They have cronuts! I find them hard to come by these days and was surprised when a friend told me there are several coffee shops in Park City that have them albeit likely from the same baker. Either way, they were delicious with a number of layers and a crispy outside. The vanilla creme inside was a bit sweet but it was really good overall. I also got bees knees coffee with lavender and honey which was average. I think they forgot to put lavander in it...However, their panini is amazing! This is my favorite coffee place of all time. Unfortunately, I only discovered it after I'd moved to SoCal (I visit family in Utah often which brings me back to the area). I always love smaller coffee businesses than large chains, but this one is special. The employees are always so nice, and the whole place feels so cozy and welcoming. The coffee is delicious! What got me hooked the first time I was there was The Great Salt Lake- a salted caramel latte that I think about at least once a week. Plus they have coffee beans and grounds you can buy there that are so so good. Definitely worth the drive up parleys canyon even if you weren't going that way. read more

Came here every morning for 4 mornings straight while in the area. It was our coffee and lIght breakfast spot before the mountain. The coffee was genuinely delicious. We loved the peanut butter bars and got them every day, but on the last day we tried a donut (or cronut?) with some maple frosting and a sweet light cReam inside. I immediately regretted not getting it everyday. The ladies at register are just the sweeetest people as well. They were so welcoming and warm every morning, and more importantly, patient with our sleepy heads unable to make a decision with all the amazing options. There was something hard that almost cracked my tooth in the bottom of the glass which turned out to be multiple petrified dates or perhaps part of a countertop. Anyway, I asked the manager to take a look at it and she said there's nothing I can do. You can call the owner. Here is his number, so I texted the owner with these pictures twice and no response over the last two weeks. Needless to say I will never go back there as their customer service is beyond bad, and will not take responsibility for anything. The sad part is, I've been there for six year when we moved here from California. But I've noticed the quality of their service has gone down substantially over the last few years. You never know what you're gonna get now All I was looking for was management to take responsibility. Came here for our morning brew and both times came right before the big rush. The coffee is robust and deeply satisfying. Only reason for the 4 (not 5 star) was they didn't have 2% milk and hadn't offered to do half skim and half whole milk for the flat white and non bakery orders take time. The acai bowls were tasty, but we had to pass the first day as they only had one person making non bakery goods and turned out there was a handful of orders before ours. If you are in a hurry and want to order food, ask what the time estimate may be. I think what made this visit nice was the employee behind the register and being able to plug in and work on email while we had coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I tried the Park City Roast with cream and almond milk (the two that were offered). No sugar, but packets were offered on the counter which was long enough for me to have space fixing my drink. Would like to have seen a better sanitizing station besides a small spray near the exit, such as a pump, otherwise the cafe is handling the social distancing well with markings on the floor. Baked good selection was fine, muffins and giant scones, plus a bunch of bananas and some cold items like yogurt parfaits. I chose a muffin still warm from the oven--blueberry lemon with crystal sugar on top. It was delicious and a little crumbly perhaps due to the amount of blueberries and it's freshness. I hate to write a bad review during Covid, BUT.. Somehow, we paid $63 today for 1 coffee, 1 tea, 2 kid hot chocolates and 4 breakfast burritos ($6.49 each, see attached photo). The math did not add up, which I told the cashier, but she insisted it was right even though I showed her the correct prices on their "Covid menu". (btw - I got the menu from the QR code posted as I stood in line). Meanwhile, the line behind me was getting so long and the employee was so confused about the order, so I just paid $63 and moved on. If you aren't particular about coffee, or looking for something a notch above Starbucks, this might be your spot. If you are at all into coffee, stay away. They claim "fresh roasted daily" which is obviously BS. Zero of the whole bean bags inside have 'roasted on' dates (red flag) and at closing hour, the shelves are full of coffee. So, maybe the company does actually roast daily, but you never know which beans are fresh. They also have an unnecessary variety of coffee that is utterly overwhelming, and must be a nightmare to source, inventory, roast, manage, sell etc. The guy working had zero knowledge about any of the beans. I guess people just randomly pick blindly? Caved and bought some single origin as I'm traveling through town. Made a cup and nearly spit it out. read more

While I was only at the PC Coffee Roaster picking up a triple expresso + parfait to take with me on a road trip to Boise, the high energy displayed by the employees & good product proved to be quite memorable. The venue itself is a typical size of what you would expect, yet it seems so much smaller due to folks crowding the space. The seating looks to be comfortable (I stood in line), yet the scene itself is quite festive with professionals, hipsters, and average Joes & Joe Mommas. These guys only get 1 star because their coffee is good when you drink it there. We visited PC in January and enjoyed the coffee at PCCR. We joined their coffee mail subscription when we got back home. I realized we need less coffee monthly than I ordered. There is no way to do this on their website, nor is there a way to cancel my subscription on line. I called their store front at least 8 times over 3 weeks and spoke to several employees and managers who said they have no idea about the coffee subscription. I then got the owner Rob's cell phone number and left him a voice mail. No reply. I've also emailed them to no avail. These guys should be ashamed of the scam they are pulling with their coffee subscription service. DO NOT DO IT. I wouldn't even buy a regular coffee from them knowing they are running a racket. read more

Very poor experience! Waited 30 mins for our food and nothing came. I went and talked to them asking for it and they said they would check on it. Never heard back, I go up and talk to them a second time and they say "sorry we lost your burrito. We FINALLY get our food and the breakfast burrito (which they said is pre made) was subpar and the açaí bowl was watered down with apple juice and had frozen bananas that weren't fully blended. Nothing was offered to us for the 40 minute wait for a "lost" burrito and an açaí bowl that was overlooked somehow. Get your $hit together people. We were in Park City, UT for our yearly family vacation(from CA). This was our first time ever in Utah! My husband yelped places nearby for coffee and this place showed up. I was skeptical because I'm super picky about my coffee. Usually it's never strong enough for me and 9/10 coffee places have coffee that tastes like water. This place definitely has some GREAT coffee and AMAZING food. It gets a 9 out of 10 from me for coffee and a 12 out of 10 for their food! Their breakfast burritos are the best I've ever had and I was so sad when I was eating my last one just before we left for our long drive home. You get to customize your own burrito too! My kids loved their bagels with cream cheese and hot chocolates. I got a coffee mug for my MIL as a souvenir and also got her as well as myself some coffee beans for home.
