This hotel is the worst experience I can ever have. We book for a red jacuzzi room; nothing works, and when I ask the front desk, he told me to ask the housekeepers. Nothing works then water was coming from the floor above, and we have to move our belongings because it was floating. We ask to be a move to another room according to some of the workers, there were some rooms empty, but the guy at the front desk said that they were all booked, at the end they wanted us to thanked them for returning the money which they didn't even apologized very unprofessional and they don't care if you have to get out and find another place to stay please please don't waste you time going to this hotel unless you el want to ruin your night.

Stains all over furniture, bed spread, seat of chair in the room. No washcloths or hand towels... absolutely disgusting!!

Once I got off the bus, it was a short walk, roughly 10 minutes, with the help of Apple Maps to get to Hyatt. Lots of places were still open late at night, and plenty of people were out and about. I felt like I was in the bustling streets of Asia, where it's safe to walk late at night. Stayed in room 625, it was a very spacious room with multiple windows and great views overlooking Flushing, with a giant sofa, comfy bed, and large brightly-lit bathroom. The shower has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Front desk gave me a couple of sewing kits, which I really appreciate. They told me breakfast was complimentary, and when I went the following morning for breakfast, the hostess said it's an $11 charge. I told her I was told it was complimentary, and after she consulted with the front desk, she said it was fine, so I had breakfast. There's a decent selection, including congee, miso soup, steel cut oatmeal. Gym on the 3rd floor is incredibly tiny. A rack of dumbbells, one treadmill, one bench, and one weight machine. It was fine for a quick workout. No bathrobe nor slippers provided. They held onto my luggage the next morning for a couple of hours while I was out and about in Flushing. I lost my luggage tag, but thankfully I was able to get my luggage back easily.

My stay here was flawless honestly…read more I skimmed over all the 1 star reviews and I get their perspective. None of their issues bothered me one but though. This is a cheap hotel in Corona, Queens so I don't really know what people would expect. We had a group of 4 of us come here for the Gov Ball music festival and it worked out perfectly for us. We were able to walk to Citi field from the hotel. We checked in early with no extra charge and the two rooms we got were ready for us. I like how the windows open because we were able to hear the music from the festival from our room during the day. We had an AC in our room and that thing blasted cold air! Kept us cool all night long. We accidentally left our room key in our room so I went downstairs to the front desk to get a replacement and the girl was so nice! Gave me no hassle and offered me one or two keys. The TV worked, the shower and toilet worked and was clean. They offer larger than average shampoo and conditioner etc. Even though you bring you own stuff most hotels only give you those teeny little bottles. Plus there was toothpaste and two toothbrushes wrapped in plastic already in the room if we needed. We also got a thank you bag with two bottles of water and some snacks. As far as parking- the parking lot is extremely teeny. I mean like it only has about 13 spots max but we pulled in and got a spot no issue lollll. They also lock the gate at night which I like. I felt like my car was safe in there. After the festival we came back and showered and walked the streets looking for some late night food. The beautiful thing about Queens is that you can get Mexican food at 11:30 pm in a sit down restaurant. For what we needed this hotel for, it worked out perfectly.

When I first came the shower had hair in it that wasn't mine and the sink was all wet. The elevators take such a long time to come up and come down so might as well use the stairs. Very uncomfortable! Don't waste your time on coming here it will ruin your trip.

As it turns out, there were 5-6 boys, ranging from 13-14 yrs old, smoking marijuana right outside of the front door of the hotel. The automatic front door kept opening, letting all that smoke into the lobby. The boys came into the hotel lobby and were hanging out in the lobby lounge. They proceeded to get cups of water from the hotel water cooler, and kept pouring cups of water over their heads; making a complete wet mess in the lobby, all over the tables, chairs and floor. Yup, they were flying high as a kite and were harassing everyone in the lobby! I actually questioned the employee (manager??) at the front desk about why this is being allowed in their hotel lobby, and he said he felt bad to kick them out because it was raining outside. He even provided tissues to these kids to dry themselves off. What?!?! (He was serious!). They were not guests of the hotel. (Where are their parents?!?! How did they even get the marijuana?!?! Isn't this illegal for 13/14 yr olds??). The employee/mgr actually asked me if he should kick them out...Really?! If this were my hotel, they would have been kicked out a long time ago. Why is the employee/Mgr(?) asking my advice; a random person in the lobby? He actually laughed when I said Yes! Best Western, Do Better!! This is UNACCEPTABLE!!

Absolutely terrible experience at The Parc Hotel in Flushing…read more I booked a day-use room advertised at $95. The website clearly listed taxes at 14.75%, which should have brought the total to roughly $109, yet when I called the hotel the day after to see why i was billed $180, I was told my total would be $120 after taxes and then the additional $30 for parking. If I had know that parking in that sorry excuse of a garage was $30 PER CAR I would've never even went in there. Nobody could clearly explain where the extra charges came from. The real problem started with parking. At no point during booking, on the website, or during multiple phone calls to the hotel was I informed that parking would cost an additional $30 PER CAR. We had two vehicles, meaning an unexpected $60 charge was added to our stay. If you're going to charge premium parking rates, that information should be disclosed upfront, not sprung on guests after they arrive. To make matters worse, the parking garage itself was incredibly cramped and difficult to navigate. Calling it a garage is generous. Then, unbelievably, one of the staff members parked their own vehicle in a way that blocked us in. We were literally unable to leave until someone came down and moved the car. I've never experienced anything like that at any hotel. What frustrates me most is the complete lack of communication. The hotel later admitted that staff should have informed us about the parking fee when we called for access to the garage, but nobody ever did. That's not a minor oversight--it's basic customer service. Between the surprise fees, poor communication, cramped parking, and being blocked in by a staff member's vehicle, this stay felt disorganized and unprofessional from start to finish. There are too many hotels in New York to waste your time and money on one that operates this way. This is absolutely ridiculous the lack of communication, and the lady that i spoke with today on the phone who thought that the situation was funny in some way.. continued to argue with me about taxes which is $6 the taxes were not the issue whatsoever. The issue was the parking, are you kidding me.. the so called "garage" is the size of a 2x4 bathroom!! I also kept calling after she told me to look on their website which i discovered it says NOTHING about $30 parking, the lady at the phone refused to answer the phone, I assume she saw the number, yet when i called from a different number she picked up immediately. I would never stay here again, and I would strongly encourage future guests to ask for a complete breakdown of every charge before booking, or in all seriousness, not book at all. Have a horrible day to the staff that thought ripping people off and having no explanation is funny.
