I had a pretty bad crawlspace situation earlier this year involving a skunk getting underneath the house, along with the odor, flies, and contamination that came with it. Leo and his team at Leo's Home Solutions came out and did one hell of a job. Their team was incredibly coordinated and completed both the crawlspace and attic in a single day. The attic didn't have any infestations, but they carefully identified potential entry points and blocked them off to help prevent future problems. In the crawlspace, they completely removed all the trash and animal remnants, including droppings, then sanitized the area with a lemon deodorizer and bacteria-killing treatment. They also fully replaced the mesh lining on the vents surrounding the house, including both the crawlspace and attic vents. The whole team at Leo Home Solutions were amazing. From the original inspection/quote to the final hook up to the Bluetooth dehumidifier in our sub flooring crawl space! They replaced our insulation between the floor joists, installed a vapor barrier and completely rodent proofed the sub floor area leaving it looking clean and sealed up. I had him over for some attic rat dropping clean up along with some maintenance of attic insulation that had degraded over time and rodent proofing. He was very knowledgeable and very detail oriented. He showed me everywhere that he would seal for rodent proofing. His pricing was exactly where I would put it. He was able to fit me in in a week and on the day of the job he had 4 guys; 2 of which were family members. They were all very professional and worked very quickly and well. I had a lot of wires and lines running in the attic and was worried some of them would get damaged (I know my fault and they should have been tacked up to begin with) but they worked around them and nothing was damaged. I was also worried about my roof since it was just done with lightweight concrete but no tiles were broken. They setup portable walls that were sealed with contractors plastic sheeting so any dust/contaminants were sealed away and directed at a HEPA filter. They finished the 1300 sqft attic and also the garage attic in about 6 hours and it looked perfect. I was very impressed. They even removed about 50ft of old HVAC piping from the garage attic (when they probably could have left it). I feel like it's very hard to find contractors along with their team that truly take pride in their work in this day in age but Leo and his team are the exception. It helps that it is a family owned and run business which mean they really care about their clients and also the work done. Let me start off as someone who has had five rat exterminator companies out for an inspection , there's a range of companies that offer different services some are professional and some are not unfortunately my experience with this company has been very misleading, we've had them over our house for a estimate and their quote was five times higher than the other quotes we received. The quote we received was outrageous over $18,000 for something that all the other companies said is not necessary. we requested photos of the supposed damage ,and haven't heard back. He struck me as a straight-forward, honest, meticulous guy, who's putting everything into his small business. I later learned that he worked for another big exterminator for eight years before striking out on his own, so he brings all that experience to the job. The work was flawless. Over two days they cleaned out & proofed my attic, roof, kitchen and crawlspace. They hung plastic everywhere to keep the mess to a minimum, and always cleaned up thoroughly. After they left I discovered my Ring doorbell was not working. They came back and figured out it was a burnt-out transformer, which they replaced n/c. It all began when we found a rat in our toilet. I called several rat solution companies, but Leo was the first to heed the call. And glad I did!
