thick, long brows and only wanted them cleaned up and shaped. Unfortunately, hers were also left uneven -- one was thick and rounded while the other had a more pointed arch. She was disappointed as well. I will say the lady was very sweet, welcoming, and kind, and the place was extremely busy with lots of customers coming in and out. I have nothing negative to say about her customer service. Based on my experience, I would recommend this place more for cleaning up and maintaining an eyebrow shape you already like, rather than creating a new shape, evening out uneven brows, or doing a first-time brow transformation. For those services, I would personally look for someone who specializes more specifically in brow shaping.

It's been a couple of years since we saw each other and I'm glad to finally be able come see her again!    I usually just get my armpit waxed and I love how thorough she is with her work. I'm always satisfied with how clean and fast she is. I also got my brows microbladed by her during her training. She took the time to help me design the shape/color of brows that best suited my facial structure and suited my own preferences of straight, youthful "Asian" brows. The beginning of the process was done without numbing cream, but the shading part did. The pain was bearable and had an odd sound to it whenever the blade runs across my skin. Overall, I am so happy with the results! My brows look so natural and have healed nicely into a cool dark brown!    Her facility is clean, and it looks well kept. I love that I was able to wait outside in the yard while she finishes her client. She also opened all doors to air out the facility before she took me in. These days, I'm so appreciative for beauty businesse like hers that take extra care to prevent covid.

My brow artist was gentle, and worked hard to build my trust by checking in throughout the lamination process and showing me different styles before "setting" the brows. I live an active lifestyle (gym, school and work full time) and the lashes last through all my blood, sweat and tears I throw at them! I've saved so much time getting ready in the morning with these lash extensions. With proper upkeep/cleaning my lashes last a good 3-4 weeks before I need a fill, but even then I was still left with a majority of the extensions retained and it still look great/presentable.
