Management for one has always been kind and they were always so kind and still are during my new process of renting with them! I never heard a noise lining there which is why I lived the place! During the summer the pool area is so much fun even if you aren't big in swimming there's still a hot tub area and a bbq area which is my most favorite part for entertaining! I've never had any issues with parking nor vandalism like I read in another review! Every business has challenges but out of the 4 complexes I've lived in this is by far number 1 and they even help you save to get into an ivory home when you're ready!

Recently new owners came on and decided to "upgrade" and man, the people they hired did an abysmal job. Just horrible. I know they are making efforts to fix all the garbage the last crew did. They had a field next to them that got bought by a landscaping company where they could've invested in making more parking and there is a field to the south of them. They've painted the buildings and have done many nice things to make the complex look great but the parking is a joke. Just a fair warning of what to expect when you move here. No parking but a wonderful place to live. You also don't get a covered parking spot with your apartment but have to pay for it separately which I haven't seen at any other place either.

They do a great job of making it a nice place to live. The apartments themselves are nice and our balcony has a beautiful view of the mountains. As far as noise traveling, if you are inside you can rarely hear noise coming from inside other apartments, but you can hear noise coming from outside (someone playing music while walking, dogs, etc.). It has not been too bothersome in our area. The main dog barking we hear is not from the apartments, but a house nearby. You can also hear noise coming from inside apartments when you are outside, but that hasn't been an issue. Overall, we feel so lucky we found this place.

I have had very few maintenance requests but every time I do need something they're there within an hour and able to fix anything and everything I have a question about. There are a huge perks in living here which include having the smart home as well as the Amazon hub that both Amazon UPS and FedEx all have access to use so your packages are always secure. The common hallways are often cleaned and maintained to make sure everyone's homes remain nice! When I arrived, it was even better than the photos. By far the staff here have made living here awesome. We have been living here for a year in November, and we are extremely happy. We actually just signed a lease for another year. We love our apartment. It's really spacious and the kitchen is beautiful! Everyone at the leasing office has been friendly, extremely quick to respond and very helpful. Not to mention, they remember you by name! The maintenance guys are great as well! They respond very quickly to any and all maintenance requests. They are friendly, quick, and respectful of your home. The complex is clean and safe. Biggest problem would be people not always picking up after their dogs, but they really try to stay on top of it, and it's gotten a lot better!! There's always plenty of parking on the street which is where we like to park so it's great! I'm not sure about parking spots in the complex as we don't use those. Further, the complex is a 7-10 minute walk to the TRAX! If you walk a little further down there's plenty of places to eat or get some drinks and there's top golf. There's also Winco and Maveric. The complex is also right by Gardner Village which is really cute. Everything you could want is right here. Highly recommend checking this place out!

The last straw for me was when I was in the shower and they came into my apartment! I didn't get a notice or anything that they would be entering. They also sent me to collections over $300 that they never told me about for the move out fees. They never contacted me once, over phone, email or mail. I didn't even know that I owed anything until I saw it in collections. I have been trying to fight this collection for over a year now. I even reached out to them prior to this collection asking if I needed to pay anything else. They said "no"! Please beware if you move in here they are h3ll. We had so many more problems living here too, heater was always broken, AC was always broken and pieces of the roof would break off and be hitting our window (broke a year before we moved out and never got fixed).
