    Bees knees (lavander and honey)
    Katarina S.

They have cronuts! I find them hard to come by these days and was surprised when a friend told me there are several coffee shops in Park City that have them albeit likely from the same baker. Either way, they were delicious with a number of layers and a crispy outside. The vanilla creme inside was a bit sweet but it was really good overall. I also got bees knees coffee with lavender and honey which was average. I think they forgot to put lavander in it...However, their panini is amazing! Plain and simple with turkey, cheese and pesto, but deliciously comforting!

Came here every morning for 4 mornings straight while in the area. It was our coffee and lIght breakfast spot before the mountain. The coffee was genuinely delicious. We loved the peanut butter bars and got them every day, but on the last day we tried a donut (or cronut?) with some maple frosting and a sweet light cReam inside. I immediately regretted not getting it everyday. The ladies at register are just the sweeetest people as well. They were so welcoming and warm every morning, and more importantly, patient with our sleepy heads unable to make a decision with all the amazing options. Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone in the area

Came here for coffee and pastries. Loved it! Would come back. We ordered the chocolate cronut, the chocolate croissant, and the maple scone. The maple scone was awesome!

Particles in my PB & A

Ordered a PB&A last week at PC roasters in Park City. There was something hard that almost cracked my tooth in the bottom of the glass which turned out to be multiple petrified dates or perhaps part of a countertop. Anyway, I asked the manager to take a look at it and she said there's nothing I can do. You can call the owner. Here is his number, so I texted the owner with these pictures twice and no response over the last two weeks. Needless to say I will never go back there as their customer service is beyond bad, and will not take responsibility for anything. The sad part is, I've been there for six year when we moved here from California. But I've noticed the quality of their service has gone down substantially over the last few years. You never know what you're gonna get now All I was looking for was management to take responsibility. Luckily there are several better coffee shops that have popped up in town the last couple years

Came here for our morning brew and both times came right before the big rush. The coffee is robust and deeply satisfying. Only reason for the 4 (not 5 star) was they didn't have 2% milk and hadn't offered to do half skim and half whole milk for the flat white and non bakery orders take time. The acai bowls were tasty, but we had to pass the first day as they only had one person making non bakery goods and turned out there was a handful of orders before ours. If you are in a hurry and want to order food, ask what the time estimate may be. The altitude bar was tasty ... peanut butter, coconut flakes, oats, maple syrup (or agave) and some other tasty things. Would come back again when we have more time :)

A nice shop with friendly staff, quick service, and a good latte! Plenty of parking made for a quick stop to grab some local coffee before exploring more of Park City.

Great coffee and great service! Employees are so nice, they get your order perfect, and it's worth it to bring home some beans. My family also ordered food and said it was good!

Yes! Yes! YES! I get excited for a good cup of Joe, and brothers Rob And Ray Hibl have dialed it in with fresh roasted coffee, pastries and sandwiches, quiche, oatmeal.... The line of coffee aficionados snakes around shelving with perfectly placed bags of carefully curated coffee. Decaf or regular, beans or ground, buy your brew and a souvenir mug, too. Dine inside, people watch from a window post, or relax with friends at a table. My favorite? Enjoying a hot coffee on a cool day on the outdoor patio. Yes, fresh roasted beans. I learned that they have a roasting facility a few miles away...making this a true "roaster" shop. FYI - during stay at home Covid quarantine, dine in is on mandated hold. Pull up, order from your car, and it will be delivered in short time.

If you are a coffee snob and want good coffee this is the best place we tried while in Park City. Lots of crema in our Americanos.

Not the best dirty chai. Breakfast burrito looked yummy. Great little stop post-ride. I'll try again and most likely order the americano.

Finally, World-Class Espresso in the Heart of Provo! If you…read moreare an espresso enthusiast living in or traveling through Utah County, your search ends here. Incidental Coffee Roasters isn't just a coffee shop; it's a masterclass in the craft. I can say without hesitation that this is the best espresso I have ever had in Utah County. What sets Incidental apart is the absolute precision in their flavor. Because they roast their own single-origin beans in-house, the coffee is incredibly fresh and "dialed in" to perfection. My espresso is always exceptionally balanced--smooth, with a complex natural sweetness and none of the bitterness you find at larger chains. It is clearly a labor of love for true coffee purists. Why you should visit: The atmosphere is minimalist, intentional, and calming--perfect for a focused morning or a sophisticated coffee date. But the real heartbeat of the shop is the owner, Dylan. He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly lives and breathes coffee science, yet he's one of the friendliest people you'll meet. Whether you're a fellow coffee nerd wanting to talk extraction or a casual drinker looking for a recommendation, he makes everyone feel welcome without a hint of pretension. If you appreciate the "art" of the bean, do yourself a favor and stop by. Provo's coffee scene is better because of incidental! I come in here multiple times per week and am never disappointed. I also buy their fresh roasted coffee for making espresso at home and it is amazing! I like all the roasts i've tried but the Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Iwariti roast or the Ethiopia Guji roast are my favorite!

I sat at a small table to enjoy the ambiance and my tasty gluten-free cookie. Great, friendly service from the owner. I plan to purchase a mug the next time I visit, made by a local potter.
