Although indoor seating wasn't currently available, they moved a table and chairs outside for us so we could relax and enjoy our excellent mocha. I also appreciated that when we received our drink, the barista asked us to let him know how it was and if any adjustments were needed. Rest assured, it was perfect. After reading other reviews, I purchased a chocolate babka (my first) for the road and our whole family enjoyed it later that evening. So rich and decadent that I was happy to share. After two week-long visits to NYC and its boroughs, this was one of our favorite experiences because it was filled with kindness. The majority of our customer experiences were so rushed (next!) and transactional, that it was almost an other worldly experience to have someone take their time, care about their product and your experience, and just take a breather from city life.
