Paris Baguette has been around for a long time, even longer than Tous Les Jours, so I was really happy we finally have on in St. Louis. I went to their soft opening at 7:00am and was glad I got there early enough to avoid the long line. Since it was opening week things were a big chaotic. I think they need a better system. Maybe two lines: one to pick out pastries and another to pay for the pastries. Some people waited in line and didn't get to look at the other side because they were worried about losing their spot, while others got their pastries and then had to go back in line behind those who are still waiting to get pastries. It was a bit messy, but I guess that's what soft openings are for. Hopefully, they'll sort it out soon. Anyway, I bought about $70 worth of pastries and two cups of lattes: (total $90-ish). Everything was good as usual. I've always thought Paris Baguette has great flavors, while Tous Les Jours has great texture and chewiness. Paris Baguette has more savory items, while Tous Les Jours has more sweet. Both are balanced well. I can't say which one is better, but having both nearby is definitely a treat. Now all we need in St. Louis is a few HMART stores. :)

WOW! I've never seen a bakery quite like this where there's pastries everywhere. Pastries up top and below, pastries at the checkout, display cases, etc. is. I'd compare this to a candy store but the pastry edition. There's literally something for everyone. I browsed the menu prior to coming in so I'd at least have an idea of what I wanted. While I thought of getting a sandwich, that quickly changed once I saw the croissants. To start, get a tray and tongs and cover it with wax paper. Once you're finished with your selection, you'll pay at the register. I scoured each aisle, each time thinking I was getting something until I saw something else. I managed to pick up a pre-made chocolate chip cookie, since you know, I have a wicked sweet tooth. All in all, the croissant and cookie set me back $8.35. It's less than what I was expecting but fair for the price point. When I was checking out, the person next to me asked to get their pastry warmed, (which I was unaware you could do), but I quickly followed suit. The first few bites of my croissant exceeded my expectations. It was flaky yet soft and was pleasing to the taste. My only complaint is that I wish there was more chocolate on the inside instead of just the drizzle. Some tips if you're wanting to come here: -arrive early! The parking lot was almost full at 7:45 on a Saturday morning. Do with that what you will. -Take your time and look at each pastry carefully bc I promise you're going to see one and think that's it, until you see something else that changes your mind. -it's a Korean bakery, so don't be afraid to try something new!

The pastries were good. I especially like the choux cream bread. Parking on day two was limited due to a lot of people. The line to checkout was long and slower. Probably still a learning process. There was no seat after we checked out to dine in. The owner gave us her table and moved her laptop etc which was nice of her. Overall, I will be back for more pastry.

I went for the soft opening and did anticipate the crowd but there was almost no parking spot left... I got the last one. The cashier was nice but there wasn't someone walking around and explain it to first time people. I think that would help. The line was long regardless though. There's decent amount of tables and chairs but it was so crowded I took the pastries to go. They have pastries, bread, sandwiches, cakes, drinks, etc. We got a variety of pastries and my husband wanted the grilled cheese (which they will warm up for you). The cream on the berry danish was great flavor and texture. I give them a 4 because there were a lot of empty trays and I couldn't get what I wanted.

It was super busy on a Monday around lunchtime. So many great pastries to choose from, employees were wearing gloves and cleaning cases! They were all extremely friendly with smiles on their faces, answered questions and were great interacting with customers. It was cute like a little cafe, a little loud just because of how busy it was.

Every time I pass by this place, it always looks crowded and the parking lot is full. I went there in the late afternoon, and there were still plenty of empty seats available. The desserts were all pretty good -- my favorite was the fruit tart with lemon cream. The service was also fast. I'd definitely come back if I'm in the area again.

We stopped by around 2pm on a weekday but they were packed! We got a hot chai latte, a strawberry soft cream cake slice and smoked sausage bread. Service was friendly and fast. The long queue at check out moved pretty quickly. I already see myself came back here for their cakes.

I'm used to Chicago's Paris Baguette, but I was really excited for this one since it's the first location in St. Louis. Went about a week after it opened and the hype was very real. Friends of mine waited around 20 minutes but I think I ended up waiting closer to 30 to 40. Just something to know going in, though I'm sure it'll die down once the newness wears off. I got a good mix of breads and pastries and also tried the basil lemonade which was really refreshing for a hot summer day. Prices are a bit higher than Tous Les Jours if you've been, but it's not too shocking for a korean bakery cafe like this. The interior is really nice and there's plenty of seating inside. Outside seating is pretty limited, only about 2 or 3 tables, but the indoor space makes up for it. Parking was easy. If you can, try to avoid peak hours. But even with the wait I was impressed by how efficiently they were running things and how frequently they were bringing out fresh pastries. For a brand new location still in its opening buzz, they were handling it well! I'll definitely be a regular here.

I recently visited the new Paris Baguette in St. Louis, and it absolutely deserves five stars! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, clean, and inviting. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the incredible service. The owner was genuinely kind and welcoming, taking the time to make sure everything was perfect and creating a really positive vibe in the bakery. You can tell they care deeply about both the customers and the business. A special shoutout to Tyler, who went above and beyond with his friendliness and attention to detail. He was patient, helpful, and made great recommendations. It's not often you come across service that feels this genuine. Of course, the pastries and drinks were just as amazing--fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. This place is a fantastic addition to St. Louis, and I'll definitely be coming back often. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed a Smoked Ham and Gruyere Croissant and a black coffee in house. I was to have a seat at the counter in their front window and relax while my dogs were at the doggie spa up the street. The croissant was super-super flakey and the smoked ham paired beautifully with the gruyere cheese. I couldn't come to NRB and not take home a couple of sweet treats. My favorite treat was the Raspberry Lemon Financier. It was so good the next morning with my home brewed coffee. Then that evening I enjoyed a Lemon Cake whose name I cannot recall. It exceeded moistness and the strong lemon flavor was just what I like. In addition to my treats, I got a Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookie for my fur-babies pet stylist as part of her tip. My only dislike and it's minor, is that they serve Kaldi's Coffee. I'm glad they are supporting another local small business, but I am not a fan of their product. Typically when I know a cafe serves Kaldi's, I pass on the coffee, but I made an exception here.

I was also given a taster of their apple crisp with my first order, which was very delicious and will be a great addition to any holiday meal. The maple glazed doughnut was soft, a perfect classic. The cranberry ginger jam was delicious and punchy, but could have used a little something on the actual doughnut to balance out how strong it was.
