Took my car on a road trip and my vehicle was filthy. Interior had dried mud and dust, while the exterior was dirt and bugs that were smashed on the long trip. After reading a few reviews, I decided to choose Park Cities Mobile Detail- as it had the most consistent reviews. Set up was simple. Gave a quick call and provided Roderick with info. He will ask for you name, number, email, and physical address (as you can tell) his service is mobile. My leather interior looks fantastic. He got the "road trip" odor out and payed attention to every nook and cranny! I was genuinely impressed. I used my debit card for payment, and added a tip. Worth every penny! Not what I expected for what I paid for. I paid for interior detailing and I definitely could've done what they did myself. There were still some spots on the mirror and the front dash inner dashboard. This is small but I also expected a car freshener or something hung too after the cleaning but that wasn't the case. I am literally the pickiest person I know but after Rodrick and team were done with the interior of my car I had NOTHING to nit pick. Scheduling online was super easy, they came to my apartment building the next day and did a spotless job within an hour and a half. My six year old car looks brand new on the inside. Rodrick cleaned every single nook and cranny including spots that I'd never be able to get to on my own like in between and inside the emergency break. The light gray seats, which I thought were stained forever, are now spotless. For $125 + tip this service is well worth it, especially since you don't have to wait in a long line or be rushed out while your car still has crumbs in several places. I can't speak to the exterior car wash but I will definitely be using this detail service again. read more

My company hired Park Cities to detail one of our client's vehicles. Park Cities burned through the clear coat on the BMW. This was verified by the BMW dealers body shop. When we contacted Park Cities to request a copy of their insurance so a claim could be filed, they said they would email it to us. That was over a week ago. Since then, we have made several phone calls and sent emails without any response. Their ratings on Yelp and Google seem favorable, however, any company can be good when things go well. If something happens where damage may have occurred, the true character of a company shows in how they respond. Park Cities lack of response shows what their true character is. read more

I had a great experience with Park Cities Mobile and an interesting experience. They did not catch my appointment in time in which they were pretty late, however they made up for it. I am all about redemption if you do a good job and a gracious job and Park Cities Mobile did that! Tavoris detailed my car and he was great, the inside of my car looks as good if not better than it did when I first got it. This is an interior that had been neglected for years (3 at least) with dog hair (great pyrenees) in which I cannot find a hair. He also did a great job on the outside of a car with massive cosmetic issues. Park Cities Mobile will take their time and really detail your car, I know because they detailed my car in the parking lot of my high rise in which I watched personally a 4 hour detail in which Tavoris really took care of every detail. Paid 200$ for the mobile detailing, took 2 hours and all he did was basically wash the outside of my car by the looks of it. There was a sticky material on my push to start button that he did not get, water marks, scratched my car that has a $5000 paint job. Left multiple dirt spots on the front lip of the car I guess he wasn't feeling like bending down to clean it. About the scratch, I looked through pictures from 3 days before to make sure that the scratches that I saw after the detail weren't there before, and they weren't so I called the phone number listed talked to the owner, he then put me in a 3 way call with the guy that cleaned the car, and had some huge unprofessional argument while I was sitting there listening to them make up all kinds of excuses about how it's "impossible" that they scratched my car, because the equipment they use can't scratch the vehicle, and how they wash all kinds of exotic cars so why would they scratch mine. The owner then comes out to where my car was washed and basically told me the same thing he said on the phone, that it's impossible that his guy could of scratched the car and went about his day, didn't offer any kind of compensation I mean what a terrible experience overall I'd rather pay the 5$ and clean it myself next time. Rather then pay 200$ for a "detail" and then a extra couple hundred dollars for PAINT correction on my car. I bought a voucher off living social for a $150 'Deluxe Wash & Wax.' I thought I was paying $75 for a $150 service, but I feel like I only got the value of what I paid instead of what was advertised. This detail does not feel like a $150 detail. It barely feels like a $70 detail. There's still dirt in the center console, spill marks on the doors, and water spots on the side mirror. I do appreciate that they showed up on time and were professional, but I expected more attention to detail than that. I shouldn't have to wipe away any dirt or water spots after a full detail. I have to wonder if I got the 'living social' treatment? Definitely would not pay $150 for this, and I don't think I'll pay $75 again either. read more
