Traveling can be exciting, especially to a place like Austin. You can reasonably expect creative dining experiences, refreshing local beer, and perhaps even a mechanical bull in your future. What is less exciting is the actual traveling -- the coordination needed to transport you + your luggage from the airport to the comforts of your accommodation. I was in this unexciting prospect with Princess Carewee and Baby Cody along with our too-many-to-count bags and suitcases. The car that we rented from a third party vendor was parked ways away from the airport for pick up, and in addition to the two backpacks on my shoulders, I also carried the worry of Cody baking uncomfortably in this newTexas heat (it's the humidity that gets you). Fortunately for us, the car was left for us at Park&Zoom. They provide a convenient shuttle right outside the airport. The three of us barely had to wait before CJ, our energetic driver, welcomed us on the ride. By himself, he carried all of our luggage on board and explained to us how the shuttle worked. At $0 charge, CJ was going to bring us from the airport directly to our car's parking spot! Throughout the ride, CJ shared helpful information regarding the entrance and exits, the complimentary water, and the perks of a membership with Park&Zoom. And as promised, he dropped us off right at our car and once again single handedly brought all of our luggage down before waving a friendly goodbye. Traveling is tough, especially in a new city with your heavy bags dangling from your shoulders. CJ and Park&Zoom made these discomforts a non-factor. So instead of spending energy and sweat coordinating the travel, we spend them exploring the vibrant Austin instead. Thanks again, CJ! read more

This was my first time using Park & Zoom. I've used the airport's economy lot since the Mueller years-- and I travel with some frequency. While I really like the economy lot staff, I decided to try this on a day when I knew the economy lot would be hectic. It was a great experience-- very fast drop off and pickup and terrific service. When I landed I had a little bit of trouble finding the pick up shuttle area (im not familiar with ATX airport), but it was only like 5 minutes and I saw the park&zoom shuttle. When they mean park&zoom they literally mean it. I got to the parking area to self park my car. The worker told me it was pretty full and asked if I had a reservation but I didn't. However, she let me know which areas that I could possibly find parking in and that the shuttle would be coming to pick me up in about 5 minutes. I found a spot no problem. Once I parked, I got out, took my luggage out and the shuttle driver spotted me and picked me up to zoom me to the airport. This was super convenient for me. On the return trip, I was able to locate the shuttle pick up location and the driver was able to take me back to my car in no time. He also helped me with putting my heavy luggage in the car. I have used this particular location at least 50x and never had a problem until last week. We took the shuttle to our vehicle to go back home around 11:30 pm on 1/29. The driver took off while my partner was still walking down the steps to get out. The door basically shut on her backpack and she had to jump/rush to get onto the street to safety and out of harm's way. It was a very scary experience for both of us. I know he was just in a rush trying to get a full vehicle (of snowboarders and all their equipment) out as fast as possible, but this was just not okay. This particular instance made me want to give them 1 star. I would give them an honest 4 if I am counting all my other experiences, but this needs to get management's attention. Also, ever since the app and they upgraded their system, we ALWAYS have issues trying to use the 10% coupon when leaving. On top of this scary incident, the 10% coupon did not work for us when leaving to make matters worst. I dont think I will be coming back here and I have been a loyal customer since they opened. read more
