The property management group is an absolute joke here. I've lived here now for two years and will be moving out soon. It's 100 degrees outside and they shut down the pool the whole weekend because a few people were misusing the pool. They decided to treat all of the adults that pay to live here for amenities like children and shut down the amenities with no date of when we can expect to be open. All the while, we have experienced having no hot water for several weeks/days over the year, stolen packages regularly, internet outages, garage doors not working regularly, disgusting carpet hallways, a virtual golf center that hasn't worked half the time, and little to no community events. 10 consecutive days without hot water and a full day and half without water at all. I am very disappointed in how this property "handles" maintenance. These apartments were not fit for human habitation. Excuse after excuse has been made about why the problem has persisted and laws have been broken for our safety and sanitation. I just moved into Park at City Center 7 weeks ago.... I have lived in many places and this one seemed really nice. Since I've been here the elevator has broken down three times for multiple days at a time. The electricity was out as well as the hot water for an entire day. Communication has been confusing during these times as well. I would not suggest moving here if you want maintained living and basic necessities. The security door doesn't lock correctly while entering one side of the building and there is no service on your phone when picking up packages (which you need to open you email for the lockers). If the WiFi is out your key fob won't work to enter the building, and the app to unlock doors is not guaranteed. As this building is very aesthetically nice I will have to see I have seen a lot of issues in a very short amount of time. NO COMPENSATION WAS GIVEN TO ANY RESIDENTS WHILE BASIC NEEDS WERE NOT MET. Had a tour scheduled for 4:30. Got a call and asked if we could come in earlier but couldn't because of my schedule told them that I would be there at the scheduled time got a sarcastic kinda mad employee "ok, sounds good." When we got there at 4:27 we waited for over 30 minutes in the lobby with nobody to be seen, called the office multiple times no answer. We started walking out and then an employee finally shows up with another tour then asked if we had a question and we said we had a tour scheduled at 4:30 and were waiting for over 30 minutes. Staff had said "sorry we close in 5 minutes. Does any other day work" Then continued working with the other tour. So we left since there would be no other time we could take another tour and it overall sounds like not a good place because of the bad customer service from the very beginning. Sounds like if you have multiple tours to do that same time you need more staff. read more

We would be better off sleeping under a bridge in LA. We would have saved so much hassle and headache if we had taken the time to check out all the reviews before getting trapped in a nightmare lease. They charge for LIGHTBULBS! Getting a lightbulb replaced never cost money at any of our last apartments. It seems here that any maintenance call gets a charge billed to your monthly bill. Noise levels are through the roof. We can literally feel the floor moving from our downstairs neighbors parties, the NON-STOP barking of the dogs on both sides, and the ceilings are so thin we can hear the toilet flush (and all the business that comes before the flush!). The common area fees are outrageous and we are sick of having every last dime sucked out of us ON TOP of the exorbitant monthly rent. The amenity fee, (slow) internet fee, ridiculous parking fee, lightbulb replacement fee, clubhouse light/water/gas fee, and we were required to purchase liability only renters insurance through the building. Nothing for personal property. The apartment building neglects to tell you that absolutely no insurance company will allow residents to get insurance for just our belongings without having liability added onto the policy. So my husband and I are forced to pay for a full renters insurance policy IN ADDITION to the renters insurance policy being charged through the apartment building to boost their bottom line. My husband is filing a legal complaint to have this practice investigated because it's very clear what Keller Management is doing to financially abuse residents. Late fees are never refunded when their payment portal doesn't work and they keep finding ways to squeeze every cent out of people who live here. Our advice to others is to avoid this place. Much cheaper and better quality options in the area. As soon as our lease is up, we are OUT OF THIS PLACE. Too many more options that won't suck every last penny from you. Expect to pay luxury rent for not luxury living. Apartments are nice, but common areas are never maintained. During your tour, don't get fooled by the secured covered parking. The garage doors never close because they are always broken. About half the entry doors are broke going into the building at any time. Attached is a picture of the landscaping outside the SW stairs- this is not the dog park and this is how it looked all summer. I know housing is hard in Salt Lake, but I'd suggest looking further for something that more fits what you are paying here. read more

Live here if you enjoy being treated horribly When moving in, I hired a moving company at $50 an hour. We arrived at 7am and my key fob didn't work!!! When I spoke to Jackson he assured me "it did work, he checked it himself". I was accused of not knowing how to use a key fob... wow. $100/2 hours later... maintenance finally came. It was shrugged off. Not awesome but... Deep breath. I've lived here 13 months. This week has been especially hard because my daughter had influenza. I own 2 buisness and can't just take a day off as needed. I get home to see that while my daughter was home sick... had puked all over her clothes (so sad. Poor thing). She had thrown away an outfit she was wearing along with the papertowels she used to clean up with, put them in a plastic bag, tied it up, and threw them in the trashroom while I was gone. I only found this out because I got a $50 fine from the front office. For 1 bag of trash! The trash policy says it should first go down the shoot, if it's full put it in the room. If you open the trash room door and see it's full of trash you can assume the shoot is full. You can tell from a quick glance. Even though the fine said it was for "furniture or bulky items" I was assured I was the idiot. The fine was for anything they deemed worthy. Even though the shoot was FULL she "should have waited to throw anything out" and thrown it down the shoot. It was in the trash room! The trash room is for trash.(Wow) My poor girl is now crying her little eyes out ON TOP OF BEING SICK!!! The video footage they showed me was of her in pajamas with a pale face and bed-head!!! She was shamed. Shamed and fined. Classy. When I called the office, they assured me that out of the 300+ residents, they had no clue who I was (13months residency, on time payments attended many onsite functions, no problems....and I was rediculous for expecting them to even know who I was! I walked down stairs and also brought to their attention that even though I had spent over an hour down there filling out all my move out paperwork, I was still getting calls from the staff, trying to get me to resign. The manager then proceeds to tell me She's "not sure" if I signed everything I needed to. (Really?!?) It took some digging but they claim to have found the paperwork. (No apology. Again I was assured I was being ridiculous because they couldn't possibly remember all the conversations they have with people. Even if it's over an hour long, heated conversation.) My. Bad. Also, when I moved in I was told the pool would be closed at 10PM. People are down there later and later all the time. Why aren't the lights out at 10? My kid needs sleep. Some people work. So may eye rolls!! And looks of disgust!!! These people are stuck up, rude and don't care!! This place is run by people that don't value residents. People that are too busy to put notes in files.They are bothered by the slightest inconvenience. They would prefer you take a number and never bother them. If you have to live here, I would advise you take live video with any interaction, for your protection. read more

**Take these reviews seriously, this company doesn't deserve good tenants. ** I've lived at this apartment complex since 2019. Over that time it has switched management THREE times! Each property group being worse than the last. This management group has been the worst by far, the front desk is rude, zero urgency for maintenance requests, and will nickel and dime you for everything. The "technology package" is a scam, you pay a premium to share internet with other residents and during peak hours it fails. Plan on paying $80+ a month for your own, on top of the 150 technology package. If you're looking at an interior unit, just don't, people are at the pool all hours of the night, during the summer you can't access the pool because it's filled with people who don't live there. Even if you try to access it in the morning before its packed, you can't because the doors are locked until 10am! It's an absolute joke. Don't get me started on moving out! The last day of my lease fell on a Sunday, which the office is closed and there is no direction or recourse for where to leave your keys. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. This is the first review I've ever written because of how irritated I am at Park at City Center. Ever since we decided to move out after they raised rent more than $200 we were treated poorly. I don't know where to start but if you don't want to be suckered and lied to DO NOT live here. Everything looks great out the outside but everything came tumbling down when we moved out. We were great tenants, never missed rent no noise complaints, non smokers. So let's start with the front office staff, they need conflict resolution training and need to act like human beings. There was NO move out checklist so we did what is typically done at apartments, deep clean it and move out just like how we found it. We were charged $50 because we didn't turn in our parking sticker. We moved out on a Saturday, and were not told they needed that. Once we were told they needed it on a Tuesday we changed our work schedules just to turn it in, upon turning it in on a Friday we were met with a rude staff member who told us we'd be charged for the parking tag. Even more we now owe them $400 because they say they say it costs $300 to paint the whole apartment and are charging $250 for some nails in the wall. When I say we left the place extremely clean we did because we used the apartment cleaning service and paid them to deep clean it. Our deposit was nearly $700 AND THEY WIPED IT CLEAN. They want $400 MORE DOLLARS. It's unfathomable how rude we were treated and how greedy these people are. I am going to file the process with the Better Business Bureau because it is disgusting how we were treated and now we owe them a large amount of money for very minimal damages. They included low resolution pictures of the damages that aren't even noticeable. We are workaholics and spend minimal time in the apartment and we have no pets. I write this post to anyone out there looking to live here, take this review seriously. DO NOT LIVE HERE. The place seems fine, but wait til you move out. For any staff reading this, have you seen the cost of living in Utah? Do you know how hard it is to make a living? Do you have a heart? Be a decent human being. We were not given a move out inspection either. They gave me a day or two they'd be at the apartment but never showed up. read more

I lived at PACC with my husband for almost two years. the first year was great. The second the pandemic hit things went downhill so fast. First, we could hear every ounce of noise. Our next door neighbours were smoking pot and having parties at all hours with insane noise. The people above us were cooking on their grill on their porch and FILLED our apartment with smoke. Each time we spoke to management and nothing was done. They assured us they "spoke to the neighbours" but we know that to be not true. We finally got to the point where the noise was so unbearable they told us they would swap our apartment. We went down to speak with management and radio silence. We finally sat in the waiting area until we were addressed and told "we don't have anything else unless you want to pay more" Why were we offered a new place if nothing could be done? Finally we decided we were done and going to move out at the end of our term. We were then told we actually need to give a 60 day written notice even though when we received a notice that our rent would increase, and we were in discussion on what to do...repeatedly emails would go unanswered for days...only at the point when we said we were out were we told this. Finally we are leaving and are told that we were not allowed to paint our walls even though Shandy told us we could, and they would provide paint for us to paint it back or we could pay 15$ for them to do it. Lies. They quoted us 500$ to paint 3 walls! After some back and forth they gave us the paint code and I bought a gallon of the paint they use for 30$ and within 2 hours we were back to what it was previously. We left the apartment over a month prior to our "60 days" still paying rent of course and wanted to shut off our electric. Were told nope! but don't worry it will only be like 10$. ANOTHER LIE. Our electric bill is almost the same as when we lived in the unit and NO ONE IS THERE! Which means when they are showing the apartment they clearly are leaving lights on. We should not be responsible for ELECTRICITY WE ARENT USING! We finally got our last "bill" and are being charged an additional 110 for them to clean the apartment even though during our final walkthrough we weren't informed of any of this. And another 150$ for utilities. How did we use 150$ in utilities in one month? When we WERENT THERE! These apartments may look beautiful but management is difficult to get a straight answer from, you WILL be told incorrect information and they act like the tenants are a burden. Do not rent here! The customer service is HORRIBLE and it's is WAY overpriced. The people who work at the front desk have zero urgency and are often rude. When we finally left and decided to rent a three bedroom townhome for $300 less than what we were paying here, they only returned $200 of our $900 security deposit to us. They claimed there were pet damages (when our apartment was spotless when we left) and they subtracted a bunch of false fees that they made up. They just want to nickel and dime you for everything and do not comprise at all. The parking garage is way too small and they like to bring a tow truck in there and block everyone from getting in and out of the garage. We could have saved so much more money if we stuck with our last apartment. The rent and added fees here are not worth it. It's like they are going broke and are desperate to get every little bit of money they can get out the people who stay here. Judging by the number of eviction notices they plaster on everyone's doors each month, a lot of people can't afford to get swindled by this place and keep up with the rent payments. Once the added fees for their "amenities" + BS are factored in; we would have been better off finding a townhouse or just buying a home. The only relief is that we live on the top floor and don't have the above our head noise. The side to side noise is worse on the weekends but nothing like the stomping we hear overhead when we hang out in the apartments of our friends who live here on the other floors. The top floor gets pretty warm but at least we don't have to run the heat often in the winter. read more
