Definitely love all the pastry options. They have a ton of options if you are vegan vegetarian, etc. I think their cashiers are very quick and efficient and keep the line moving.

Vietnamese Coffee, Add Coffee Jelly and Boba

Really good coffee! Ordered the Vietnamese coffee and it was yummy. The person that was taking our order was a little mean though. I asked for sweetener and she corrected me saying it DOES NOT come with sweetener trying to prove me wrong. Regardless whether it comes or not it was my first time coming I just wanted to add sweetener without getting attitude. Would go again though.

The prices are reasonable, considering how good the sweet breads are. Everything is self serve except for the full cakes they offer behind the glass case. Beautiful cakes. They also offer coffee and boba. This place is busy and there are plenty of seating spots available. Service is offered at the counter. Was glad I was able to pay cash. The kid was also able to count back the correct change. Nowadays that's impressive! Most kids can't count back change. 85°C Bakery Cafe specializes in fresh bread baked every hour, over 60 different varieties of breads inspired by European, Asian and Danish trades. Handcrafted beverages made to order, every coffee order is made with freshly grounded espresso beans. Teas are brewed fresh. Beautiful Cakes are offered in the glass cabinet up front. I always look forward to any 85 degree bakery I run across! Yummy! June 2025

85 Degrees is always a fun stop, especially on the weekends. Yes, it is usually fairly packed, but that is part of the experience. I actually enjoy browsing and picking out my own pastries. It feels like a mini treasure hunt every time. My absolute favorites are the sweet custard bun and the egg tarts. Both are perfectly soft, not overly sweet, and always fresh. You really cannot go wrong with those. They also have some solid boba drinks that pair well with the pastries if you are looking for something refreshing. All in all, a very solid option whether you are grabbing a quick treat or taking a box to go. Consistently good and always hits the spot.

Always love visiting 85 bakery. I went late at night though, so a lot of the items I wanted ran out:( My mistake though. The service was efficient and good. The store was clean and organized, and with plenty of seating options. Love the location of this bakery, as it is near lots of great restaurants and dessert shops.

They didn't have that wide of a selection today. I got the few things that I really liked. The egg custards had a mochi type texture so I'm not sure if they're trying new things out but I wasn't a fan. My drink & my other items were amazing.

This place is huge and has lots of fun drink and bun options to choose from. I went with a seasonal strawberry pastry and it was really yummy, but I wished there was more filling inside. I also got a mocha latte, but I did not like it very much. It did not taste like the mocha's I'm used to and was way too strong. The service was alright, it took a little while to make the drinks but not super unreasonable. Overall recommend the pastries but not the coffee.

I ordered their strawberry de leche drink. It came out pretty quickly and was delicious! It's cute inside and they also have some outside seating. Servers were kind. On a separate occasion I was gifted an assorted box of their pastries and while I don't know exactly what I got it was all delicious! Highly recommend

    Vanilla late with boba

Visited less than a week ago, but I'm already dreaming about returning! The coffee, pastries and service are all top notch. All together we ordered a milk tea, vanilla latte with boba, a chocolate hazelnut muffin, double pack of lemon pastries, a cookies and cream pastry and a milk bun. We each ate a pastry and had our coffee on the patio, the rest was taken home for later. Not a single thing was disappointing, although next time I'll definitely get a milk bun (my friend ordered better than I did ). Everything in the store looks amazing, I'll definitely be returning and trying a different assortment of items between the counter service and bakery side. Don't pass this place up, you'll be doing yourself a disservice!

I always make it a point to visit this cafe whenever I'm in Dallas. Today, I stopped by for my favorite strawberry milk tea after lunch. I used the self-ordering kiosk since I was only getting a drink, which meant I skipped the usual line, even though it moves quickly. My drink was ready in under five minutes. Parking is never a problem at this plaza. By the way, they offer a great selection of pastries, breads, cakes, coffee, tea, and slushes too.

    Milk Pudding Hokkaido bun

My first time, but hope it won't be last. The line was long on a weekend afternoon and it moved pretty fast so can't complain. I always see the outside pictures of food, so tried to get some inside captures, so I can remember what to expect. Milk Pudding : absolutely fantastic, soft, light, was concerned it being sweet like American desserts, which it wasn't. Hokkaido bun : tasted pretty good Marble Taro : Unique and highly recommended if you like halwa type consistency, it felt like eating porotta with halwa (Fried bread with thick spread). Hope to try other varieties soon!

One of my favorite bakeries in Dallas. This place is always fully stocked when you go early in the day. It is always busy but the service is good and quick. Their pastries are always fresh. I like their egg tarts which they are popular. This bakery is located at Carrollton plaza. Definitely worth checking out when you get the chance.

Favorite place to get sweet and savory bread! To top it off, caramel pudding and personal basque cheesecake! They are always so friendly and quick! It's always so quick and love that's there's a little seating area to enjoy some sweets and a non-alcoholic drink before hitting the road!

Anyone know where the products are baked? Thank you

This might be, truly, the best croissant come across my tastebuds! If you're familiar with Lewisville, TX, you know for number of years some parts of it were run down and not taken care of. Vista Ridge Mall, was one of those neighborhoods that was neglected for years and sadly looks like a ghost town inside and out. I recently walked through this mall with family and it was sad to see what once was a very prominent shopping and dining place, became almost abandoned. So I thought. When you drive around the mall, you'll see a nice corner lot of the building, full parking lot that has a small town of its own. Full of Korean shopping and dining. You'll find a large, "Zion Food Market," and next to it... "Paris Baguette." As soon as you walk through the large glass doors, you're immediately be transported into French atmosphere. The fresh baked goods aromas are crowding into your nostrils. To your right is pastry galore options. "Prosciutto Fig & Goat Cheese Pizzetta," "Hash Brown Bread," "Pastry Franks," "Mini Grain Cream Cheese Pastry," "Mini Croissants," "Strawberry Croissants," "NY Cheese Tart," "Tiramisu Tart," "Sweet Rice Doughnuts," "Sausage Stick Bread," "Snow Bunny Cake," "Chocolate Strawberry Cake," "Red Velvet Cake," and surprisingly... so much more. The amount of fresh, handmade, pastries this particular location has can be overwhelming. You can walk around and try to find the perfect pastry for yourself and you'll find yourself lost in your inner desires. After walking around, on an empty stomach, trying to select the best pastry, I ended up settling on, "Prosciutto Fig & Goat Cheese Pizzetta," "Pastry Frank," and "Strawberry Croissant." When you place your order, you have such kind and friendly staff. They were extremely helpful in helping me with my large selection. "Strawberry Croissant," had fresh fruit with fluffy texture and sweet creamy filling. This might be, truly best croissant I've ever tasted. "Pastry Frank," was soft to the touch and the meat inside was evenly cooked that with every bite, it was a perfect dance combination for your tongue. Their New, "Prosciutto Fig & Goat Cheese Pizzetta," was very delicious. The large peace's of goat cheese, mix with other meats and seasonings made a perfect choice for a snack or a meal. In fact, costing under $6, I was full after eating it by itself. I had to take the rest of the pastries To-Go. Definitely recommend this location for pastries galore and friendly staff.

It felt like a true neighborhood spot--warm, familiar, and thoughtful. But this year, not even a "Happy Mother's Day" in sight. It may seem small, but it speaks volumes about the shift in atmosphere since the new ownership. Service feels more distant now, less like a community hub and more transactional. The new owner is courteous, but the inviting energy is gone. The food is still good, but I deeply miss the quiche--crafted with love and skill by the previous pastry chef. It was a standout and irreplaceable. Bread is made more often now, which is nice in theory, but consistency has slipped. My last loaf was disappointingly hard around the edges. This isn't a harsh critique--it's hopeful. I'd love to see some of the old heart and hospitality return. It made all the difference.
