If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. DO NOT COME HERE. The shuttle service was absolutely terrible. We were supposed to be picked up, but instead we were left waiting for 2 hours in the hot sun. We kept trying to get answers, and when we called the owner about the shuttle, he acted like he didn't care at all. The parking lot is also awful. It's full of rough spots and debris, and it feels like you're risking a flat tire just by parking there. When we finally got back from our trip, my car was completely covered in dust. This was one of the worst parking experiences I've ever had. Poor customer service, unreliable shuttle service, and a terrible parking lot. Save yourself the frustration and park somewhere else. read more

Perfect location from the cruise port!! 10 minute ride max! This was our own experience but we've seen less than happy reviews... We took a chance parking here for $150, HALF the price of the port. It was worth the risk and wait times (which were short). We pulled into the lot, cash to hand transaction. Our luggage was put into the bus, waited a few minutes before leaving for the bus to fill to capacity. Same thing on the return! Will definitely park here again! read more

Bring your walking shoes and pack light if you're parking here. They will leave you high and dry with no way to get back to the port on time or back to your car. A 2-mile distance doesn't sound so bad until you're lugging your suitcase behind you. Lesson learned. Just save yourself the headache and stress and park at the terminal. They advertise the shuttle comes every twenty minutes. LIES! Both coming and going we wait over an hour (closer to 90 minutes) for the shuttle. When calling the office the person who answers the phone yells and hangs up on you in middle of the conversation. Not worth the frustration!! read more

If I could give this a lower rating, I would. I chose this lot due to close location and price due to its location to Royal Caribbean cruise line. Nothing in the advertising was true. An unpaved, gravel lot. No attendant. No free shuttle. The cars that were parked there had been parked for some time, as they were covered in dirt and dust. $136.00 for a week, was too good to be true. read more

This is quite literally the worst parking lot ever. Im not joking. You will wait for 2 hours for a bus to the terminal, and wait 2 hours for a bus back to the lot. You think im joking, im not. The owner (lets call him Guido) he enjoys arguing with his clients. Better pack your best insults and comebacks because this guy has his ready. Its like a western showdown. Now on the topic of buses... He says he has 30 buses, yet there's only one running. Idk if all of his buses are just broken down, or if he just doesn't actually own 30 buses. My guess is the latter. ***NEVER USE THIS LOT*** Should be a "zero"!!! We have been sitting in our car at the lot because the brain trusts who run this lot allowed our car to be blocked in by triple parking. Their solution to our problem is to sit and wait because they have you take your keys with you!! We thought it was bad when we sat on the shuttle bus for 45 minutes before we left to the port! Waiting on our car now tops that glitch!!!? So much for getting an early start home! read more

Nothing about this business was pleasant with one exception. Our driver was super friendly despite being of retirement age and being the only person loading everyone's bags. The lot has bad signage, drove past it twice. The lot is not paved, and gets muddy. They tell you to go to zone C and call them, but zone C is not where the bus will be. The bus is old and feels like it's about to break down while driving and we just missed getting on, and he said he'll be back in 10. About an hour later he made it back because there was only one running bus and he had to empty the 50 people on board then load another 50 to come back while fighting with all the traffic. We were the last ones on the port waiting while everyone else was gone and people were already loading on the cruise for the next trip. Even the port authority worker said this happens all the time and the guy who owns the lot doesn't care, and is either a sheister or brilliant. Probably a little bit of both because he rakes in the money and does the bare minimum. You'll save some money but it's not worth the headache. read more

Don't expect a speedy return to your car. Getting to the ship was fantastic, great service and quick. Getting off the ship was another story. We called, were told we just missed the shuttle. It would be 10 minutes for the next one. That was fine. We called at 8:08 and the next shuttle finally arrived at 8:28 Then we waited. And waited. And WAITED.... I really have no idea who or what or why we were waiting. The shuttle back to the parking lot didn't leave the ship lot until 8:55! We pulled into the Park and Sail lot at 9:08. One hour after calling! ONE HOUR! I don't blame the driver. I think someone at the home base was telling him he had to pick up more passengers. Even though there was no more room. But whatever the reason, the wait was unreasonable. They need to get themselves more organized. read more

Lot in poor condition. No sit down or restroom facilities. I waited 75 minutes for shuttle to get to ship and upon return, Shuttle never came at all. About 50 people waited 1-2 hours before taking Taxis or Ubers back to parking lot. This business and their Website is a fraudulent disgrace. read more

Do yourself a favor and don't book with this company. I booked with them and had to cancel the next day (their website lists free cancelations) I've been trying for 2 weeks to work on my refund and have been ignored and hung up on or told Noones in the office. I've called, emailed and texted (as they requested) and get zero answers. I've also never had a legitimate business just hang up on me before. I was hoping to give them time to make it right but they aren't responsive now. Next I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. read more

What a terrible experience at this parking lot. I parked my vehicle here September 15th thru September 22nd. Check in has a small task. From cars trying to get into the lot a bus blocking half the entrance, people stopping and unloading. As I mentioned small task going on vacation relax I'm saving $100 for not parking at the port. Let's get to the return trip to my vehicle yesterday. Called the place after our group assembled with all luggage as directed at 8:13am. Rude gentleman that answered says go to zone C bus will be there in 15 minutes. I find zone C there is about 50 - 75 people already waiting for their ride. First ride up was a small van that holds 8 after waiting 45 minutes. Unbelievable. Call the place back up and he says hang on 2 vans and a bus on the way by another 15 minute. Seriously we stood there like cattle for another one hour fifteen minutes. We got to our vehicle at 10:40. That's 2 hours 20 minutes to retrieve our vehicle from the time I was told they would be there in 15 minutes. Trust me spend that extra 100 dollars and park at the port. You'll save that in time & aggravation. Shame on you Park & Sail for your false advertisements and neglect. read more
