I came in to purchase a cake in their cake display. Another customer was at the other register and couldn't figure out what he was supposed to be picking up, so he called his partner on the phone and I was able to move up to order. I ordered a cake that was available and prepared to pay while the associate was boxing it up. I was then told that they were not going to sell said cake to me because the person on the phone wanted it and had "paid" for it and was asked to select another cake. The man stepped up to the register prepared to take the cake and it was NOT paid for. I'm very disappointed in the service I received. If the cake was in fact paid for, it should have never been in the display for purchase and there should've been a better resolution to this issue. read more

Been here a couple times and everything is always delicious and staff is friendly. My only thing is there is not enough seating inside. It was raining and there were some guests taking up multiple tables for their computer bags and such without the intention of using the tables so others couldn't use them. Wish there was more space ended up going somewhere else. read more

So excited for this new location! Their selection of pastries was wonderful and so aesthetically pleasing. The service was kind and outgoing and very helpful! Loved the sweet milk bread, matcha mochi donut and croissant donut that I took home! The vanilla latte was perfect on a cold day and one of the tastiest I've had as of late. Went in the first month of opening and I must say the place is very clean and has a cute ambiance. This cafe/bakery offers so many different pastries. When you walk in you grab a tray and tongs and self-serve any of the pastries you'd like. You then take it to the cashier where your can have your pastries warmed and order a beverage. Service was fast and throughout my time sitting in the cafe I saw staff come around and clean and restock with fresh pastries. All around great experience and would go again to this one in Buford. read more

My family and I have been patrons of Paris Baguette for years. Last night we brought some guests there after we had dinner somewhere else. We got there about 9:30 pm ordered several items totalling more than $100.00 and seeing that they were getting to close, we sat in the patio outside. A couple of minutes later a young girl came to us and some other patrons practically yelling that we had to leave because they were closing. Mind you that they still had other patrons seating inside. I've been in the restaurant business for over 50 years and have never asked paying patrons to leave just after ordering their food. The manner in which this girl approached us was extremely rude! I will think twice before I try to come back to the Buford location. I felt so embarrassed with our guest that they witnessed such rudeness. read more

Beautiful space, bakery cases convenient and easy to self serve. Everything we tried was delicious - the ham and cheese croissant and the curry croquette bun. Nice texture on the French bread but could use a little salt in the dough cause it's not very flavorful. Will definitely return to try more. read more

We've been waiting for this cafe to open, and it did not disappoint! First, it's cute and clean, and I love their outdoor seating. Second, the food was great. The croissant was excellent...very light and flaky with just a hint of sweet glaze. We also had a blueberry fruit bite and a blueberry cream cheese pastry, and both were delicious. To drink, we had a vanilla latte and a vanilla cappuccino. Both were great! Hot and "coffee shop" quality, with just the right balance of milk, espresso, and vanilla syrup. They have a great selection of food and drink options, and the service was fast and friendly. We will definitely be back! read more

Started out being a great place to get pastries. The last three times I've been there they have nothing left. I went between 7:30pm to 8:30pm and most of the pastries are gone. If you're going to be open till 10 you need to have pastries to buy. read more

The desserts are definitely made the Parisian way--they are authentic. After visiting the location in NYC, I thought the one in GA would be cheaper prices--it's not. The slices average $6-8. In fact prices have gone up post-Pandemic and the cakes appear to be smaller (maybe missing a layer?). Nevertheless the yogurt cake is still delicious and I guess will need to be an indulgence rather than a regular visit. read more

For both it was the right blend, ingredients and placement of ingredients. Placement of ingredients? Yes, the chicken salad was between greens and cucumber, so that the yummy bread could be enjoyed without being mixed with the chicken salad. I still have a box of pastries to eat. I hardly ever leave reviews . I have been to the Duluth location and expected similar service. Unfortunately my cashier ginger haired wasn't welcoming or even looked at when I asked a question. There was no line after me so I can't blame it on being busy. But everyone else in front of us was treated well. I won't be returning even though it is closer to me . I won't recommend this location. The location is beautiful and everything was presented well. But unfortunately it felt like we weren't supposed to be there or welcomed.
