I stopped in here this morning and it was a good experience. They were busy as always. For a chain, this place is pretty good. The dubai mochi donut was so good! I did slam my finger in a display door and they were kind enough to grab me a bandaid. I love that they have a ton of options. This place is delicious! So many yummy goodies, we loved the Dubai chocolate tart. There's always new fun items to try! The service is more of a 4 out of 5, the workers sometimes seem confused and seem overwhelmed. Maybe still adjusting after opening. Lattes were perfect and I like the multiple choices for milks ( non-dairy). Lots of seating including indoor and outdoor. It's definitely a little pricey in my opinion, considering it is a chain. Researched and it's a Korean brand that is "French" inspired which was interesting. Worth a try! read more

What a great find! The pastries were fresh and the sausage rolls outstanding. The location is bright and clean. Seating offered multiple power outlets including USB ports, so I can imagine working remotely from there! I especially loved that everything is marked with calorie count and there was a good gluten free option! There is a salad and sandwich section that may work for a future lunch! I'm a fan! read more

I keep hoping it'll get better. Had ham and cheese croissants. They didn't offer and I don't know if they warm up or not. Not good cold. Service was poor she didn't seem to know English. An Asian bakery cafe had made it's way to Flower Mound! I would stop at the Paris Baguette whenever I'd shop at Zion market, but that was usually for a snack to take home. Having one 5 minutes away is even better! I've been to this location a few times already. Sandwiches: I find the baguette ones to be a bit tough/chewy. The ones on sandwich bread are delicious though. Sweets: Pain au Chocolat and the Chocolate Croissants are my guilty pleasures and I'll pick one of those up if available. Not a fan of the macarons. Donuts: Only have gotten the mochi donuts which I have a soft spot for. Would like to see more variety beyond that of plain/strawberry/pistachio though. Drinks: Matcha latte is good. Dubai chocolate matcha latte was an unusual drink and would not get that one again. Strawberry lemonade refresher was nice and refreshing. Overall, a very welcome addition to Flower Mound! read more

Paris Baguette is either a breakfast or nighttime dessert treat. I had the ham and cheese pastry for breakfast along with an Americano. For dessert I once had the chocolate croissant and another the feuillete au chocolat with a latte. All were so very delicious. Looking forward to going back! read more

Okay, so for starters, I am not knocking the quality of their food in any way. They are specifically getting 1 star, which should be 0 for an absolute safety and customer service failure. We visited and were very excited to try this place. We went through and used the associated tongs to pick our baked goods. Halfway through, my partner saw crab in the case. He has a deadly shellfish allergy. As a professional Servsafe-certified chef, I immediately inspected the entire area for the appropriate warnings to inform consumers that shellfish were next to and in contact with (shared tongs) ALL of their products. We tried to discuss this with the cashier, but he jokingly said, "Too bad, you can't put them back." I don't think he had ill will, but I believe this was a recurring issue they were openly choosing not to address appropriately. We spent over $30 on desserts while explaining that we would have to discard them or give them away as quickly as possible due to the risk caused by their lack of labeling. I emailed the company afterward, but never received a reply. I clearly outlined the risk, what measures should have been in place, and the catastrophic legal downfall that can arise from something as dangerous as shellfish cross-contamination. I am left feeling as if they do not care about the client's safety or well-being on any level. I was very upset to watch people in the industry dismiss the issue at hand so flippantly, and not a single manager or leader stepped in to handle the situation correctly. read more

I just wanted a few things to try out-I spent 30minutes trying to decide what to select. My family devoured what I bought. I cannot wait to try more sweet treats! The ham and cheese baguette was fantastic, missed the fact it had guacamole, but gave that to my wife who loves guacamole. The pastries looked great, as my wife had one.
