Complete Family Wellness has changed my life! After seeing 9 doctors and specialists within 12…read moremonths, I was ready to give up on the idea that there were any medical professionals left who would care to help me, let alone just listen to me before making medical decisions. Prior to my first appointment, I made the decision that Complete Family Wellness would be my last attempt at finding a medical professional to help me. The owner, and my provider Helen Muchow FNP-BC, FPA, APRN, MSN, changed my quality of life from 5% to 80% in my FIRST visit. We are currently working on the other 20% (mostly due to medical insurance roadblocks). Helen was not only professional, but actually LISTENED to every word I was saying, then took that information and developed a care plan WITH me, instead of just telling me what to do and sending me on my way with a prescription. I've been seeing Helen for over a year now, and her quality of care has not changed, even as she has taken over her staff's caseload as she is on maternity leave. I was a medical provider myself, so I understand the back-end (billing, insurance, etc). She does not rush through my appointment, like every other doctor/specialist I've seen, just to be able to see more patients in a day= more $$= $$ above "doing no harm." Most insurance companies will pay a higher rate for the first 15 minutes of an appointment, and a lower rate is paid for any time over 15 minutes. Helen takes the time to get her job done- above and beyond! Complete Family Wellness also has an on-site lab, so most standard blood work, and other labs can be done right away, during your appointment. Did I mention? Complete Family Wellness also has MOBILE services! They will come to you, in the comfort of your own home. Additionally, Helen is a veteran and accepts military insurance (Tricare West), which many providers do not accept due to Tricare's very low rates- yet another way she demonstrates how dedicated she is in helping people, and not treating us like cogs. On top of all this, Complete Family Wellness's staff are professional, very prompt in responding to any problems that come up between appointments, and make you feel like you matter!

Even my insurance company says they've never dealt with anyone like her. Sadly, I fear my FPN Jamie Basten also did not have my wellbeing in mind judging from her unresponsiveness to my medication needs. Helen is a no go, too. I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere for a committed provider.

Dr Reilly is the most thorough doctor I have ever worked with. He runs a lot of blood tests to get a complete understanding of your overall health and underlying conditions. He takes the time he needs to properly diagnose your conditions and develop your treatment plan and explain it in terms that are easy to understand . I appreciate that he takes a diet and lifestyle approach to address the cause of issues and prescribes medicines when needed not as a quick fix because he knows all medicines have side effects. Dr Reilly was great about responding to calls and text messages. My wife and I continued to use him as our primary care physical for more than a year after we moved from the area and often wish we didn't change to a local doctor near our current home. I feel the 5+ hour drive once a year would be well worth the time to continue with the quality care Dr Reilly provided us for many years. Every doctor I've seen since moving falls well short of delivering the level of care Dr Reilly provided.

Both my husband and I have been with his practice for 5 years. Everyone is kind and professional and efficient. Appts are easy to make. Waiting time, if any, is brief. They listen to what you say, you're never made to feel rushed, they give you options, and they guide you to the best path of treatment. Labs can be drawn there with results given within appropriate times. Return calls are always completed. For me, Dr Salvi is old-school, and that's a compliment for those of us who remember how doctors used to be......so with much gratitude to Dr Salvi and his team, and with much encouragement to the reader, you would be most happy at this practice. Blessings.

Dr. Salvi is warm and friendly and shares himself as a real person. He is the first doctor we've had in a long time who really seems to give you his full, caring attention. He contributes useful practical information in a discussion and brings good common sense into his practice as well as medical expertise. I love seeing a doctor who has expertise but also respects his clients' experience and the information they bring to the table. As I said to him, I think we've finally found our doc!!

They are professional and at the same time construct a safe atmosphere for healing. At the cornerstone of Main St. Psychiatry's practice is Joanne Parks, M.D. In my opinion Dr. Parks is a highly skilled psychiatrist. She brings a myriad of skills including a very extensive medical background. She brings warmth and empathy to her patients Dr. Parks has helped me feel safe and able to grow. She validates patients'feelings . I believe Dr. Parks treats her patients, her staff and other parties with respect. She definitely goes the extra mile to help her patients She works extremely hard to meet her patients' needs. In this vein I emphasize that Dr. Parks is an excellent practitioner who exceeds expectations. I have always felt her care for me and my needs. Further she respects me. And she supports me. She carefully handles all matters, especially those that are sensitive Main St Psychiatry and Dr. Parks offer services beyond therapy and medication. At the center of these additional services are a treatment called Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) TMS is a series of procedures that uses magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain It's called a noninvasive procedure because it's done without using surgery or cutting. I have had TMS at Main St. and found it to bevery helpful. Overall, I would definately highly recommend Dr. Parks and Main. St. Psychiatry.
