After 4 years of having a private nail artist doing my nails from her office I was a bit hesitant. I really liked the young lady that did both my full set & gel pedicure. I normally pay 120 & up just on hands so I was really pleased to pay $139 including tip for both services. It's a cute salon with a nice ambiance. I've already made my refill appointment.
With all the work going on vacation takes I didn't have time to get a pedicure back home. My mother and sister in law found this place and we all decided to go there. We didn't get appointments, but we all got seated next to each other as soon as we stepped in (thanks God). The guy who did my pedicure wasn't very gentle, but in the end my feet were very soft. I have to say he did a good job. Get all got regular pedis (not gel) and it lasted a very long time. I recommend this place. ESPAÑOL Con todo el trabajo que conlleva irse de vacaciones, no tuve tiempo de hacerme una pedicura en casa. Mi suegra y mi cuñada encontraron este lugar y todas decidimos ir allí. No agarramos citas, pero todos nos sentamos una junto a la otra tan pronto como entramos (gracias a Dios). El tipo que hizo mi pedicura no fue muy suave, pero al final mis pies eran muy suaves. Tengo que decir que hizo un buen trabajo. Nos hicimos todos los pedis regulares (no gel) y duró mucho tiempo. Recomiendo este lugar.
I've been on a quest to keep my nails healthy. I've been to many nail salons in a number of cities. This was a really good salon. My partner and I both enjoyed the hot rock pedicures. Service was not rushed and was exactly as described in the list of services. There was a wait but it was worth it. The attention to detail and the kindness of the staff is what you want when getting your nails done. It was relaxing and enjoyable.
I got a mani pedi here and it was fantastic. My nail tech was very communicative and checked in with everything I wanted. They weren't pushy about anything and really put a lot of care into doing my nails. That nicked my cuticle doing the snipping and immediately sterilized the area which stopped any bleeding and then went right back to work. It was quite impressive! I enjoyed the salon too (although the nail smell is kind of overwhelming at first, which isn't only a Paris Nails thing, its most nail salons). The massage chairs during my pedicure were a lifesaver after a long day at the parks.
Entrance : I came here this morning hoping to get a nice spa pedicure and a full set. I'm currently sitting in my car because i got here at 9:50 and first I asked the young woman to give me hot water she said it will get hotter as it fills it still wasn't hot enough btw then she walked away for 5 mins then she came back turned on the bubbles and wanted to start I then asked her to allow me to soak she said ok five mins this was my second red flag because she took 20 mins because she was talking to the lady in the front after the lady in the front was done working on whoever she came to the back and was talking to the woman doing my feet yes i was on the phone but was paying attention the entire time the lady she was speaking with said she did both feet she scrubbed on one food. Then they started going back and forth in their native tongue which is highly rude one u can tell she did only one foot because she was distracted. Then she refused to do her job and told me I was gonna wait for one of the men... NOT ASKED i should've just left when she left me sitting in the water but i didn't my fault but I will not tolerate lack of service when I am paying and was gonna pay for the extra paraffin because it something I like. I can't say that it was because I'm black the black lady next to me was receiving wonderful service while I was receiving subpar mediocre service and arguing about her doing only one foot I wish I could've really recorded this or they run back their cameras because that woman only scrubbed one foot. Maybe the men that work here do a great job because they all keep looking at her like why isn't she doing her job. I paid 15 for their water because I know Florida laws and i didn't need anyone calling the cops on me because I'm a black woman that was already upset i would've been seen as the aggressor. I shouldn't have even paid the $15 dollars.. Try at your own risk this was a horrible experience.
This place is terrible. I just went with my lil daughter and the "lady" who paint my 5 years old daughter was in such a bad mood. She pull her hand and was speaking in another language in a bad actitude. Her nails were horrible while I was getting pedicure I decided that I not gonna get the manicure. Nobody say anything they were super rude. Please don't go. It's gonna be terrible. And they charge me for everything even for remove the nails that I didn't do.
Super easy to get in and a pretty decent selection of colors. Would love to see more OPI options that aren't gel. My friend and I got pedis and loved the service and the polish looks great
My friend and I are here visiting and decided to treat ourselves to a pedicure. We splurged and got the best pedicures they had to offer. To say I'm disappointed is a understatement. We waited 40 minutes to be sat, which wasn't a deal breaker. The hot wax was scalding hot and the hot stones literally burned my friends heel. With tip, I spent $140 today and my polish looks terrible and we just feel ripped off. I definitely do not recommend this place.
Found the nail salon on a whim since it was the closest to my resort and I'm so glad I did. Isabelle did such an amazing job on my nails. I've Always been afraid to get a pedicure because I have ugly nails but she assured me it was no issue. She really took her time on both my hands and feet. My toes have never looked this good. She's was so nice, and helpful. Everyone was very professional and took very good covid pro cautions such as wearing mask, wiping surfaces and keeping everyone socially distanced. If you're looking for a place to go in Orlando, don't look any further. This is an amazing spot.
This place is great! I LOVE this place!! It was strongly recommended by the hotel I was staying in. I came here to get Acrylic Fill, ended up also getting eyebrow wax and pedicure. Duk was the one who did my fill and pedi. He was such a happy and friendly guy. He was fast and detailed -- most importantly with acrylic, I didn't get cut or injured at all. The rest of the staff were all very friendly also. The quality was great and prices are great also. I strongly got recommend this salon myself. I'm in Orlando for vacation and I didn't have time to get my nails done before I left home. So going on Yelp I saw this nail salon was up the street from my resort and decided to give it a try. I def will say they were very professional, fast and know how to do some nails. Prices were very reasonable and the lady was so nice and gentle. I got a shirt full set with dip powder and it was 46 dollars. read more

This place is terrible. I just went with my lil daughter and the "lady" who paint my 5 years old daughter was in such a bad mood. Went 2 weeks ago for a mani and pedi. They cut my toe and it's been infected since then. Very painful and hurts to wear shoes. Reached out on Facebook and got no response read more

I am in town for a few weeks. An acquaintance recommended this nail salon. Isabel was my nail tech. She did a beautiful job, and I'm very happy. I needed neutral and short nails for my job. This is a dip manicure in the color 175. read more

Although they did an excellent job at the pedicure. Their need to up sell is more important than customer service. Without informing me of the cost although I repeatedly requested a regular manicure they pushed me into getting gel. Which I had never done and my $30 mani/pedi turned into $60 without me be informed of the price difference. And yes that is my responsibility for not asking. But I've been is sales/customer service for over 20 years. My job has always been to develop loyal clientele. You don't do that by misleading, misinforming or omitting information. I was looking for a new local spot. This won't be it. I have had great service. I have had god awful service. I have never left a review. I genuinely love this place. I came here based on the yelp reviews and they did not disappoint. I was super parched when I arrived and they instantaneously offered me a beverage. When I sat down for my pedi she adjusted the chair for me and put on the best massage. I also loved the music! As someone previously mentioned, it's very soothing. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!! I have HORRIBLE FUNGUS on 4 of my nails! I have been a loyal client for the past few months almost a year.. I have never had an issue with them until THIS. My nails are ruined! I always got acrylic overlay because I wanted to stop using tips and let my natural nails grow. Now I have to start over!!! It'll take weeks even months to repair the damage they did to my natural nails! I'm so disappointed and disgusted. This is not sanitary! Save your nails and save your money! I removed my nails myself after my index finger popped off while washing dishes revealing this disgusting fungus underneath. read more

I had the most pleasant experience here. It was relaxing and my nails look so good! Tram is so nice and I will definitely be coming back in the coming years when visiting. These pictures are also taken a few days after getting them done. read more
