Came here to get a cold brew with sweet cream topping. This is a regular drink for me at other locations. They do it different here and not in a good way. First of all, you get charged an extra $0.79 to add sweet cream at any Paris baguette, but you should get a decent amount and it should sit at the top evenly not a thin thing layer globbed in the center. Next when you order a cream topping you want to taste it so the lid should have a sipper on it, not a straw. Why would you pay extra for a topping and then have a straw shoved at the bottom of the cup where you don't taste it? Other than that the staff was actually super friendly, so this isn't their fault. However, I ordered an oat milk latte, and I didn't like it much, so I asked for an exchange for another drink.
