Rude- the man who answered the phone had an attitude and was not helpful. Go elsewhere. Not even competitive prices to treat their customers like their flooding in business. My flight landed at 11:50ish, I grabbed my luggage and was curbside at bus stop 1 by 12:15. I recalled the schedule being every top of the hour and every 30 minutes. I was still standing there at 12:45 so I called the number in the card to find out if the shuttle was coming at 1:00 because it didn't come at 12:30. The man was rude, asked me rhetorical questions, and I even said " Excuse me, are you serious?!?". 100% unnecessary, and unacceptable behavior for a service. Long story short, spend the money in any lot but this one because dispatch or the office is rude and disrespectful. read more

I had a really good experience here. I booked pretty easily online and the price for a week was way better than the airport parking rate, and still lower than the other lots I checked. They have a shuttle that comes every half hour that takes you to your terminal for free (they do a loop through the airport), and a staffed, secure parking lot. We didn't have any issues getting in thankfully, and no issues getting to the airport via the shuttle. Our driver was friendly and helped with the bags. On the way back, we arrived after hours so called after we got our bags from the carousel and the instructions on the card they gave were pretty straight forward and simple to follow. The shuttle driver arrived pretty quickly and we got back to the lot and back out in a short time. Definitely way better than paying a ton for ubers/cabs both ways, and gave me the flexibility to leave right when I wanted to when I got back after hours. Very convenient service and I'll definitely use them again. read more

We just returned from our flight out of Newark airport, and we are so happy that we parked our car at Pink Elephant. It's close to the airport and easy to find. It appears to be a secure spot and I noticed a security guard driving around the lot. The shuttle was clean and our driver (Anthony) was very helpful both in hauling our bags but also instructing us how to find the return shuttle. A very nice man. The shuttle runs only every thirty minutes but we didn't have to wait at all. I also appreciated that the shuttle brought us directly to our car. It's a reasonably priced option and very convenient. We will definitely use this when we fly out of Newark. read more

By far the worst parking pickup in New Jersey. Don't book with these people. The drivers are late, have you standing outside the airport for over 45 minutes when it's supposed to be every 30 minutes. I got to the parking lot about 15 minutes before the 1pm shuttle. I was told I could stand behind my car and the driver would pick me up. I stood there until 1:10pm, and realized no one was coming to the back of the lot, which is where I had found empty parking spaces in which to park. I wound up dragging all of my luggage to the front of the lot, found the attendant and had her call for the shuttle, which had long-since left for the airport without ever checking the back of the lot. My suggestion: make sure that you have a way to CALL the attendant, so you can let them know where you are so that the driver comes to you; or conversely, take your stuff to the front so they can't miss you. We liked the idea we could park and lock our car by ourself. The van followed us to the parking spot and gave us a location card for our return. We were told you need to call if you return 12am to 4am. We were told where to stand for the pickup which runs on the half hour and hour. Our only issue was on the return we were out 15 minutes early but no van arrived. We tried calling after 20 minutes waiting but no answer. Finally at 20 minutes after the hour (9:20am) the van arrived. Do t know if this was the 9am van or the 9:30am van. After we got on board it left immediately so people coming out on the half hour would have to wait. The van driver took us directly to our car. It was easy to scan out of the parking lot. read more

Parked my car for 2 weeks. When I got there a nice women helped me get through the gate as it was my first time. Shuttle was right there so I didn't have to wait. Coming back the shuttle runs every half hour but it was fast too. I have already booked for my next work trip. I've parked at some nightmares, this is the BEST place I've found by far!! read more

It was offsite Parking at EWR, for a value price. Buses run every 30 mins in normal hours and it took only 5 mins ride to the airport. Staff were helpful. One thing i noticed... make reservations sign outside, not walk-in. That was easy online, gave a PDF with barcode to get in and out. read more

If I can give them ZERO stars I would. The machine was not working to exit the lot. And because the machine was not working it was taking longer to exit the lot. I was late by 3 minutes so they charged me $16. These people are thieves and RASCISTS against asians !!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOT. There are many other lots in Newark airport you can use. read more

When we got there we were told the shuttle would take 30 minutes to get there. When it arrived it speed past our stop and left me and a few other customers. We walked over to the next stop one row down and the driver speed past us again. When we talked to the front desk they told us the driver would not come back and it would take another 30 minutes. I have used this lot twice now in the last 60 days. the shuttle service is lousy. I waited over 45 mins in April and over 40 mins this morning for a shuttle. Unfortunately, I had to take a cab back to my car. I will be using the Parking Spot, which costs more money, but it is worth the money because the shuttle services runs more frequently (approximately every 5-10 mins). The cab cost me $24 plus tip from the airport to the parking lot which was 1.6 miles away. Buyer beware: the price is right but the service back to your car is not good. You will be waiting a long time for the shuttle. read more

We were heading out of town for a week and decided to try Pink Elephant long term parking near Newark airport. The rates were much more reasonable than their competitors. I was a little skeptical since there weren't many reviews but I'm so glad we decided to use them. EVERYTHING was amazing from the time I purchased our spot online until we picked the car up a week later. It was so easy getting into the parking lot and exiting, there were plenty of spots, security was driving around constantly and offered assistance, and we didn't have to wait long at the airport before getting picked up. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. This will def be our new go-to place for parking! read more

As soon as I arrived to the location I was greeted by a really nice woman who told me what to do. The shuttle than immediately pulled up to my car when I parked and took our luggage and drove us too the airport. The pricing of this long term parking and the customer service of these workers is amazing. read more

Best airport parking option based on price. We paid $84 total for five days. Other competitors wanted $35 to $45 per day. After parking our car, the truck rolled past us and came back and picked us up (we were far back in the lot). We waited three more minutes until the top of the hour and then we were off to the airport and at our gate in less than 15 minutes. Upon returning, we followed the instructions we were given and waited about 15 minutes until the Pink Elephant bus came to the designated bus stop (#5 at terminal 2). It was a little frustrating watching other trucks come multiple times while we were waiting, but would it have been worth $40 dollars a day to save 15 minutes? I don't think so. read more

upon arrival, the reservation code didn't work. the customer service agent on the phone was not helpful at all. we were in a hurry to make a flight and he simply said, sorry, your reservation is not in the system (even though I had the code and email on my phone). he did not offer to help solve the problem or make it any less stressful. I ended up having to do a new reservation on my own online. upon returning one week later, the same code didn't work again. this time, he was rude and raised his voice, and attempted to extort another $10 fee from us. upon reviewing records, they already overcharged us $10. when he finally realized his error, he didn't apologize or admit it, but rather claimed he was "waiving the additional $10 fee for our trouble" and finally let us leave. the entire experience in dealing with him on the phone was a nightmare. i wouldn't use pink elephant if it was the last option. read more
