Maple Pecan Layer Cake
Cleven I.

I visited Paris Baguette a couple times in the last month. I love that there is a place like this that's not too far from where I live . They have fresh baked goods daily which I appreciate. I came here for a birthday cake. What I like about the cakes is they are simple but elegant, and don't attack your sweet tooth. The service was good, and the ambiance was nice as well. The place itself was nice and clean. I would recommend for a quick bite, or some awesome baked goods.

a variety of pastries on display

Excited to have this in the neighborhood! Various baked goods like cakes, pastries, mochi nuts, croissants, breads, rolls, quiche, pre-made sandwiches, teas and coffee but unfortunately no Boba. Everything seems pretty fresh. Since they just opened I'm sure they're still getting their groove. Things aren't cheap but the quality seems good... wish they had some low sugar or no refined sugar options though! There is some seating and seems like a nice place to hang out, better than Starbucks. Located across from Wegmans...

New cafe/bakery edition to the Wegmans shopping area. Their coffee and lattes are made well and there are non-diary milk options. Got the turkey avocado baguette for lunch and it was freshly made with generous amounts of avocado. Bakery items like cakes and different baked breads are here. Overall nice place to get something quick to eat, and staff is very friendly and welcoming. I recommend!

My order was a black iced coffee, a buffalo ranch chicken wrap, a strawberry banana roll cake, st paddys day mochi donuts

I'm impressed with this new spot. I had a mushroom quiche and a hazelnut coffee and really enjoyed it! I will definitely be back.

The coffee is not good and inconsistent. The staff is constantly turning over. The pastries are too thick.

Ask the Community - Paris Baguette

Do they have any vegan option here?

They have a vegan baguette on the menu but it's been out of stock for awhile. Not sure if it'll arrive one day. They also have a couple vegan muffins. Not a huge amount of vegan options.

I'm updating this review mostly to add more photos, but have been enjoying hanging out here for a coffee & pastry while catching up on emails or just taking in the peaceful surroundings, meeting friends for lunch, and most recently returned for one of their lively Friday night dinners with music on the outdoor patio (indoors if the weather is uncooperative). They are now open for dinner 5 nights a week in the summer! The menu is seasonal and changes often, with daily specials and some staples. The food is hearty and wholesome, and I love their salads. The quiche for example tasted like something i would make, though not sure if that's a good thing or not (ha). The chicken shawarma ($14) was pretty good though the pita could have been softer; it had eggplant, onions and mushroom as well. Quite enjoyed the strawberry cupcake - light and airy. They have glasses of tap water in the fridge which you can help yourself to and you bus your own tables by putting your silverware and plates in a pan. They have a very small parking lot that says 20 minute parking. We parked at the school next to it so hopefully that was ok. Not sure where all the customers were parking as the official lot was full.

Breakfast is served until 11:30 and they have a a few egg dishes, breakfast sandwiches and French toast. We enjoyed a leisurely breakfast and liked the egg, potatoes (mixture of white and sweet, which was nice), and toast except the toast was hard pieces of baguette ($10). The omelette with potatoes was a pretty plate and good even though the cheese was initially forgotten. They also have sandwiches, salads, burgers and pizza on the menu, the latter of which is made in a brick oven. The pastries didn't look that fresh or enticing but we didn't order any so can't comment on the quality. There's indoor and outdoor seating and service was very nice. They have a shared parking lot with other businesses and more parking out back. Very close to Hungry hollow food coop so make a stop there if you have time!

One of the most successful private label brands in the annals of grocery history, the Eight O'clock…read moreCoffee brand was introduced by the Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company in 1859 and was sold there until 2015 when A&P finally went out of business. Interestingly (at least to me) the brand was named based on several 19th century focus groups (or whatever they were called at the time) that said consumers had their first cup of coffee of the day at eight o'clock. Considering life expectancy in 1859 was around 51, this sounds a little late in the day to me or just maybe, the gunslingers and bandoleros of the time were just waking up after a night of rotgut whiskey at the saloon. Currently, the brand is sold via e-commerce and select grocery channels (Walmart) by Tata Consumer Products of India who is the second largest producer of tea and coffee in the world. For those who may be too young to remember, A&P was the nation's largest mid-century grocery chain and was particularly prominent in the New York metropolitan area meaning, a bag of Eight O'clock Coffee was always around my home growing up as no one in the swinging 70's cared a wit about gourmet coffee and viewed it largely as a functional beverage on par with Maxwell House and Folgers. Today of course, when toddlers are weaned on double espressos and daily twelve dollar lattes are the ruination of countless credit ratings, Eight O'clock now offers "Barista Blends" and Keurig versions to keep our nervous systems permanently jangled. Just for fun, I tried Eight O'clock again recently and found it to be a very decent cup of coffee but honestly, I won't be going out of my way to stockpile the brand. Coffee's not my thing but any brand that has the stamina to survive 165 years, has to be worth an automatic five stars for lifetime achievement. My toddler agrees.

But when I brewed them in my french press, they tasted expired: rancid oils, weak and bitter flavor, etc. I was bummed and decided to give their 800 number a call. The woman I spoke to on the other end of the line was SO NICE! She gave me reasons for maybe why they tasted expired; she acted professionally, friendly, and apologetic; she sent me a refund in the mail; and she eluded to talking to her "team" about improvements. She took my criticism into consideration and made me feel heard. So not 5 stars because of the bad beans, but 4 stars because of the great customer service/relations!
