I think it also softened up my crepe as it did have crispy edges but the rest was soft. There's a good amount of space inside to dine in. You can order ahead or order at the kiosk. There was no wait when I arrived at opening and I got my crepe pretty quickly. If you don't mind the preset flavors, go with that. First of all we were not greeted at all, we put our own order and waited not that long. When it was ready I went to grab it, the server was a lady she pushed the crepe to me and turned her back, I asked her if I should grab the fork or she will give it but I was ignored, so I served myself (which is ok by me). The crepe was looking good but it was cold ... I do not know if they always serve cold crepes, my friend's crepe was super cold too. Mine was also somehow crunchy and I have no idea why and how! The sugar topping was half-set and missed that sugar cracking effect ~Choco brulee crepe (3.5/5): the choco custard was really good. But had all the same concerns as the regular crème brulee crepe and couldn't taste the chocolate crepe much ~White Peach Green Tea and Thai Tea (both 1/5): When we took our first sip, the boba was ROCK HARD. I know it's not their fault that someone placed a *huge* order, but I wish they would have communicated to people who ordered after that the wait would be longer than usual. We waited almost 50 minutes for our crepes and others were asking what was going on. It was very hard to find seating as some of it gets taken up by people who are waiting and not actually dining in. As for the crepe itself, I don't like that they place the ice cream on top because when you get to the middle of the crepe, there's no more ice cream even when I strategically pushed down as much ice cream as possible. This is an order your own through a computer type of place so don't expect somebody to help you. The humans are simply there just to make your order. It would be nice if they were a little bit more interactive with their customers. They have a good selection of different crêpe options and you can even customize it with gelato scoops. They also have a good option of different beverages, which is what I ordered. I personally did not try any of the crêpes as I was really full from dinner but decided to get the brown sugar milk boba, not the brown sugar milk tea - yes there are two similar options. Initially, my beverage tasted like cold milk with Boba after 3 to 4 sips you can finally taste the brown sugar. It wasn't bad but I've definitely had better. My brother ordered a mini banana Nutella crêpe and my friend ordered an original sized strawberry Nutella crêpe - both somehow were really cold. I'm not sure if this is the way that they normally serve their crêpes but maybe something to consider. Overall, this is a good choice for dessert but definitely not a first choice. The place is small, and there's really not much chance for interacting with people -- you more or less place your order via the touch screen at the counter, pay there, and then just wait for yout order to be ready. You can either eat it in the shop or take it to go -- it's not uncommon to see people lining up to order and then leave once they get it. They have both sweet and savory options, but I always end up going for the sweet crepes since that's usually what I'm in the mood for when I come here -- and they have so many choices that you're sure to find something you'll like! For me, I always switch between the wild berry crepe and the mango raspberry crepe, and add chocolate truffles to both for that extra hit of sweet and bitter. This place definitely satisfies my need for crepes and more -- though if I had one complaint, I do wish they'd load up their crepes just a bit more. I've had a few occasions where I end up with nothing but crepe near the end because they overstuff the top of the crepe and leave barely anything at the bottom. We ordered: - Lychee Romantic ($7.99) - the filling was good, but the crepe itself is awful. The crepe is made out of rice flour (hence gluten-free) and it's made too thin, too crispy (to where it cuts your lip when you bite into it) and utterly tasteless. Instead of being in harmony with the filling, the crepe just tastes like bites of thin cardboard. - Matcha Azuki Bean ($11.99) - was hoping this was similar to What's Crepe's Matcha & Mochi crepe. This crepe was just a mish mosh of ingredients thrown together that have no cohesiveness whatsoever - there's a giant scoop of ice cream which can't be eaten in the same bite as anything else, the flavorless crepe, pocky sticks, and you can't even taste the custard cream or whipped yogurt.
