The outcome? Tenants spit or smoke pot in the community areas. Washing pigeon poop off their balconies with the use of a hose. Messing up the clubroom and not cleaning up afterwards. Slamming apartment's front door so it sends the whole floor into turbulence. Hall carpets and stairs get periodically stained. Loud dog barking on the balcony and within apartments is OK, never mind the noise. Pet owners don't tame their charge, there have been cases of aggressive pet attacks on tenants. I found dog stains on the stairs, in the elevator and near my car, I saw some guys let their pets use the garage as a dog park. The management keeps sending notices, but nothing is done beyond. Tenants I know just don't bother complaining, it's no use. Sorry to see all this happening, it was a decent and safe place before. I am a dog owner myself, I say this without malice. Word of advice to the management, if these guys cannot train their dog properly to keep the place clean, quiet and safe for all, apartment living is not for them.

But Issa and Lani are more than just the leasing office staff, they know which room that you live in, and they welcome you like how your family would do when you get back home. Most importantly I felt free to address any issue or problem I might have, and they are proactive so you don't need to keep following up with them. Cleanliness: Whether the apartment is clean or not is a big thing for me too. Especially the common area and the grass area. Grass is the easy spot to tell whether the apartment staff pay enough attention to keep it clean, especially for apartments that allow dogs. Well it should not be that way, but some dog parents just don't pick up their puppies poop. They always keep the grass clean, and if there's something messy or anything smells bad, they would clean it right away. I know that Traci works really hard to keep everything clean and she does check the building everyday to make sure everything is good. I was also impressed with how quick they are to get the work order done so that I don't have to wait. Last but not the least, if you don't know there are many people got their car broken into in this area. Some apartment might have cameras, but they don't really work sometimes, since most of the time people don't really check that while looking for an apartment. Season by far has the best security and access control that I know in town. All their cameras work. You get what you pay especially for a safe and comfortable place that you can call home. Did a bit research, this building was one of Covid buildings so super thin walls. 2 cars were broken in separately and glass shattered everywhere. The community is so friendly and my neighbors have become some of the best friends I've ever had. Management and maintenance have been so helpful throughout my year here. Originally, I was facing the street and found it too loud for me, so they moved me to the back of the building which is much quieter and has an exquisite view of both the mountains and city. There is construction on the east side of the building which was very distracting over the summer, but it's gotten better. I just really appreciate her sincere devotion to customer/tenant service and improving the quality of our lives each day. Anytime I need anything, she is on top of it! Amazon misplaces my package? I reached out to Marlen and she responds and gets it resolved right away. Elevator broken? (which has happened a few times now), Marlen calls the service team and they repair it within a day or so. Neighbor's nasty dogs leaving crappy stains all over the carpet in the shared community hallways? I send Marlen a picture and she gets the carpet cleaning team out the very next day. The list goes on! This place is a bit pricey, but I can 100% say that it has been worth every penny that I've spent here. and I would know, I have moved once or more a year since I was a child, and this is the first time that I would actually WANT to stay somewhere more than a year! The views are spectacular, the amenities are amazing, and the staff are the icing on the cake! Also, don't let some of these other reviews sway you. I moved into the canyon vista community today under very difficult personal circumstances. Jeslet Sotelo, was the leasing agent who helped me. She went WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND--truly. She was incredibly overbooked, due to a clerical error with her scheduling software, but still took the time to ensure my move-in process was smooth, efficient, and as stress-free as possible. I recently went through a life-altering event and needed a place to start fresh ASAP. Jeslet was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also empathetic and kind--something I CANT articulate in words how desperately I needed. Thanks to her, I was able to move in today and am now able to put in the work on my next chapter. She deserves recognition (and honestly, a raise). Thank you, Jeslet, for turning a tough day into a hopeful one. I only hope one day I can repay you with an outing to Rodizio, or at the very least a heart felt thank you the next time I pass by the leasing offices.
