I really like this place. It's take out only and my favorite new place to pick up basic rolls instead of chasing happy hours. Two fresh rolls made just for me coming in around 13$. Amazing deal. Fresh and the people working there smiled and were nice, that's worth its weight in gold. From outside I would never think a sushi place is there but when you go in to pick up your food you will see how clean and well maintained it is inside. My go to is the salmon avocado salad and side of sushi rice or the salmon sushi dinner which is salmon sashimi nigiri and a spicy salmon roll - even their kitchen apps are incredible - rock shrimp tempura - shu mai - and the calamari are some of my go tos. Get there before 3 for their lunch specials and get the same incredible food for ever cheaper! Went first hand to this sushi place that clearly says DINE IN on the sign. When I went in looking for a place to sit I was no so nicely greeted and told that the place was only take out. When I said the sign says dine in. I was practically told I can't read. They showed me the sign.. which said clearly dine in. They really need to take the time and energy to change the sign. Low prices for great Thai food! Awesome deals on apps ($5 for 4 spring rolls, etc.) Everything we got was delicious! The gyozas were fried to a perfect crisp and filled with fresh veggies and lots of flavor. The pad Thai was very good and super saucy which was a plus. read more

I haven't ever had sashimi that was thing inedible. The salmon sashimi had skin on, was 1/2" thick and chewy. The Tuna had blood line in it which for some occasions is fine, but not in sashimi. The fried gyoza was chewy and undercooked. The scallop and the miso soup were good. They are charging an arm and a leg for this and it's disgusting. Choose elsewhere. read more

We did a take out order from Ninja Sushi, our first time ordering from them at all. We ordered a variety of items, included two miso soups, one sweetheart roll, rainbow roll, sushi appetizer, and one other roll, I don't recall, but it was almost all fresh and good. One roll, probably the one I can't recall, tasted as if it had been held in the refrigerator, maybe a popular roll that isn't made to order. We both ordered sushi rolls for our main course. My friend ordered the Sweetheart roll. It looked delectable except I don't particularly care for cream cheese nor cucumbers. I ordered the tuna and avocado roll along with a specialty roll. I don't recall the name of the specialty roll, but it was mouthwatering delicious! This roll features avocado and salmon and is topped with crispy fried onions, spicy tuna, and a wasabi drizzle. After our long car ride from Tampa, we were starving and needed food pronto. I found Ninja Sushi on Yelp which was also close by to our hotel so we popped in for dinner at 8pm. No one else was in the restaurant at the time but two other parties came in later. I ordered the chicken salad ($6.99): organic greens topped with avocado, sliced chicken, and yuzu dressing. Along with the salad I had the shrimp tempura roll ($6.25) which was two shrimp tempuras portioned between eight pieces of sushi. Food was very subpar. My three other colleagues ordered the shrimp and vegetable tempura kitchen entree and all were sick a few hours later with stomach and nausea issues. Beware! read more

I've tried this place before and never had issues. Typically, I get pad Thai or the hibachi, which is always really good. I would recommend them for those two dishes. Their rolls looked cool so I gave the lunch special a try. Today I asked them in the notes not to cross contaminate my rolls with shrimp or any shellfish because I'm allergic. However, they somehow managed to cross contaminate one of my rolls and so I may be using my epipen . So if you have a shellfish allergy, don't order from here. They're not that cautious. I also asked in the notes for no avocados. I listed it as an allergy but really it's more of an intolerance. Sometimes it bothers me the same as an allergy. Other times I'm fine. But instead, it seems like they put even more avocado in it. So maybe they don't customize their rolls on your preference. I'm a bit disappointed and very uncomfortable. Edit: and just for reference, this type of stuff is a lawsuit waiting to happen. You cannot expose someone who disclosed allergy information and still include that ingredient in their food. The very least that could've been done was giving me a call to let me know they can't promise what I requested in the instructions, therefore they would've had a verbal agreement on what to expect. read more
