The cupcakes are delicious and the store is very clean. The customer service is lacking though. When you go into a business it is the job of the owner to sell to customers what's in their store. When I arrived at this shop with my granddaughter and the person behind the counter was chilling in a chair engaging with her phone and didn't ask if she could help us or anything. At one point, after being there about two minutes just viewing the products in the case the person said, without looking up from her phone, let me know when you're ready. I said, I'm ready!!! I asked the worker"is it good" and she got really nasty and upset that I asked. cupcakes look like they've been sitting out for hours and the worker had no hair cover! with all the icing and cake she had no head cover.
