I would recommend this nails salon. If you're debating--just do it! 1) Great communication I had messaged the salon via Yelp around midnight and received a message back within 20 minutes. I was able to set up an appointment for the next day. 2) Covid safety Although less restrictions, this salons continues to care for the health of their employees and clients. Hand Sanitizer, face shields and face mask provided if needed. I was thankful to the salon for continuing to be Covid safe. 3) 1:1 appointments (appointment needed, no walk-ins atm) Because of Covid, the salon only takes one customer at a time. I really liked sitting 1:1 with the nail technician and having her full attention to my nails. 4) Service i) Tracy was mindful in asking questions to ensure I was comfortable and aware of the prices. She checked in on whether the water or towels were too hot. She made sure that what I was asking for her to do was clear to prevent any miscommunication about the service. ii) She took her time and did not rush although her next appointment arrived early. iii) I have a bad habit of biting the skin around my nails and was worried that my fingers would still look jacked up. Nope! She paid careful attention to cleaning up the areas of skin that was needed. Let me tell you that I am unbelievably glad I did. Tracy is amazing, she answers all of my silly questions, explained all my options, and I've walked out incredibly happy every time with her work. I found this place through yelp and decided to try it out for the first time based on its reviews- and I've gotta say I think I found my new go to place!! I only got a regular pedicure to test out the waters, but even for a regular pedicure I'm pretty impressed!! It included a 5 minute foot massage with hot stones, and hot towels for your legs! When it comes to my nails in general though, I absolutely cannot stand when it's filed/cut crookedly. Most of the time when I go to nail salons, I always have to go home and refile it a bit to make sure they're even. The person who did my pedicure really nailed it though, my toes look amazing!! The place is very sanitary, now including shields contraption things to protect and put some distance between the technician and customer. A temperature check is scanned on your forehead before they begin any services. Also, there's plenty of hand sanitizer around and they ask you to use some before touching any of their polishes. Masks are (obviously) required, but heads up they also require face shields! If you don't have any they also have some for sale at the shop. The owner was super sweet, and I can't wait to come back again! P.S.: they're only taking customers through appointments, and there's only 2 technicians in the shop for the time being- plan accordingly!! read more

Went back to this place even after the last time they rushed doing my nails. When I'd make appointments, the time would be constantly changed and I tried to be as understanding as I could. The owner then just cancelled my appointment even though I had it set days in advance. I made another appointment for a different day. I went in and the nail polish chipped the next day. I went back and re did my nails, but the top coat was extremely patchy the second time around. There were parts that were not painted. I wrote a review and then the owner claimed that I probably wrote the review for the wrong place and asked my to take down my review. I will say the first time I went to this nail salon, I liked how my nails came out which is why I went another time. But after that, the quality of service went down. And I did not get the wrong business as I'm sure the owner will claim I did. I wrote a previous review for this business as well. Wanted to post an update. Tracy does an excellent job. My gel manicure lasts 3 weeks until it starts growing out. No chips. No peeling. She takes her time and is a perfectionist. Manicure comes with a shoulder and neck massage! I'm so glad I found this place. I just want to update to say I've now been coming here for over six months. The owner was on a short leave, so I've had manicures by almost every employee. They all do outstanding work. Tracy is still amazing and when you call she personally picks up to do the scheduling. I've been coming to Paris over the last 8 months. And I have yet to be disappointed with the service. They have a great selection of regular polish and gel. I usually go with an OPI gel color because I feel like that last longer on my nails. But they do such a great job I've used other brands. They're really good about getting people in even if it's busy and give a realistic wait time. Something to keep in mind is they do take their time. I don't mean that negatively, they genuinely take the time to make sure it's what you want. The owner will come by and review the work to ensure it's the best. I really appreciate that extra step and care. A little story about their customer service. One day I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I picked out the gel color and loved it but they didn't have a matching polish. I just selected something I thought was close... it wasn't what I wanted. The next day I was going to a wedding and I wanted my toes and hands to match so I went back. I found the exact shade of the gel polish used and I went to a store to buy the regular polish. Just wanted to post an update to my original review... The manager of the business reached out to me in an effort to rectify the situation which I truly appreciated so I tried to schedule an appointment to go back on Friday to fix my nails. In conversation, she said that she will need me to remove my original review and all photos prior to my returning to the shop for them to fix the terrible job that was done on my nails. Now had they actually fixed my nails I would've gone back and edited my review anyway but I will not have someone attempt to bribe me. I notified her very nicely that I will not have someone try to force me to fabricate reviews simply for a free manicure which was not done right in the first place...no thank you! She continued to text me throughout the day saying for me to come back and they will refund me what I had paid for the service if I remove my review. I finally just asked for them to stop reaching out to me because it was rather embarrassing some of what was being said. I rely on the yelp community a lot when I am looking for services and I will not be a willing party to artificially inflate reviews for a business. And an update on my nails...all the gel has peeled off. Very disappointing. read more

LOVE MY NAILS. This is my second time coming here and both times I have really admired my nails. I don't think I had the same nail tech each visit and unfortunately I didn't ask for a name this time either.. but I'm sure they are all really good techs. Same goes for my pedicure! My first visit was a gel mani when the nails salons first started opening after the first round of COVID and it lasted for a good two months!! LOVED IT. This time I got dip powder with a gel color. None of the dip powder colors caught my attention and was going to get gel instead and I mentioned that to my tech and she offered to use a clear dip and place the gel color I wanted on top!!
