The service has been good everytime we've been. I got the strawberry cheesecake waffle this time and I was very happy with it, although it was a little sweeter than I anticipated. The biscoff latte is really good. I feel like if you didn't want to eat a whole waffle, you could split it comfortably. The place is really clean, cute and cozy. Very cute cafe with a university aesthetic. This place makes you think you stepped into a Korean university cafeteria. There are a lot of tables and open space. They have ice cream waffles and regular signatures ones. We got the red bean and mochi one. It was delicious! There was a lot of filling inside with the cream, red bean paste, and mochi. It was a good size too and the waffles were fresh. I do wish it was a little bigger and thicker. I saw them making it and they let the waffles cool a little bit to avoid melting the inside toppings. Came to Vegas for a quick trip and like to get off strip to eat since I can't afford strip prices for every meal. Was actually looking for a quick breakfast spot but this came up when searching for waffles. Got a couple of waffles for breakfast with the whipped cream and nutella. Waffle is really crisp and has a nice texture. Waffle thickness is similar to an eggo but the shell and flavor is like 10x better. Decided to come back after dinner one night as well to try the ice cream waffle. Came with 3 scoops of ice cream which I could pick the flavors and got the chocolate shell topping. Waffles are made fresh and are nice an crispy and it goes well with the ice cream. The interior is large and has a good amount of seating. They had a couple of kpop concert videos on when I was there BTS and Black pink and there was kpop music in the background. They also have a small photo area set up like a Korean school so that's kinda cool as well if you are into the picture posting thing. Staff was friendly and food came out pretty quick although if there is a lot of people there the wait might be longer as they make each waffle once ordered. We ate in and brought the tray back to the counter area for clean up so it's like a Quick serve spot where you get your number called and pick up the item yourself. I've been wanting to try this place since I saw it on IG. When you walk first in the vibes is already so cute. It's set up like a school which is a unique theme to have for a waffle shop! Service was okay and the waffle took awhile to come out since I think they make it fresh. I ended up betting the strawberry cheesecake cream waffle. The waffle was actually really good. I'm usually not a huge waffle person because they tend to be quite dense. My favorite type of waffle is actually a Belgian waffle because they are airy and light. Well, Waffle University does waffles but Korean style. These types of waffles were actually quite trendy in Korea a few years back. So far, my husband and I have tried their berry and whip cream waffle & their strawberry nutella waffle. My favorite is their strawberry nutella waffle! Sweet and decadent but also light and airy! The waffles aren't warm when they are served because they are crispier when they are cold. If you want a warm waffle, you can request it but it will be soft. If their waffle combinations aren't really what you're looking for, you can build your own as well. They also got a long list of drinks to choose from if you want one with your waffle! The establishment is very spacious and has plenty of tables. Service is good! The only thing is that the waffles are quite pricy since they're about $8-12 per waffle depending on the kind of combo you want. We went to hmart for some grocery run and decided to stop bat this place to try it out. Me and my husband got the Oreo cream waffles and shared it as we had just had lunch. I guess you get an option for ice cream or cream but being it 100 something degrees outside I opted for the cream. Service was ok nothing special. There were quite a lot of customers when I went, so it definitely feels popular and lively I ordered the strawberry Dubai waffle since I'm a big fan of Dubai-style desserts, and my mom got the red bean cream waffle. The waffle itself was crispy and really good! But for the Dubai-style toppings, the kataifi and pistachio flavor didn't quite hit the mark compared to others I've tried. It felt more like pre-made pistachio spread and already-toasted kataifi rather than something freshly prepared, so it was a bit disappointing. My son had the Oreo Nutella Signature waffle, minus the Nutella because he's allergic. He ate it up before I could get a picture. My daughter loved the Strawberry Nutella Ice cream waffle, even though the ice cream froze the Nutella like magic shell. I liked the K-Yakgwa waffle. The Yakgwa cookie wasn't soft but wasn't overly hard. Very good but my favorite is still the K-Red Bean waffle with or without ice cream. It's definitely not like a Belgian waffle - this is made with different grains so it feels healthy and has a different texture. It's crispy but a little chewy and on the thinner side. For the "university" bit, they give you a metal cafeteria tray where you can add your own toppings from a buffet line (almost like yogurtland) and they have everything from fruit to cereal to maple syrup to condensed milk. We found this place on TikTok and decided to check it out. As we walked up to look at the menu, we noticed the window ads promoting the Dubai Chocolate Waffle, and that immediately became the mission. We visited on Sunday the 15th. Walking in, the place was immaculately clean, the decor was cool, and we were greeted right away, solid first impression. We ordered two Dubai Chocolate Waffles (no strawberries). Quick note on value, most waffles are around $10, but these are honestly big and rich enough to split between two people if you want to. The waffle itself is a great base, not overly sweet and not salty, it just supports whatever filling you pick. Now the problem, our order basically disappeared. The cashier took our order, but never gave us a receipt or asked if we wanted one. There were a few customers ahead of us, totally normal. We sat down and waited, but after a while I realized everyone who ordered before and after us received their food, and we were still sitting there with nothing. I finally walked up to the counter to check in, and the woman I'm assuming is the manager or owner looked genuinely shocked that we hadn't gotten our order. She immediately apologized and got it handled. The cashier offered tea to make up for it, but we already had water and honestly just wanted our food at that point. Here's why this went from a one-star moment to a four-star review: the recovery was excellent. The manager literally ran our waffles to the table so they'd be hot, kept apologizing, and made sure we were taken care of. On top of that, she brought us an extra waffle with syrup on the house, which was a strong move and showed she actually cares about the customer experience. As for the Dubai Chocolate Waffle itself, phenomenal. Great ingredients, great texture, the filling was on point, and the waffle balance was perfect. I'm giving 4 stars because the initial mistake should not happen, especially since it took us going up to the counter for it to be noticed. But the way it was handled after the fact was top tier. I'll be back, and I'm hoping next time is a clean 5-star experience from start to finish. They do a different type of waffle than what most of us are used to. You can pick the toppings or you can pick from their menu. I went here a couple of times, and both times there was only one employee working. Even when there are two customers, there could be a wait. I tried their apple cinnamon waffle and their dubai waffle. They both were good. Their iced americano was a bit bland and not strong for me but my husband liked it. They could be targeted to Korean customers who prefer less strong coffee. They have plenty of tables and seating. I just found out about their happy hour so take advantage of that! Clean bathroom with bidet is a plus. I wish they wiped down the tables after customers leave because some of the tables were dirty but then this is hard when there is only one employee working. Maybe some sanitizing wipes nearby the return tray area so customers could do it is an idea. Come with your friends at take pictures at the photo zone while you guys get some waffles and coffee. At the time it was completely empty- super understandably for a quiet weekday- except for one employee that was very patient and attentive while my friend and I figured out what we wanted to order. Our shared ice cream waffle was perfectly made and so were our drinks. My favorite part was honestly the whole aesthetic of the place, so much that I had to get a picture at the cute photo corner they had set up!
