So, I don't believe making an appointment is necessary for facial threading/waxing services. There were a couple clients ahead of me and a few walked in after me. There were 3-5 clients inside at any given time within the duration of my visit. I like that the waiting area is nice and separate from the service area. There appeared to be two ladies working. I waited about less than 10 minutes. They had uncensored pop radio playing as I waited and when I got into the chair it was classical piano, which I really appreciated. (This was likely just coincidence but I was glad). I think we all would like our services to be relaxing and that definitely added to my experience. Service: I got my eyebrows, chin, and lip threaded by Nera. Nera has been threading for 2 years, and with a bit of guidance, she helped me achieve my desired outcome. I did spend more time in the chair than I expected because of this, but I was ok with that. The one thing I wish would have been more obvious is the sanitization of hands, especially since gloves are not worn. I had to ask for this to be sure. 4 stars because of this and the level of expertise. My brows are clean and shaped and my face is smooth and bright after my service. The pricing was super reasonable, I was charged $26 total. I received a $5 discount for being a first time guest. All in all, I would definitely come back again for threading services.

I called first to make sure the threading salon took walk-ins and had availability at that time. I was nicely greeted and assured that walk-ins are welcome. I'm very particular about my brows, but was very determined to get them done that day. I rushed to the salon, and was again politely greeted. It was the fastest service I've ever gotten. She even turned on the massage options for me. With the scrub and warm towel wrap, the pedicure was wonderful. We moved onto the gel polish. Again she was so helpful when I showed her what I wanted. She paid much attention to applying the polish and made sure it had plenty of coats on and it looked great. She also offered nice conversation during my visit. I went on vacation for 2 weeks with the nails and one finger did start to chip a little after the first week, but all the others lasted for the duration of my trip (see photo). It's terrifying going to a new eyebrow threader because every time I've tried, they get the shape wrong and mess up months worth of shape correction. Even when I just ask for a clean up, people get it wrong. Not Jabeen though. She was very warm and welcoming when I walked in and made me feel comfortable from the start. She sat there and listened to my concerns, analyzed the photo I gave her, and gave me the option to pause in the middle of the threading to give feedback. When she finished one eyebrow, she gave me the hand mirror to take a look... it was PERFECT. Super precise lines and shaping to match the photo I wanted. And it was very quick! Most people take a million swipes of the thread to clean up eyebrows, she took less and slower swipes. I'm so happy with my eyebrows. Thank you Jabeen! I'll definitely be coming back. My brows are very thin and I fill them in everyday. While I was not expecting miracles, having my eyebrows shaped does make the fill in process easier. I explained my situation to Inga, sat in her chair, and closed my eyes. What happened next was an elixir of magic. Not joking, Inga tweezed, waxed, and massaged my brows to perfection. She even showed me how to properly fill in my brows. I have seen the light and I will not go back to threading.
