I found this place on Yelp after months of searching for the right Dentist to help with my dental issues and I'm glad I found it. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr Ezzati was very polite, comforting, and patient with me after my anxiety kicked in while I was getting ready to get my routine cleaning. I visited this office back in July 2023. Once I made the appointment, I asked the receptionist if my insurance was all good with the facility. The receptionist said yes, and she set up the appointment. During my visit in July 2023, Dr. Parisa Ezzati seemed very nice and helpful. The visit included a checkup, cleaning, and a possible filling for my front tooth. The X-ray and examination were completed, and Dr. Ezzati offered to do only regular cleaning. However, my previous dentist had recommended a deep cleaning. She also performed the filling for my front tooth, which took less than 2 minutes. Additionally, she suggested that I get a nightguard, and her staff took impressions on the same day. A week after my nightguard was ready, I tried it in the office. It was super tight and applied excessive pressure on my teeth. Dr. Ezzati adjusted it a little bit, but she insisted it was supposed to be this tight. The first night, my teeth hurt so much that I woke up in the middle of the night to remove it. After a break of a couple of nights, I started wearing it again, but I continued to experience pain and pressure. After a few days, while taking out the nightguard, my tooth started wiggling, and I went to the office. Dr. Ezzati cemented it and suggested ordering another softer nightguard. Not too long after, the front tooth filling fell off while eating. When I went back, Dr. Ezzati mentioned, "It happens, I didn't even charge you for this filling." For the duration of two months, I visited her 6-7 times to address the same issues. I was hesitant to return for future concerns due to the care and materials used, and the problems that arose after each visit. After Dr. Ezzati cemented the loosened crown, I experienced mild pain for a couple of weeks; however, the pain became chronic, preventing me from chewing on the right side of my mouth. Despite the ongoing pain, I was uncomfortable with the repeated visits for the same issues. Consequently, I sought help from another office/specialist. A couple of weeks ago, after 4-5 months, I received a statement from Dr. Ezzati's office. The statement lacked itemization, so I called and requested an itemized invoice. The receptionist initially failed to inform me that they were not in network with my insurance. Then, they billed me for the filling, despite Dr. Ezzati stating that she hadn't charged me for it. Moreover, they charged me for the hard nightguard, which was problematic, instead of the second one. The receptionist claimed both nightguards had the same price. (out of my curiosity I called random dental offices, and all of them mentioned the softer nightguard is cheaper). The approach to billing and patient care in this office is UNETHICAL. The absence of upfront information about network status, inconsistencies in charging for services, and the delayed, non-itemized billing raise serious concerns about the ethical standards upheld by this dental practice, plus the need for repeated visits to address the same issues. I am the type of person who always supports businesses in my neighborhood. I prefer straightforwardness; if you're only interested in my money and don't care about anything else, you could have communicated that from the start. read more

Frances at the front always has the warmest smile which is so nice going into the dentist!!! Dr. Ezzati always takes such amazing care of my teeth! I came in two weeks ago for X-rays, a cleaning, and a few cavity fillings and the whole team is so warm and welcoming. Francis at the front desk is so sweet and Lucy who did my X-rays and helped with my cleaning took great care of me. It was my first time having a cavity filling and Dr. Ezzati took the time to explain the whole procedure to me and made sure I was comfortable before scheduling an appointment. This review is long overdue ! I hate going to the dentist but since I started going to Dr. Ezzati, about 4 years ago I don't hate it as much. Dr Ezzati by far is the nicest dentist I know. She is quite gentle and takes her time with whatever your concerns or problem. Let's not forget how friendly her staff is. Frances is always so welcoming with a smile on her face! I am really upset to write this review as I really wanted this to work out. The people who work here are nice and accommodating but their knowledge on this scares me. I had a root canal done and came back multiple times because of pain afterwards. They took a basic xray and said it was successful and I shouldn't feel any pain. They gave me medication for an infection and that was it. I came back again in pain and they said maybe I am just grinding my teeth and I should wear a night guard. They even filed down the crown twice. Still in pain. Much later pain is still insane and left confused. Thinking I'm just waking up after grinding my teeth which didn't make sense anyways because my jaw never even hurt. Just my tooth. They need to update there equipment. I went to a dentist in North Carolina of all places and they told me in 2 minutes from a universal xray that I have an infection all the way down to my nerves in my neck. Now after paying them 2000 I have to pay another 2000 to get the infection taken care of. I don't know why they gave me medication for the infection in the first place then said it's grinding. If they knew an infection is present shouldn't I have been treated? I went back here 4 times so it's not like I didnt give them a chance. read more

I had a great experience here. I was visiting a friend and needed to be seen for a chipped tooth. Plus with Covid I haven't been able to find a new dentist, as mine retired. They got me in and fixed me up! They didn't charge crazy prices and I came back a few days later for my annual exam and cleaning. The Dr. Is good about explaining things. I've seen Dr. Ezzati for close to two years now and she is a fantastic dentist. She knows and cares about what she's doing, listens and handles all your concerns and questions as a patient. I have been coming to Parisa's office for the past 10 years or so. My whole family also goes to her. Let's just say, dental work and cleanings are truely at the bottom of my "fun things" list. BUT since going to Parisa's office I don't even think about it until the second I am in the chair. I look forward to going into the office because they have all become good friends. Cici and Mariam have both been a part of the team for over 10 years and are so friendly. They all know me, we catch up on how things are going and recently I got my new husband to start seeing Parisa and so they got to meet the man they had been hearing about for a few years. I feel relaxed, I can trust them, they are super honest and upfront and I know that I am in the best hands. I also like the space, it is simple but comfortable and welcoming. They are also unusally punctual for the industry, I usually sit down and get all ready to read a magazine and there they are - Cici is ready with the x-ray equiptment, zip-zip, zoom-zoom over to Parisa for cleaning. They take a scenerio which I would normally dread and turn into a mostly enjoyable experience. They are also very much into preventative actions so as to avoid major dental work in the future. read more

This just an incredible dental office. I had a tooth break over a weekend and Dr. Ezzati got me in on that Monday. She and her staff are very nice and caring. They were very efficient also. I only waited a minute of two before going in to a room for my broken tooth to be x-rayed, fitted for a crown and a temporary crown to be placed. The same experience when I came back for the permanent crown, which fit perfectly. I went back a few weeks later for a deep cleaning and that was also a good experience. I can't say that any visit to a dentist is any fun or enjoyable. But this is by far the best dental office I have ever been to. read more

The most amazing dentist I have ever encountered. I have issues with dental care...not just a scared nervous patient, but true real deeply imbedded issues. Dr. E filled 3 teeth in one sitting for me and I was OK. I barely flinched or noticed...she is so calm and patient and the kindest warmest bedside manner I have ever encountered. We are so lucky to have found her. The whole family will be here from now on! My experience with Dr. Ezzati's office was nothing short of perfect. I was able to get in the same day I called to repair a lost crown; the office staff are very friendly as well as professional; Dr. Ezzati herself is very gentle, kind, compassionate and knowledgable. She provided a lot of information about my dental health. I did not feel that she was pushing me to do any unnecessary dental work. And, as a bonus, I came away with a good plan on how to economically improve my smile. Parisa is the BEST DENTIST EVER!!!! My uncle has been with her for years, I just started going to her a couple years ago, and now my entire family goes here. Not only is she gentle and charming. The whole staff here is amazing. You know when you go out for cocktails with your friends and you can spend an entire evening just chatting away. Dr Ezzati has been my dentist for about 5 years now. She and her staff, Frances, and Ceci, treat me like a rock star every time I walk through the door. Dr is communicative, explaining every step of the way what she is doing, why, what caused it, and what to expect afterward. They are there for their patients in emergencies, and routine/preventative care. Recently, I had an emergency root canal procedure done by Dr E, on a Friday afternoon. She herself called me at home on Saturday morning to make sure I was OK. How many dentists do that? If you LOVE your dentist, great. If not, try mine! read more

When I first moved to the neighborhood 10 years ago, I visited Dr. Ezzati for a cleaning and checkup (I can't recall why I first went, it may have just been a convenient location.) Due to an insurance change, I never returned, and bounced between different (terrible) dentists for 10 years. After the last one told me I had such advanced gum disease I was going to need thousands of dollars of surgery, I knew I had to get a second opinion. After my checkup with Parisa today I am happy to say I do NOT need surgery, and I DO have a new permanent dentist. (In addition the staff is about as friendly and helpful as you can imagine. As an indication of how healthy the office environment there is, the EXACT SAME staff is still there working happily together 10 years later.) I had my back molar pulled out today. I just wanted to say, I hate going to the dentist as much as the next individual; but this staff and Parisa Ezzati, D.D.S. made it as comfortable as one can be at a dentist office. The first thing I noticed was how welcoming the front receptionist was and the decor of the waiting room. I was referred to Dr. Ezzati by a friend about 2 years ago. She and her staff are among the most talented and compassionate professionals out there. I'm a little jealous, though, after reading the rest of these reviews--I thought I was the ONLY patient they treated like gold! (LOL!) To give you the perfect example: last Friday afternoon I was flossing at home when the floss shredded and broke off in between my teeth (my teeth are extremely close together). Both Dr. Ezzati and her hygienist Ceci were gone for the weekend, and her receptionist Frances answered the phone. She told me to come on in and she'd see what she could do for me (she apparently went through some basic training), although she couldn't promise anything. Well, she got that baby right outta there in about 3 seconds. Now I don't know if you've ever had a piece of dental floss trapped between your teeth, but it is not comfortable. In addition, most people are not at their most attractive when a four-inch string is bobbing in and out of their mouth every single time they speak or eat. My weekend would have been miserable had it not been for Frances. And that is the attitude and work ethic of all three of these women. Dr. Ezzati also knows that, when it comes to pain, I am (on my good days) a five-year-old. She is always compassionate and gentle and never gets unnerved when I get a little hyper. Any pain is minimal. (However, they won't give you a balloon once you hit 50.) I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Ezzati and her staff without reservation. read more
