My last haircut was on Jan 21, but I missed my chance to get a haircut in March since I just started working nights out of state and I was way too tired to get a haircut in general, not to mention the quarantine snuck up on me too fast for me to just suck it up and do it... But during the quarantine, part of me decided out of sheer boredom to see how long my hair can get until the barbers reopen (yes, that includes the scraggly, Asian-descent facial hair you see. I'm disappointed too). The quarantine just so happened to end early while I was visiting Arizona, so I jumped in here with both feet. Although it was a bit rushed since the state just reopened barber shops and there were lots of people waiting, they did do a fairly good job. I'm disappointed that because of state law I can't get a hot towel shave (which I was either too broke to try it or I've been clean-shaven for the week and it's not long enough to justify it), it's not the barber shop's fault, and hopefully I get to experience it some day... But that's another story for another day, and hope this COVID-19 thing boils over so that I can experience it. read more

Finally a MEN'S barbershop Nodari is my barber. He is the best I know of in the west valley, and a fun guy. My (adult) son and I use our trip to see Nodari as a weekly father/son time. My son's cut requires great precision and Nodari is always perfect. My curly hair looks better than it has in many years. My girlfriend approves - need I say more? Owner Eddie is a great host. 4/10/16 Park Ave is the place to be! I'm Glad I found a barber like Eddie! Kid friendly! My son loves to get his hair cut at Park Ave. I checked in and I got $2 off! 4/16/16 I was at home shaving and I messed up the beard line. If I would of kept trying to fix it I would of ended up with no beard. LoL I called Eddie and told him what happened and He said "Come in and I'll fix it!" **update: so after placing my review later in the day I received a text from the actual owner which very rarely happens. This effort made by the owner has changed my opinion on this barber shop and i will be coming back when I need my next haircut. This visit was very disappointing. Set up an appointment online and my barber was not there. There was about 7 people in the waiting room and only one barber. Talking to another gentleman that walked out with me he informed me this is a common occurance at this place. For the prices this place charges you would assume they would keep more barbers on staff. read more

My dude Nadari is the best. I have super fine hair and his fade is always on point. Good dude too, sometimes there's a wait but I'd rather wait for a quality cut than walk into somewhere else and have them trash my hair in 30 min. The barbers here take pride in their work so they may take a little longer but you'll be happy with the end result. I won't go anywhere else. Next cut I'll update with some pics. read more

Amazing!!!! My boyfriend has been looking for a barber for months on this side of town and he officially found his go to place today. His hair looks better than I have ever seen it. Got totally jacked around. Spoke to Eddie twice today to book an appointment. I show up not 10 minutes later and am told he won't be there for another hour. Update: Eddie subsequently reached out to me to apologize and make good on the mix up. Apparently, it was one of the other barbers who answered the phone. I changed by star rating from a 1 to a 4. 5 for the awesome job Eddie has done on my beard in the past (which I shaved off following the appointment fiasco) minus 1 star for the other barber who shouldn't be allowed to answer the phone, EVER. read more

After what I experienced I just got a line up and dipped. So brothas I can't in good faith put the stamp of approval on this one. They get five stars for Great Customer Service but they just don't cut it close enough. THEIR FADE GAME is weak. If you have coarse hair don't do it.
