Recently new owners came on and decided to "upgrade" and man, the people they hired did an abysmal job. Just horrible. I know they are making efforts to fix all the garbage the last crew did. They had a field next to them that got bought by a landscaping company where they could've invested in making more parking and there is a field to the south of them. They've painted the buildings and have done many nice things to make the complex look great but the parking is a joke. Just a fair warning of what to expect when you move here. No parking but a wonderful place to live. You also don't get a covered parking spot with your apartment but have to pay for it separately which I haven't seen at any other place either.

They do a great job of making it a nice place to live. The apartments themselves are nice and our balcony has a beautiful view of the mountains. As far as noise traveling, if you are inside you can rarely hear noise coming from inside other apartments, but you can hear noise coming from outside (someone playing music while walking, dogs, etc.). It has not been too bothersome in our area. The main dog barking we hear is not from the apartments, but a house nearby. You can also hear noise coming from inside apartments when you are outside, but that hasn't been an issue. Overall, we feel so lucky we found this place.

I have had very few maintenance requests but every time I do need something they're there within an hour and able to fix anything and everything I have a question about. There are a huge perks in living here which include having the smart home as well as the Amazon hub that both Amazon UPS and FedEx all have access to use so your packages are always secure. The common hallways are often cleaned and maintained to make sure everyone's homes remain nice! Management has always gone above and beyond to help me out and make me feel like a welcome member of their community

When you put in a work order, it's always an immediate response.

Upon final inspection the guy from the office was surprised to see the 3+ year old carpet still in my unit. I was just as surprised when I received a $1400 bill to replace it, knowing it wasn't in great condition upon move in. The unit was not clean when I moved in. There was even a bag of random things left on the counter from the previous tenant. It damn sure was clean when I left, although they think I owe them $145 cleaning fee. Maintenance didn't respond to calls. I lived with exposed wires from a FAULTY fire alarm in my main bedroom for a full year without them addressing it, even though they said they would have it fixed a few weeks after moving in. The hot water heater sounded like a rock tumbler and often took a long time for the water to get hot. It was reported and I was "put on a list" for those who also complained about their faulty water heaters. (This apparently was common) as maintenance told me I was 1 of 9 and until it completely goes out, they wouldn't do anything. I could literally go on, but if you made it this far, save yourself the headache. On top of all of this, they upped the rent for a terrible paint job on the exterior of the buildings. Honestly, not worth the money.

The last straw for me was when I was in the shower and they came into my apartment! I didn't get a notice or anything that they would be entering. They also sent me to collections over $300 that they never told me about for the move out fees. They never contacted me once, over phone, email or mail. I didn't even know that I owed anything until I saw it in collections. I have been trying to fight this collection for over a year now. I even reached out to them prior to this collection asking if I needed to pay anything else. They said "no"! Please beware if you move in here they are h3ll. We had so many more problems living here too, heater was always broken, AC was always broken and pieces of the roof would break off and be hitting our window (broke a year before we moved out and never got fixed).
