I had breakfast here with a few friends after church one Sunday. The restaurant is small and intimate, but the steady flow of customers was nonstop, which speaks to how popular it is. Our wait time was around 20 minutes and then our party of 6 was seated (3 adults, 3 kids). Our drink order was promptly taken, and we had a moment to browse the menu. My son went with the Mickey pancake and side of bacon, with a kids apple juice. I was torn between trying their French toast or keeping it simple and getting a breakfast sandwich. I ended up selecting the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich with a side of seasoned fries, with an extra sweet Arnold Palmer. Wait time for food did not feel exceptionally long. Everything looked great upon table placement. My bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was tasty. However, the egg-to-bacon ratio was a bit off. The small portion of bacon I did have was stacked into the center of the sandwich, making it difficult to enjoy in each bite, while the egg overpowered the overall flavor. LI was looking for a cute and cozy breakfast spot to celebrate an early birthday breakfast with my family, and decided to give this place a try. The restaurant is located in a plaza, so parking was easy and convenient. From the outside, the restaurant looks adorable. Once inside, it's a bit smaller than expected, but still charming. My biggest issue was how close the tables were to one another. I genuinely felt like I was having breakfast with the families seated on either side of us. The tables were so close that I could have reached over and grabbed something off their plates if I wanted to. It made the experience feel cramped and lacking in privacy. The service was decent and our food was just okay. I ordered the French toast, which I enjoyed and thought was pretty good. My boys both ordered pancakes and complained that they were dry and needed a lot of syrup--we actually had to ask for extra syrup to make them more enjoyable. My husband's hash browns were overcooked, while mine were undercooked, so consistency seemed to be an issue. That said, we made the best of it and still enjoyed spending time together. The atmosphere here is very busy music playing and a Tv on the wall in the corner I ordered the Corn-beef hash with potatoes, eggs and cheese grits and my husband ordered the biscuits and gravy. The food speaks for its self absolutely delicious..everything was fresh and hot and the we both loved are dishes. Waitress came and checked on us throughout our meal. What a lovely restaurant it does have outside seating and I had came here once before and there were lines out the door and I had to try again earlier than usual and it was worth the wait.. Avocado toast is also flavorful and just the right serving size to be satisfying but not full! Excellent service every time, despite being very busy! Even with GPS location on, Sara's is not an easy place to find if you're not familiar with the area, The restaurant is tucked in the corner of a small center. Sara's hostess, who I spoke to on the phone, had no idea where the place was located or how I would go about finding the place. However, after a few aborted attempts I finally located this cute little place and set down for breakfast. I had poached eggs and corned beef hash, sourdough bread, hot tea with steamed milk (kind of), and grits. The eggs were cooked just right, and the corned beef hash tasted like it was homemade! The grits were just right neither runny nor dry. Make sure you get the toasted sourdough bread, it was perfectly toasted, just the right thickness and tasted like it was right out of the oven. Unfortunately, as is typical with most places where I order a tea latte, the milk was heated but not steamed. I always look for foamy milk typical of a latte. Unfortunately, I usually get hot milk as was this case as well. With my server visiting me whenever I needed something but, not overbearingly on top of me, the service was excellent. Besides the milk issue, the big thing I didn't like (why they get 4 versus 5 stars, is the cramped seating. All the tables are extremely close to each other in one busy room, I felt like I was eating with the couples on each side of my table, not a particularly personalized meal for sure. Bottom line... Would I recommend Sara's? Sure. I would just try to find a corner table and get an orange juice. read more

We've gotten takeout for breakfast here quite a few times now. They always get the order right! And they are all ways on time, in fact the food is usually ready earlier than stated. I had the California and Beach Club omelets, and both were very good. Next time I would leave out the fresh garlic on the California omelet, even though I like garlic, because I just didn't like it in an omelet. My friend has had the Turkey skillet and Boston skillet, and liked both. We also really like the coconut cakes...you can sub those as your side with your breakfast for $2. I Came to singer Island on vacation was so looking forward to my breakfast at Sarah's kitchen. But it would not be sold as we walked in and gave our name and they gave us a nod that they would text us when the table was ready. In front of us, they were three tables empty one person walked in in front of us and had a reservation. They gave her name and they saw her down. It comes a second couple walks in front of us and sits in the first seat they see no one told them anything and I'm wondering wow they didn't show a phone or asked for a their text notification? The person that told us to wait also was very disregarding and just told us we'll call you when you're ready. Wouldn't even look at us in the face. A third couple weeks in sit down right in front of us in the third empty table and says first come first serve, and they started laughing in our face at this point I brought it to the point to the attention of the girl in the front and she contradicted me and said no they all had texted notices boloney, they didn't even show their number or phone even spoke to a person they just sat down, but she never spoke to them and nobody ever did. Being in the hospitality industry I'm pretty shocked at this, but doesn't surprise me. This is a level of bad service. I've never seen the total. Disregard! my wife called later on to tell them just what happened and the girl was confrontational and told them that she was wrong. One of our favorite breakfast spots. I'll get to the point. Hands down, the apple cinnamon French toast is a MUST. Their omelets are fantastic as well. The hash browns are crispy. Pancakes are fluffy. Service is always great. It does pack up, so make sure to show up early on weekends. There are awesome weekday and weekend specials. My only negative is the coffee. It's ok. This plaza has a few buildings the number to building A is on the side. The place has plenty of parking around. I came for breakfast. I sat outside. The area and weather was perfect. I wanted the famous biscuits and gravy, but they only have them on the weekend. I missed out. I ended up getting the Irish Benedict. It was very good. I liked that the corned beef was not very salty. I love Sara's Kitchen! Be sure to have a big appetite when you go. The portions are large and delicious. I can only eat a half order of pancakes because you get two plate size pancakes in a regular order. I especially like the chocolate chip cakes. Chock full and yummy. The stuffed French toast with berries was heaven. Loved the vanilla cream cheese filling. I also, love to get the two egg special. I get mine over medium and they are always perfect. I have to say, one of the reasons I go, is the amazing creamy grits. They really are very good. The service is fast and friendly and it's a pleasant place to eat. Clean and homey. Well we went since we heard a Sara's Kitchen is coming to Port St Lucie, so while on PGA we figured let's give it a shot. We both had the traditional eggs Benedict. One if my eggs was broken, husb had one that was cooked hard, the hollandaise sauce was broken, hash browns while plentiful seem to have been cooked sometime earlier, so they were room temp at best and unseasoned. The waitress never told the cook so when we finally got served(which was an hour and 15 minutes from when we arrived) they had to remake my omelet. My mom had a a taste for waffles or pancakes so we gave Sara's kitchen a chance. This was our first time in PBI so we solely relied on yelp reviews. Now this place isn't your typical weekend brunch spot with a bunch of frills and fancy drinks, but they do brunch very well! Our waiter was energetic and extremely attentive! We ordered the crab omelet, turkey omelet, chorizo omelet and Cinnamon Apple French Toast. We loved that the omelets also came with pancakes, because we love a sweet and savory combo! The French toast was my favorite. The omelets also came with a side of either hashbrowns or grits. Breakfast for me isn't complete without potatoes so this solidified my faith in this place. Sara's Kitchen may be the only place in South Florida that makes a breakfast/brunch that rivals our favorite places back up north. The skillets are amazing - everything is perfectly cooked, the portions large, and there are many options. The omelettes are outstanding and, unlike "everyplace else" in Florida, are not just "griddle omelettes." They are well stuffed and, like the skillets, there are plenty of options. The french toast is great - thick slices of challah with a nice batter. For all the griddle items, ask for the pure maple syrup. There's an up-charge, but well worth it. Lunch choices are plentiful - their soups are rich and flavorful, sandwiches well stuffed and the french fries terrific. Although the interior decor is nothing to write home about, everything is clean and comfortable which, combined with great service, makes Sara's Kitchen a really attractive dining option. read more

When we checked into our hotel, I said let's grab some lunch. My brother in law suggested Sara's Kitchen. He called to see about holding a table?? When we pulled in, there were people outside waiting and was told there is a 45 minute wait. I said tomorrow we'll bum rush the crowds. As I'm driving away I see the outside lettering is missing the S in Sara.. The next day we're there before 8am. We walk into a small cafe, the room is very plain looking. A 45 minute wait to get in here, the food must be really good. We all ordered coffee and I ordered the Irish Benedict. I asked for the potato hash to be cooked well done, the dish comes with corned beef hash. I'm still trying to figure out what was served to me. The eggs Benedict was good but the English Muffin was a thick mess. It wasn't talking English to me as I tried to cut it. The Corned Beef Hash were strands, I wasn't getting cubes, chunks or slices. The hash wasn't cooked properly. It was lightly browned and wasn't crispy. Why are people waiting 45 minutes to come here? Im not seeing it, hard pass from me on this place. read more
