We saw that there was a location easily accessible in Hamilton Creek, so we decided to stop by and grab a cup for the road. The drive-thru was easily accessible, and the parking lot was very easy to get in and out. Our drink orders are slightly complicated. We have one of those orders where you have to apologize before ordering. The young lady working the drive-thru was super patient, kind, and took our order perfectly. We pulled to the window, and one cup was ready slightly before the other, so she provided a little small talk while we were waiting for the next cup. The final piece of our order came, and we hit the road. The drink was made perfectly and hot. The service was pleasant and attentive. The location was easily accessible from the major highway. I couldn't ask for more from a quick stop at a new Starbucks location. Please take note that I have not visited this location before, and it is highly unlikely that I will be back. However, my single visit was a good one!

I then proceeded to order another drink, but unfortunately, his attitude and tone throughout the interaction were very unpleasant and came across as unnecessarily rude. I've never been to a Starbucks where If I asked for a water I've been told not without buying something else. The one positive thing I can say is that my drink was made very well, and I was happy with the quality of it. However, Ethan's customer service, communication, and tone when speaking to customers definitely need improvement. I believe additional customer service training would be beneficial, especially when it comes to speaking to customers respectfully and allowing them the opportunity to finish their order before responding in a dismissive manner.
