We were looking for someone to come and replace some old loose ducts in our attic and remove asbestos. I found Parin Construction on yelp and saw the great reviews so I decided to reach out. Sometimes you go on yelp and wonder how a company gets good reviews after dealing with their service but after working with this company, I now know why people rate them so highly. Service was impeccable and very good pricing. We were offered to also get our old disintegrated insulation replaced too during the initial appointment and decided it would be worth the extra money. Now I know it was definitely worth it. Our house temperature is much better regulated with that switch that I never thought to do until it was recommended. During the whole process I asked a gazillion questions and was never made to feel like I was being annoying. We had a minor issue during the job as well and Kian (owner) was quick to resolve it and ensure it would be fixed. Sure enough they got it fixed and finished the job. We reached out to a few companies to give us a quote for our attic cleaning. We had about 1000+sqft that needed chest cleaning. We ended up going with Parin Construction because they had the best reviews and the most competitive pricing as well. There was a lot of trash, debris, plywood, etc. left behind by previous owner. They did a great job coming in and cleaning it all as well as Santorum if and rodent proofing our attic. The only reason why I gotta give 4/5 stars is because when they were all done one of the workers cleaned out their vacuum on our front yard and walked over several of our plants. The main guy who was there did clean up the dust/dirt that was dumped on the front yard and the driveway as well which was nice. Jenny was nice enough to reach out and apologize for the employee which I appreciated. But overall quality of work was great and pricing was competitive. I needed an attic to get all new insulation with the old remnants taken out. It was a two day job that they finished in a day and half. They showed up on time and gave me a 30 minutes heads up, which I greatly appreciated. They were also very meticulous wearing booties and laying and taping down plastic to save the hardwood floors. There was some trash left from the new roof was put on before I bought the house that they were able to remove, about 9 or 10 extra-large construction bags full. They did a great job with the rollout insulation but when he took photos of the finished work, I noticed the vents were in terrible shape. I had not noticed before because they were civered with trash. I think he didn't mention it before because he didn't want to run up the bill but when I asked about the vents, it was agreed that new vents were needed. My issue was that I had cleaners coming the next day, even though it was already near noon he had a worker run out and get the supplies while the other workers had lunch and were able to do the whole job that afternoon! Wow great customer service. They sent me pictures of the shiny new vents properly suspended with study straps. The attic now looks great! I am greatful for the wonderful efficient and very reasonable price for both jobs. In a time when everyone is jacking up their prices and cutting corners, it is nice to see a company that holds to hard working values, high quality work and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend Parin Contruction for any of your attic insulation needs. I had them remove my old attic insulation, along with lots of scape wood left behind by roofers. After vacuuming the attic, they sealed the attic so no rodents could enter. They then installed the new R38 insulation. 5 men worked hard together on my large attic and finished the job in less than 5 hours. The owner Kian was on the job the whole time except to go buy his guys lunch. Kian is an extremely nice guy and does exactly what he says he will do for your attic. I had many quotes and Kian price was by far the lowest. But I didn't choose him to do the job because of that. Just got my attic insulation completed and am very happy with the service and result of the work! I am always hesitant when it comes to negotiating and working with contractors on new jobs, but from the moment Allen came out for the free estimate, he walked me through the whole process and informed me of what to expect. The owner of the company is more than willing to help you with your rebate process and walks you through what to expect for the rebate, and makes sure you are aware of whether your area is within one county's rebate or now. For example, I was not eligible for LA county's insulation rebate, but was eligible for SoCal Gas' rebate. Since cost was a huge factor for me, I informed both Allen and Kian of this, and they were both more than willing to work with me. We came to a reasonable price and set up an appointment for the work. They texted me before arrival, and even informed me that they could arrive early (even better so I got more time back in my day!). The crew arrived ready to go - and Kian the owner was onsite for the entire duration of the job. I like that he was there to supervise the work was done correctly and efficiently.
