My friends surprised me with a treat while I was visiting and it was none other than Paris Nail Salon--what a delightful treat! My friends made an appointment with Paris Nail Salon but they ended up getting us in earlier, which was super nice. While they have options for manicures, we stuck with the pedicures. This was totally fine by me as I am really weird about my fingernails and don't really like them polished or messed with. The manicure section is at the front of the store and then the pedicures are at the back. It was super crowded in the pedicure section but we still all got to sit together, which was nice. The water was the perfect temperature and the seats were comfy as ever. So comfy in fact, that I ended up falling asleep. This also may have been due to the fact that I got absolutely no sleep for 24 hours straight but the comfy chair played a pretty important role in my nice little cat nap. I appreciated that the staff wasn't super rough on my feet and I only twitched a bunch because I am one of the most ticklish people in the wild west. The colors turned out perfect and they are still on my feet months later. Paris Nail Salon was the perfect surprise--it makes for a great gift/girls day. read more

They are all very nice. I have always gotten in on time with an appointment and I have walked in too last minute. I have had ornate art done on every finger and toe for a special event and I have had simple French mani/pedis done. I have been there about 50 times over the years with my mom and many friends with excellent results. I HAVE seen people be very rude to the nail techs because sometimes they are a little bit hard to understand due to their speaking English with an accent, but they are as kind and friendly as the client. I enjoy talking to them and being friendly. Others may have a different experience. The shop is sparkling clean and for what I get, I feel it's an extremely fair price. I've been in Billings for 5 months and have yet to find a nail artist that can evenly shape nails and paint them all evenly. This place isn't an exception. I decided to give it a try a few weeks ago and scheduled a fill, the woman didn't say one word to me aside from "do you want them cut down" and "what color" I opted for black French tips and I always get coffin shaped, not a single one of my nails looked like it belongs on the same hand. Some square, some coffin, some in between. As for the color - same thing. She rushed and some tips were thickly painted and some thin, some missing the paint where it should meet my skin, etc. I'm only posting this because I've yet to find a nail artist here and I've been relying heavily on reviews. I came in with a friend for a long anticipated pedicure. This was the worst pedicure I've ever experienced. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Hardly let feet soak, didn't work on the removal of callous, rubbed lotion (no massage) on legs then polish. Felt like they were in a race to see who would finish first. I am was in Billings for a few days and in desperate need of a fill. I spent two hours trying to find a salon that could fit me in. I thought this would be easy considering it was after the holidays and a work day for most. I actually saw this salon enroute to the fourth salon, thrilled to pieces I decided to stop here! Unfortunately I didn't get the woman's name that worked on my nails. I assume she was the owner (she answered the phones). They were fairly busy 4 ladies getting pedicures 2 getting mani's, but I was seated almost immediately. She did a phenomenal job on my nails. I do pink and whites, very simple but people manage to screw it up all the time. I showed her a picture of how I wanted the white tips to look and then asked her to do one nail a completely different color. I am super thrilled with how they turned out! She was very thorough paid attention to detail, they had five people come in towards the end and yet she still took her time. The salon was clean, roomie and had plenty of nail techs working. My only regret is that i'm not staying here, I don't have to find a new nail tech where I'm going. And hope they do as good a job as she did. read more

I got a fill with shellac they were ok but $45 is steep for an okay fill and polish. I also got a pedicure and paid $35 I told the girl my feet were really bad and needed some extra love she told me "they aren't that bad" and literally put a drop of heel scrub/Soap on her scrubber and used it in both feet only scrubbing my heels 2x each leaving my feet looking just as bad as they did coming in. I would never get my feet done there again. Iam highly upset. read more

Ive gotten many pedicures and manicures and this place does not justify its prices . I was charged $95.00 for a simple shelac pedicure and shelac manicure no acrilic no design . My pedicure was extremely basic. Consisted of callus removal,cuticle ,nail shaping and application of nail polish. Thats it nothing to it. Manicure was simple cuticle removal, nail shaping and application of nail polish. I didnt feel the price was worth it and most likely not returning due to its basicness and high prices. Also i received my service 1 werk ago and my shellac nail polish is already peeling :( My advice is look elsewhere im sure people are reasonable with this type of work. Came here to get a pedicure while on vacation. Worst $35 pedicure I have ever gotten. Had I only had to pay maybe $20, that would have justified the lack of service and skill. First of all, I am from Portland and I will tell you that for $35 I can get a pedicure in style while served a mimosa. Not here! I have been here once before with friends and family and the service was decent. I usually buy a gift certificate for family since this location is convenient for them. It won't happen again! This last December I came in with my sisters for long anticipated pedicure with family. I didn't expect top service but I was definitely looking forward to decent service and the peaceful time with family. We had our appointments made well in advance and yet, I still had to wait 20 minutes to have my pedicure while they began the others. It was only about 10 minutes in and I felt a few slightly painful sensations as the older man who works there was clipping my toe nails. I didn't realize at the time(because I didn't want to destroy the new nail polish), but the man made a huge snip in the center of my toe cutting into the nail bed. Eventually the snip extended all the way across my toe. I woke up early around 3am the next morning with the worst toe pain I had ever had. That random and recurring pain has lasted until the day I write this. Every once in a while I still get a hammer sensation in my big toe. It has been sliced in the center and infected. I have been unable to get another pedicure since! In addition, that same day I had my nails done in a shellac manicure. They started to chip 4 days after they were done. I have had my shellac manicures last 3 weeks with my technician here in town. So, save yourself the headache/pain/ disappointment and avoid letting this man do your nails if you go to this salon. My sisters have had good experiences here with other female technicians. read more

They file only the first nail to your liking, don't try to at least make them look even & natural. Tried showing them how I want my nails with a picture & they refuse to look at it. Would not recommend to anyone. Made my nails look shorter & thicker than usual. One hand also has way more glitter than the other. My left hand looks like he just gave up on it. Wasted $55 on a horrible job! He also never filed off the excess powder just left it. I don't think I ever had a problem with my skin feeling attached to my nail like it does now. read more

All they care about is making money and getting people in and out as fast as they can. They did my full set of acrylic tips in under 30 minutes. They're okay as long as you don't look up close. they also don't print receipts and will try to accuse you of not paying yet. They don't clean their tools between customers and she used the same nail file on me as she did the previous customer and the same towel. read more
