After I got off and inspected my car I realized, they damaged my driver seat and claim that it was like that when they arrived. I've only had my car for over a year and I'm the only one that drives it and know for a fact that this is far from the truth. There was also what look like wet splatter on the passenger side, which after the it has dried has turned into an brown stain. Which defeats the whole purpose of me contacting this company. I'm a full time worker, student and mom. I don't have time to be arguing with someone who refuses to take responsibility for the actions or to act with integrity. Please do your due diligence. In response to the business reply: PPF failure and rock chip "touch up" can be seen in new photos. I do agree that touch up isn't perfect, but the BEFORE AND AFTER PICS should let you know about their skills. It can be seen that the damage caused is MORE SIGNIFICANT than the rock chip. The clear coat is burned through and repaint is necessary. Update 1 (April 2024): Chris did my ppf and some issues came up with the edges. There were also debris caught in the ppf during installation. There were also knife marks caused during the cutting of the ppf. This can be seen in the pictures as well. Came up with excuses that the film is a new brand. If one can't score the film and not pierce through it and into the clear coat, shouldn't do ppf at all. Update 2 (June 2024): Redid the ppf but edges are still lifting. Ppf failure again...Asked for rock chip repair and he ended up leaving a blob with the clear coat burned through. Attached would be pictures of the rock chip fix and ppf failure. So sick of dealing with this business. A repaint on the hood would cost lots of money at this point. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! It is better to pay more for quality, especially with automotive care.

While the owner and employees were nice and helpful, the amount of money I spent to get my car detailed was not worth it due to the subpar cleaning of my car. I paid almost $180 total after tip for a complete interior detail ($117 - though I got a 15% discount for Labor Day) and a hand wash ($45). The interior still has dust in many areas, the cup holder still have some sticky residue in them, the center console is dirty, there is are large crumbs from chips and other food items between the seat and cup holder area, and they were unable to get some of the stains out of my passenger seat. The exterior glass toward the base of both of my front back windshield was completely neglected in some spots. Now my car was very dirty, and the work they did do is a big improvement to how my car looked. But again, for a $180 a expected a spotless interior and a well cleaned exterior. At the place I usually take my car to get detailed in Denton, it costs only $150 for a full interior and exterior detail, and the quality of work is MUCH better. I think this is partially why I am so disappointed. I didn't notice the lack of quality until after leaving the garage because of the dim lighting, so make sure to closely inspect your car for quality (maybe with your phones flashlight) before leaving. Just be aware that you might not get your money's worth if you decide to give this place your business.

When I arrived, John, the owner, led me to the washing area. He is one of the most kindhearted and genuine people I have ever met. He gave me confidence that my car was in good hands and would look beautiful after the detail. Shortly after, John drove me back to my residence in a beautiful courtesy car as part of the service. Throughout the day, he updated me on the progress and estimated cost for my detail, including progress photos. When my car was finished, John picked me up at my residence and drove me back to my car.
