It was a busy morning and I did have to wait in line when I arrived, but my order was ready after the ASAP pickup window they gave me (a little over 30 minutes after ordering). The big surprise -- everything was actually in the sealed box. Even the display cases looked fully stocked. It felt like they were much better prepared for the holiday rush this time. Not only was the order complete, everything was really good. The fruit pastry stood out -- fresh fruit, great custard, and not overly sweet. All of the items were excellent. We had pain au chocolat, fruit pastry, pastel de nata, strawberry croissant, strawberry mochi donuts, and a coffee croissant donut. Huge improvement from my past experiences. They came out a few times to refresh the baked goods which was nice to see, as other ones often run out of items. Their seating also had outlets which encourages people to sit and stay awhile. It's good to get the app because they offer discounts which can pay off. Their rewards program is earn 75 points (each $1) and get a free pastry or drink so it can take awhile to accumulate if you don't go often (though definitely not a cheap place).
