Very small coffee shop in the West Palm Beach area, we stopped by for some after brunch coffee and tried a crepe with Fresh Strawberries & Jam as well. It's more of a to-go coffee place than a sit down given the limited seating, and not really a place that encourages lingering for too long. They make very good iced coffee, we asked the waitress for the brand (LaVazzo) and we bought a bag ourselves after we got home. The crepe was somewhat lackluster, the crepe itself came out soggy instead of fluffy, and the jam was also very watery and didn't have much flavor. Servers were very busy, so service was just ok. We were originally going to get coffee to go, but changed our mind at the last minute while ordering, and was told that we would have to be rung up as sit-down service if we chose to sit. This place is so cute! You really feel like you are in a bistro! The staff out so nice and personable. We stopped in for breakfast as part of my husbands bday vacation. They all wished him a happy birthday! If you are reading this...stop what you are doing and GO, GO, GO!!!! You will not regret it. It will be the best breakfast you can remember having! We had: French toast- best French toast I have had ever. Hands down. It sweet and cinnamonny. Plus the syrup they choose compliments it so well. I eat French toast every where we travel and if I'm telling you it's the best. It's because it is! Oeuf Cochette: I wanted to try these eggs in a cup. So glad I did. Absolutely delicious. As everyone says, it's small--but really not cramped on the morning I stopped in. I was actually headed down S. Olive to another breakfast spot, but decided to stop into Paris Bakery. I wanted some smoked salmon, but not on a bagel, baguette or in an omelet. No problem. Niki immediately let me know I could create my own breakfast: 2 poached eggs, done perfectly by the way, a plain croissant, and delicious smoked salmon with capers and onion--and a lovely pot of mint tea. Since this wasn't on the menu, I expected a bigger than menu equivalents price. Not. They treated my invention like any of their other choices. It was so delicious, and fresh. And, as I said, perfection on the poaching with perfectly contained, but runny yolks, and tucked whites. This will become one of my West Palm Beach go to morning treats. The service was good but the menu was kinda weird. They charge extra 5$ if you share plate.They only give you one refill for certain drinks and not that much choice. I didn't like the smell inside , it smells like oil. Also it was weird that you needed the server to let you in the restroom because there was a keypad. read more

Updated to reply to owner George... see below. Covid has not been kind to this place. The kitchen has gone from middle marginal to a major merderie. The croissant, which had been improving, are now these pale, inedible things that make one long pour les croissants Costco. The quiche has slimmed down to tart thinness, inexcusably burnt, chewy, and light as a lead weight. The folks running this place, sadly, seem to me, likewise, to be a bit deflated, and leaden of spirit. The owner broods around the empty dining room, mustering up a half smile that would make the Aadams Family's Lurch look positively giddy. Someone nouveau in the kitchen is needed to revive and restore the fundamental cuisine. Someone, for the front of the house, who can muster a smile, and some energy would be good too. So I asked you why the croissant were so different, politely, hoping that it was, perhaps, an understandable defection of a baker, due to COVID. Even Johan's Joe, which buys from a supplier, serves, in my opinion, far better croissant. Your bistro is also just a block or two from Paneterie, over on East Clematis. Their food runs inspired laps around yours, in my opinion. Like-to-Like, Vincent's Bistro, in Lake Worth, legit French, also has recovered out of covid with energy, passion, and effort. Where are you? From my vantage point, at least, not there, at the moment. You could be, So perhaps, instead of replying, take a good look at how to GET THERE.. Food, at restaurants, is experiential. What experience, George, do you provide? The dining room is more than a decade old. Tired. The food, to me, has gone downhill. If you're the chef, sir, then go back in there and find out what brought you the passion, and joy to run this place. If you're not, go hire someone with energy, and passion, to reignite it. That inexcusably burnt, poorly poured demi-quiche that your wait staff service up to us was the final straw, for me, a surrender to rote mediocrity. The service, of late, has been marginal, at best, too, in the couple of visits that I've had since we all emerged from our COVID bunkers, including the final one. Then there is your presence, when you emerge to check on things. It's palpable, and not, at least to me, in a good way. You stand there, looking around, in a way that is almost painful to watch. I don't see you interface with guests much, or well, in my observation on recent visits, at least. You seem, again, to me, a bit unhappy. That radiates into the space, when you're there. Maybe you're downright giddy, most days, and I'm just missing it. I can only comment upon what I see. Do you see the ? Do you care? That I cannot say. It is quite sad, to me. I do remember a point in time, many years ago, when you first opened up, where there was a good energy in your place, and some urge by your staff to bring cuisine, and experience, that had some joy, and love, to the guests. À présent? Aucun. After a time, when the other breakfast place opens up, around the corner, joining the many new ones, especially on the weekends, pedestrian democracy will visit its verdict on all of the options for a morning meal, or brunch. From where I sit, the current state of affairs at your place puts your vision in a place that I can only see as the most base, functional end of the restaurant game. Guests are treated better. Your customers are being given what appears, to me, to be your C-game, for a lack of particular concern. From our past interactions, I get that you're open. They should be delighted to be in your eatery.Thus my very unapologetic comment. What a marvelous find. I had guests visiting from California and we looking for someplace to grab a bite to eat when I came across the Paris Bakery & Cafe. Ooo-la-la! The freshly-made lunch was delicious. From the croissants to the Cappuccino's, we knew we'd found a 'gold mine'. Paris Bakery is a nice comfy type of cafe. Not a place to go and do work from your laptop. I walked in about 30 minutes before they closed for a quick lunch and they informed me that I could order to go or I had the option to sit outside in their outside seating area but couldn't order to eat inside. The outside seating is an opened area on the side walk and I didn't mind eating there because it was set up cute and the weather was so nice. Everything was plastic except the straws, they were paper. I wasn't too happy about eating out of paper and plastic containers at a cafe but I really wanted to try their exotic spinach salad. I figured maybe the plastic was to get orders out fast or maybe because I came in the cafe towards the end of the day, I don't know but I didn't care for it. On my way out I had to ask for another straw for my coffee because it had broken in half. The lady they had picking up the outside furniture didn't seem to understand English so I had to ask her to ask someone inside for a straw (I just kept pointing to the straw expressing that it was broken and I needed another one) I think I would go back at an earlier time to see if they serve the food in plastic and paper again as well as to try another salad because the salad was really good. The coffee was okay nothing to complain about. I would order it again. I think they are a great spot to stop for a grab and go meal or coffee. Met friends who docked at the city marina and walked over. It's a small place, but has pleasant and efficient service and delicious food. I had an omelette with three vegetables. It was not overcooked and didn't taste like the nasty oil spray that many places use. I liked my coffee. Does it compete with Cafe Boloud on Palm Beach? No, and it's not supposed to. It's a nice step up from the typical breakfast joint. read more

We are here while visiting West Palm, thinking it would be a great breakfast place I could have made at home. Nothing had any wow factor, it was just basic breakfast. They even ran out of home fries and only had sliced tomatoes to substitute... coffee was okay. Like I said to label it as Paris Bakery, I had much higher expectations. read more

Ordered eggs it was not busy very slow getting my food they messed my order and had to start over. Then had to ask for some missing items from my order. And my eggs in a cup was very bland no taste. I wont be back. Only reason i gave it two stars instead of one the serve was nice. read more

This is one of the cutest cafes/bakeries in Palm Beach. I went there with two of my friends: Sehar G and Sarah Y. We went around lunch time and had a blast. The server was great and patient while we decided our order. I ordered the Mona Lisa Veggie sandwich which tasted great with grilled veggies and cheese. The bread tasted like it was freshly baked. The coffee latte drink which I ordered was rich and decadent. My friend ordered Nutella crepes at the ended that ended our great Parisian lunch. I took a chocolate croissant to go and basically had to share with Sam M. Next time I would order more croissants to go, they made them fresh for me when I found out they had none left. I only waited 15 minutes for them to make them, that was really kind of them to make a fresh batch before their closing time. The ambience of this place is like your sitting in a cute little cafe with Paris themed paintings and colors. It seems like a local favorite because it got extremely busy while we were there. There is also outside seating and will be prefect for winter months of Florida. I'll definitely be back for more pastries and lunch here.~ read more

Website makes you think it's a huge sprawling bakery with lots of breakfast options. There's like 5 tables. Nothing special. With my eggs, I got three small potato wedges that have been heated and reheated and heated and reheated. Worn out wrinkled potatoes. Just got a bit misty eyed looking down at those poor shriveled potatoes. They deserved better me thinks. I kept looking for that French Bakery that was supposed to be there. read more

Visited yesterday after a race downtown. Our group had 7 and we arrived at 8:50. Doors were open but nothing was ready. Apparently, they do not open until 9. I find that odd for a bakery. Most bakeries open at 7 am or earlier. We sat outside for a bit longer than I would have liked before our server came out (maybe 20 minutes). The women who came to take our order was less than friendly. Our drinks took 15 minutes. The man who came to deliver the coffee was down right rude and didn't make us feel welcome. We ordered. Food came, my croissant was dry. I had the Brie and ham croissant. I requested a sub of fruit instead of potatoes, she said a small fee would be charged. The fruit that arrived was mushy bananas and anemic strawberries. They brought more coffee but refused to bring creamer. They said they could only give two prepackaged creamers pre person due to global supply issues. They were so rude about this. It was really unwelcoming. It seems like they should cream, like half and half on hand for dine in customers. Everyone was underwelmed with the food. The bill came and we requested to split it to a couple of checks. They refused. They did eventually agree to split it into 2 checks. Still a pain for us. They charged us $3.99 of sub par fruit. Overall, it was a less than stellar experience. At first glance, this place looks it has potential but after eating their for breakfast with my family it was just okay. The spacing is limited so tables are served on the sidewalk which can be a bit awkward in a downtown area where many are walking by. The customer service is okay. The food looks better in pictures than in taste. The coffee was not good although it looks appealing. The crepe was average. The omelets were okay nothing fancy or flavorful; however, the potatoes were at least good. The croissant was not flaky or light as I typically expect it. Overall, I would say this place is "okay" probably not my go to French bakery. read more

Excellent coffee. Smooth enough that nothing needs to be added to sweeten or flavor it. I ordered a pretty large omelet with smoked salmon that was fairly priced and well cooked. I came in very early ahead of a court hearing with another lawyer who ordered some croissants with our coffee. I left full and happy. Altogether my coffee and omelette was a little over $20 with tip included. Big portions, good coffee, and fair prices. It's a nice view to eat outside. The foret noire and the riviera veggie crepes were good, though they could have used a touch more seasoning. The side salad was great, especially with their awesome tarragon dressing. I know other people commented on the dressing, but I still didn't expect it to be as good as it was. The restaurant itself is on the cozy side, which has its charm. It's a nice location if you want to dine and walk around after as well. Parking in the general area can be a little tricky, so it might not be the best lunch spot if you're in a time crunch. (The first time I came, I was pretty much speed-eating because it took longer than anticipated to find the place and then find parking, and I was trying to finish lunch before an appointment nearby). There's a selection of pastries available, and the croissants looked like tempting treats to save for later. Overall, it was a decent experience with good food and pretty presentation. read more

Had a lot of options when it came to Breakfast Crepes. I decided to go with the "Oh La La" which contained eggs, cheese, ham, onion, and avocado. It was very tasty and was accompanied with potatoes (which I got into before the pictures) and a baguette with homemade jelly. It was very reasonably priced, and I can say the same for the French Toast my girlfriend had ordered, which was just the right amount of sweet. The service was great, both swift and kind. Crepes here are amazing. It takes me right back to France. I'm so glad we have this little gem in WPB. I love the foie gras crepe. Their bechamel is outrageously good. My kids love all the chocolate and cream crepes. Their juice is great and everything seems truly French so I love bringing out of town guests here. I love their balsamic reduction on their salads. TIP: I always get an extra salad for lunch later when I go in for breakfast crepes. read more

A co worker ordered breakfast for us they said 25 min he gave them 45 min and when he got there he waited another 25 min. I ordered a crepe with bacon egg and cheese 1 ice coffee and 1 orange juice. They told my co worker he never ordered the orange juice. I heard him place the entire order. I decided to take a short walk over after the food arrived to get an orange juice only for then to grab a cup suitable for a small infant child and proceeded to charge me 4.00 plus tax. Ordered oh La La crep w no ham and it comes out w ham. I try to send it back for one w no ham and they tell me I will be charged for both. I asked how they can charge me for something they never gave me (aka what I actually ordered) .. When I asked to speak to the manager he refused to come out stayed hiding in the back and apparently told the waitress to just have me wait in line to pay for food that they immediately took back and I never ate. I waited in line and paid 20$ for literally nothing. Then the waitress told me to try reading the menu better. I will be advising all future passerbys of this truly awful establishment to be weary.. I have occasionally stopped in for egg/cheese sandwich in the past which is pretty basic but not nearly as tasty as loic's. I would deff recommend walking the extra block if you are craving French because Loic is always amazing. read more
