This is our first time coming to this location after The Parking Spot took over. I was extremely happy to see that I didn't lost any of my Park 'n Fly points after this change. I was able to retrieve it on The Parking Spot email. The staff here is always helpful. The shuttle was already there to take us to the airport when we arrived. When we got back from our trip, the shuttle arrived within 20 mins to pick us up. This will definitely be our parking choice for all our Miami airport trips. read more

I put my baby here when the airport lot was full without notice and I had to catch a flight. Not gonna lie, I was a bit nervous, because you have to leave the key and everything and put your card info before you leave. Guess what?! Everything was SUPER ORGANIZED When I came back, I took the shuttle to the car and it was in front - waiting for me - and in the same good condition! Super professional. I left my vehicle with the valet on Feb 4th. When I returned Feb 10th the center counsel and glove box were emptied of eyeglasses, credit cards, charging cords, coffee cups, etc. I notified the manager and filed a police report since the auto had an alarm system which is only activated if the car was locked. There was no visible damage leading to the conclusion the car was parked by the valet but was not locked. The contents and loss were verified by the police and my three associates. The manager reported to the police there were no cameras and only a low fence. He also witnessed there was no evidence of a break in. We were contacted by their adjuster who reported the company assumed no responsibility for theft of property regardless if Park N Fly left the car unlocked and in a area without camera coverage. Apparently they do not consider security part of a valet's responsibility. read more

I parked my car at this location for 12 days. Upon booking, they have multiple hidden fees that are undisclosed when booking. Fees include a "recovery fee" (for a parking lot??), a "booking fee" (to book a parking?) and even comically a "fuel surcharge" (again, we are talking about a parking lot). When I tried to retrieve my car after 12 days, they forced me to pay for another full day because my plane was delayed by 3 hours. They refused to return my keys until I paid and then my credit card until I signed a document. I had a great experience with Park 'N Fly Miami. First off, I had pre-paid for a two-month stay because I was going to be traveling for business. Due to unforeseen circumstances that trip was cut short to only two weeks. I contacted Park 'N Fly and was able to get a refund for the unused parking I had paid for in advance. Amazing! The experience of parking and picking up my vehicle was very smooth. I also felt comfortable that my car would be indoors and not out in the elements, and that the location is secure. My car was taken care of well, and the facility is located conveniently close to Miami International Airport. Note that some of the staff only speak Spanish, which is somewhat to be expected for the Miami area. The office staff I dealt with all spoke English, and for the folks who assisted with my car I got to practice my (not very good) Spanish. Overall a very good experience, made fantastic by being able to get a refund when my plans changed unexpectedly. read more

March 20-26, 2023 Everything was flawless on the website, to clear options/descriptions, to reservation/payment, and it continued upon arrival, drive up, scanned, car taken, shuttle ready, at the airport in less than 15 mins. And this is all echoed on the returned, I texted "come get me" per their instruction, picked up in less than 10 mins, got back the garage in less than 10 mins, 5 mins at the counter, car brought to the entrance in less than 10 mins and I was on my way. The garage, shuttle, and cashier employees are on top of their game. Shuttles are clean and comfortable. I would recommend his parking service to any and all local or otherwise. I will definitely use them again vs leaving my vehicle at home and using Uber/Trirail etc from Fort Lauderdale to Miami. read more

OMG, what a horrific experience I had with a nasty, abusive employee at Park'n Fly! Arriving at MIA, I called as soon as we touched the ground. Then I called again for a clarification when we got outside. The van came in a timely way, but my truck was not up when we arrived at the garage. I approached a guy -- Albert C. is the name on the receipt, but ??? -- and said I do not see my truck. Albert was from the first moment accusatory and abusive. He started with, "Well did you call ahead?" "I called twice," I replied. Then he just became the biggest A-hole in Miami, and if you spend any time in Miami you know that makes him a pretty big A-hole! He starts ranting about pre-registering, and how is he going to get paid, and I have no idea what that was all about, but then in the middle of his rant he gets a personal phone call, and he takes it. I still do not have my truck! That my truck is not here is not being addressed, and he is on a personal call. I say, "excuse me." And he explodes with, "I'm on the phone!" Albert should not be around customers. He is unpleasant and abusive to women. It felt violent. The one thing you don't want over all else at any business is violence. So a new excuse emerged; dead battery. This is either a fiction or they left a door ajar when they parked so that the dome lights never turned off. I have a very well maintained truck that has given us no troubles before or after our stop at Park N' Fly. UGH! This was out first time using this service, we usually just park in the Airport. I think we will just go back to parking in the Airport from now on. read more

Since finding this service I will never park at the airport again. They are very efficient and friendly and using them actually saves time! Shuttles leave very frequently and drop you at the airport entrance for your airline so no long walk from your the airport parking lot. And upon my return shuttle again arrived quickly and after a short ride to their facility my car was no more than 20 steps away! read more

I had been parking at two other locations but by the time my holiday travel plans were finalized they had no available space. This was $3 more per night but I had seen their shuttles so decided to use them. They say they will assist you loading your bags. The guy from PF to the airport did. The guy from airport to PF made me load my 50# suitcase up 3 steps and lift it onto the rack on my own. A nice young man who was on my return shuttle helped me thank goodness! read more

I do not recommend this company.  Customer service ended after drop off.  Upon arrival, we called and it took over an hour to get picked up.  All in van had same experience.  Also, they have small van so maxes out on space to pick up. When my favorite airport parking spot closed down, I decided to give Park 'N Fly a shot. I'm satisfied with the couple of experiences I've had so far. I would definitely recommend reserving your spot online beforehand. It's super easy to leave your car in the covered garage and board a shuttle to the terminal with that confirmation. When you arrive back in Miami, you can text them your confirmation code and your car will be waiting for you back in the garage when you you get there. Yes, that means someone will be driving your car, but I've never had any issues. The drivers are always super friendly and at around $9 per day, it's a way better deal than parking at the airport garages. read more

The wait was so long we parked at the parking lot but called a Uber to take us to the port. Coming back was slightly better only because I was mildly aggressive since I was in a time crunch. The service and process were surprisingly simple and effective. We'd booked and paid ahead of time so there were no surprise charge. We dropped off our SUV and the driver picked us up, loaded our baggage and got us right to the terminal where he unloaded our bags. On the return, we texted and called (can't be too thorough, right?) and and van came within 5-10 minutes. Again, the driver loaded our bags and unloaded them at our vehicle, which was waiting for us when we got back to Park 'N Fly. The car was clean and looked as through it had been run through a wash. We had enough trepidation dealing with the Miami airport and driving I-95, but Park 'N Fly turned out to be a snap. Thanks! Highly recommended. read more

Valet parking guys went through our vehicle, all my sensor lights were turned on after leaving the car in mint and perfect condition (2020 vehicle). No customeR service or manager on duty, still waiting for the call back to address my missing items. Its not cheap either so really not worth the waiting for to be pick up which is 20-25 mins, and then find your car the way we did. Never again. read more

This was our first time using them, and the experience was fabulous. They helped take the luggage out of the car and loaded onto the shuttle to the airport. They carried it off the shuttle. They could not have been more helpful. There are lots of cameras when you drive in that take videos of your car. The garage was well lit. All in all, the experience today was fabulous. read more

I strongly recommend you use another service to park, one with 24 hour access otherwise you may find yourself stuck at the airport for hours until they open. With delays and unexpected travel disruptions common, you never know when you may return from a trip. They are closed from midnight until 5am. If you happen to return from a trip them, you're out of luck - and either have to stay at the airport for several hours or take a taxi home or get a hotel. My flight was supposed to arrive at 830pm, but due to delays arrived at 2am; upon landing and calling for pickup, got a recording they are closed from midnight until 5. I can't use this service any more as with air travel, it is very likely if you travel a lot that you may arrive in those closed hours even if your flight was not supposed to. I need to find other MIA parking options with 24/7 access. read more

We live in north Florida so we will be driving down but don't want to drive in port to park (stressful). I called this company today and they said they do NOT provide services for Miami cruise terminal - she said airport only. So whoever is looking for a park, shuttle and cruise place this one is a no. I've had my first negative experience with Park n Fly and that's because this is the first time my plane arrived in a gate higher than door 10. We were passed by 4 buses. Each that came to our door 21 waving at us to wait until the next bus. One bus even stopped after our door to pick up 2 individuals. I called and was told there was nothing else that can be done. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no one is on site. It was ridiculous to see each bus continue at door 5 and pass us full instead of better logistics like sending the next bus to continue pick up where the last one stopped. I had my 3 year son with me and I needed to get my car to get home! It was a horrible 40 minute experience. When I called the 3rd time I was frustrated and just told them that I would walk down to a lower numbered door with my son since I couldn't afford being so passed a 5th time. I understand staffing shortages but get a better pickup system especially if you are having people text you their door ahead of time. read more

Not sure if they are cutting budget, but when we picked up the car it was not washed (the option wasn't offered when we parked it in) and there was no bottled water in the car. A bit disappointed with that, but otherwise glad to find a place to park our car indoors, securely. With a flight delay we didn't arrive in MIA till around 2am, we called after we picked up the luggage and waited around 10-15 min, which was ok by us. Certainly if we don't have check in we can call as we walk off the plane and spare the waiting time. Definitely go online to make a reservation, you save about $2 per day. read more

I Used to like this place before the Parking Spot picked it up. now that they brought their incompetence to the table they have managed to dumb this place down incredibly. They have added about 6 steps to leaving and picking up your car including EVERY PERSON having to go to the window and stand in line upon arrival and return!!!! You get to do all of this for their princely sum. Basically, like all crappy corporations, making you, the consumer do even more of the work, for more cost as well. Upon return from my trip the driver that picked me up actually stopped me from going to the window and said, "Just go to your car and leave, that is all you have to do" Which I believed and did. I arrived back at home 30 plus miles away to a call that I had left my key, and because I did not come to the window, my reservation was still ticking. That was also crazy as had they taken my payment, or made it as a premier member, as Park and Fly used to do, without me going to the window, I would have only had to pay for 1 day, but because of this slight of hand and total incompetence of their own employees, I had to pay for two days, not to mention the Fed Ex cost to get my key back. They have ruined it. I will never go back. For as much as you pay you should just Valet park at the airport or take an Uber. I will never return. read more

Very non communicative about how and where to pick up the shuttle. Wound up taking an Uber to retrieve my vehicle after waiting for an hour. The cashier acted like he had no idea what was going on and got rude with me. On top of it all, my vehicle had cat prints on it when I got it back. Would not recommend. I've used Park N Fly Miami's services probably a half dozen times over the last few years ( lots more in Orlando and Jacksonville). I normally make the reservation over the internet and pay in advance. Check in at their facility is always super quick that way. You pull into the garage (even if you only paid for open lot), leave your keys in the car, grab your bags, and get on the shuttle to the airport. I've found the drivers consistently friendly and willing to chat with you if you're in the mood. They lift your bags onto the shuttle both coming and going to the airport. When returning, the car is always as I left it, with the keys on the dash and the trunk popped open to accept my bag. I'm back on the road in minutes. They also have a frequent parking card where you can earn free days. read more
