Austin Park & Zoom is so convenient! What made it even better was our driver CJ! He was quick to help load our bags up & gave us such great information on our ride! The worst place to park your car. Once we returned from Europe, we paid (concierge level parking) tip driver and exited. 5 minutes later we were called to return to the lot, stating "We didn't pay for our parking" The Staff was rude, refused to contact the manager, refused to give us their names, and refused to tell us who called us. Obviously, we had no charges. The staff acted like they were a "gang". Never received an apology for a call back from management. read more

Used them for the 1st time for a 5 night trip the week before New Years Eve. Used valet parking and got the car washed while I was gone - and they did an excellent job. It was an oustanding experience, cheaper than parking in the ABIA garage, and the van was there as we got outside. Love that they offer you a water when you leave. So impressed with this parking lot! I would even go beyond just calling it a lot! For someone who travels quite often for work (usually out of San Antonio), this was my first to actually leave my vehicle for an extended stay at the Austin airport. I have to say the convenience and expeditious process of this Park & Zoom has been the best experience I've had. They can provide services to your vehicle while you are away as well as pet boarding services! You can make a reservation to ensure your space, you are assigned a number where the shuttle service picks you up and takes you direct to your airline ticketing doors. On my return, the shuttles are located conveniently right outside arrivals where they collect your assigned parking number to drop you off right at your vehicle. My experience has been top notch and Robert the shuttle driver was exceptional with his greeting, smile and all around customer service! He even loaded my bags into my car! I just tried out this parking company for the first time. It was the best. They had their shuttle waiting by my car the minute after I pulled into park my car. Took just minutes to get to our terminal. When we got back we handed the driver our car location card and they dropped us off at the car after a few other drop offs, again it was very fast. This was a much better deal than going with a airport shuttle service or Uber from our home in Cedar Park. read more

Amazing!!! I last minute decided to park at the airport and upon some googling decided on Park and Zoom because of the reviews. Covered parking with normal sized spaces, they're not super tiny like a lot of parking. I was picked up right at my parking space! Super cool. CJ was my driver to the airport, he was great!! Very personable and knowledgeable about Park and Zoom and made sure we knew how to get picked up after our trip. The driver for my ride back made great conversation with me as we waited for more passengers. Super easy to pay by phone before exiting with the QR code. Great deal. I Can't say enough good things about this parking company. We have arrived to Austin on late flights and CJ has been amazing! He helped us take down our bag and even loaded the car for us! Located across from the entrance to the Airport Hilton, this Park & Zoom offered valet parking, and you can even get a car wash! Upon pick-up, my car wouldn't start, and the shuttle bus brought us right to it, where CJ was waiting for me to jump the battery. It started immediately, and he asked if we were Park & Zoom members, then told me about the discount and the perks I could accumulate. I signed up and he pointed me to the exit, where he met me and personally checked me out to ensure my app was correctly set up and credited. In a world in which customer service has seemingly disappeared, I found it in CJ! He truly could not have been nicer or more helpful! read more

Easy, breezy parking experience. The arrival was way better than the departure. I was initially concerned as a shuttle drove past as soon as I stepped out of the baggage claim area and located the pick up area. Luckily, there was another one right there. Marissa was at the curb basically waiting for me. She helped me with my bag and we waited the requisite amount of time (maybe 3 minutes) before we left for the lot. She pulled right up to my car and even put my bag into my trunk. She is fabulous - warm, pleasant and informative - just the type of employee one should have in customer service. I am only taking off one star for the driver that took me to the terminal. Since this was my first time, I had no idea where the drop off point was. He drove all the way to the end and said Southwest Airlines. Nope, I was flying American. He said that *I* should have said something. How am I to know? He really should have asked me the airline I was flying. And then to get snarky with me? Unacceptable. Thankfully, Marissa more than made up of for the initial bad experience. Without her, I probably would have gone to one of the many other parking lots in the area. But, I will return. read more

Park N Zoom is fantastic! Love these guys. I use them every time when parking at the Austin airport (ABIA). Their service is impeccable and the cold water bottles on the way out are a welcome thing after flying. They have an employee named CJ who is the nicest best guy. I wish ALL people enjoyed their work as much as he does. He informs you of every service they offer and takes such good care of your luggage. The experience was good but there is no communication about where to find the return shuttle to the parking lot! I ended up getting a ride from a friend to the lot, which was a waste of parking since at that point they could have just picked me up from the airport and brought me home without me paying for parking! I searched the website, called, downloaded the app, and there was nothing about the return trip! read more
