do not trust them. i sold a suv to a guy who left town and moved there. his check bounced. i found out they had the suv and called them. the boss would not talk to me, but i told the lady at their shop not to work on the suv because he would not pay. they ignored me and did $2900 of repairs and charged $58 a day for storage. they never called me. why? they are getting a mechanics lien and a suv worth 12 grand for supposedely $2900. beware, beware. they also said i didn't own the suv. a bounced checked means tthe person who owns the vehicle still owns it read more

I wanted to get my grandson's car fixed up for him to drive back to base. He is a new airman and it was very important he was in a safe vehicle. I originally paid almost $900, but multiple things were not fixed and the car sounded terrible. Took it back and after another $260 still not fixed. He will have to get it fixed at his base after spending a lot of money and telling them how important and when he needed. I feel like they cheated a grandmother and a serviceman and didn't care. Here's the timeline... The only good part of this experience was Pam being cordial with good customer service. Thurs (am): My mechanic called and asked (Chris) if they'd be able to hook it up to a scope or something to determine the electrical short/issue/whatev that is preventing my car from starting.. Yes if we get it there today.. k Thurs (aft): Found something else that might be causing the electrical problem so ordered the resistor from Subaru and will grab and install tmr.. no need to tow/scope/etc. Fri (am): Car still no spark even after this seemingly-promising resistor replacement. Fri (aft): Decided to spend the $75+Tow to get it hooked up to Dave's machine and pinpoint what we couldn't find.. Arrived late in the afternoon so [understandibly] didn't look at it yet.. but they're open Sat and "we can look at it tomorrow".. Sat (am): Just called to ask what I should be expecting re. timeline to even look at it.. Was told 2 jobs in front, and [understandibly] couldn't push mine in front just because it was an emergency and I was from out of town.. Was told the two jobs were (1) tuneup and (2) a small repair, so "should" be able to get at it.. cool, I'll not bug them anymore and let them work on it.. Sat (~2pm): Called to ask closing hours [again, just trying to set my expectations on timing, not anything more than that, like I was made to feel like I was imposing]... Was told 5pm and that he had just started getting into it.. cool. Sat (4:30pm): Called 30mins before closing so in case it was done, or he knew something at all since 2pm when he was working on it, so I could grab an Uber over and didn't want them to have to wait after closing just for me to show up, if applicable. Got told by Dave, yes, we can look at it on Monday.. WHAT? I was told you were looking at it earlier today.. No it'll be Monday now because there was another job that someone came in and signed off on so they're doing that first.. Not exactly sure how THAT business process occurred since I signed off on the doc the day before but I'm obviously at their mercy so can't stir the pot.. so yes I'll just grin & bear it, and rent a car, and drive back to Canada..... Sun: Closed Mon (10:30am): Called just to get my expectations set about timing since I have to return a rental car (planned for Wed -- expecation is they should be able to get to it by then since it's been there and supposedly I'm next in line) and Dave comes on the phone and is all annoyed and I was like "I'm not being pushy, just want to get my expectations set" -- like actually am I next in line or are you putting MORE work in front? I need to know my priority.. and then I got yelled at and all "LISTEN, HERE'S THE DEAL... You get your car out of here and bring it to Subaru" and such.. srs?! wtf.. srs. I called back and explained all of the above to Pam (who seemed nice) and she put me on hold (My hopes were to perhaps explain to the now-irate Dave and plead my behalf given that he was all pissy and didn't want to hear anything from me) and came back on and said he refused.. Shaking because so upset being at their mercy and them just screwing me around seemingly and asked Pam to please just look at it today and I got off the phone to go meditate.... I'm going to call back in a few to see if they're cooled off yet because this is a shitty review and I'd rather not have to post it, but I also feel like maybe I should post it anyway so others don't run into problems like I did. -- Because I wasn't sure if I had used up all my CAA/AAA tows by now, called back to ask how much they charge for towing.. $75 hookup + $0.02/mi + 7.25%tax (or something like that).. The employees are great. The owner Dave is horrible. Sold me a car that has a transmission problem. Discovered rather quickly after purchase. Called immediately to discuss with them. Owner not available, message left. Never called. Called back, got the runaround from owner. Finally got him to say to bring it back for them to check it out. Mechanic rode with me, realized how bad the problem is. Said it definitely didn't do when he drove it. I believe him. Still a car's tranny goes bad 3 days after purchase, which means it was going bad when you had it, and you do nothing? He won't even come talk to you face to face. Also, when I test drove it, I heard a noise that I reported to them. They said it was one thing and fixed it. Didn't happen when I text drove again, so I bought it. On drive home, noise was back. Recorded it, to have them check it out and then the transmission issue surfaced. Can't be a coincidence. Saw on his Facebook page I'm not the first person he's done this to. I even offered to trade it for another car and pay any difference. He has several on lot available. Said nope. read more

I had a fuel injector problem with a 500 series BMW. Doc Dave took me right in and was no BS- straight up. May never go to another dealer. The service was great and I'm sure I saved a few $$. Dave and crew are the real-deal and I would highly recommend going to them with ANY car foreign-domestic. He even has a beater you can use while its in the shop. read more

You're fine to get their gas, but please go elsewhere for vehicle repair! It was a nightmare with my vehicle! They took forever to give a quote, and then the quote was for things I knew it didn't need. Called them out on it, and they were quick to back peddle. So I thought maybe it was just a human mistake and went ahead and had them fix it. Took FOREVER to get my car back, and the issue they supposedly fixed was NOT fixed! Never again... sorry. read more
